Abstract

Abstract- The development of the Internet network is now very rapid. The Internet is a source of information that people mostly use to find information they need. It is not only used in big cities but also remote villages. The internet network must have a high access network speed to attract many users, whether or not in public facilities such as terminals or city parks. In other words, the internet network can make a big contribution to society. Currently, the internet has become a trending need, starting from the world of business, education, government, entertainment, and others. Kedai Mako is a coffee shop that uses the internet network as a means to make customers feel at home apart from its delicious coffee. Through internet networks, customers enjoy their coffee while playing games or social media without using their data quota. Kedai Mako customers using the internet network usually only know whether or nonot t the network is good by measuring the network speed via YouTube or online games. Yet, Internet users do not know whether or not the quality of the internet service they receive is good. It has not implemented QoS or measured network quality using QoS. The internet network at Kedai Mako often goes down, making customers uncomfortable with the internet network at Kedai Mako. Therefore, this research manages to analyze the internet network at Kedai Mako, and the results of the analysis can be used as recommendations for the physical implementation of the internet network hoped to be able to support the addition of other supporting services in the future. Based on the results of Quality of Service measurements in 5 experiments, the average value for the Throughput index obtained is 3,4 in the Very Good category, the index value for Packet Loss gained is 3.6 in the Very Good category, the index value for Delay analyzed is 4 in the Very Good category, and the Jitter index value indicates 3, in the Good category. Abstract

Abstract - The Kuala Utara Village Government still uses a manual system in the processing population administrations where administrative activities still require a long process for the people. On the other side, the village office is quite far away. So, many administrative activities are piled up so that people wait a long time for the process. An android-based village administration mobile system is required to improve the quality of administrative services to the community, especially in population administration processing activities. This research aims to simplify and speed up population administration activities by implementing an Android-based Village Administration Mobile application. In this case, it is to assist the needs of the community, in terms of administrative management using an Android smartphone. The results of this research are that this system helps the public in more effective and efficient administrative service activities and helps the public in making independent service requests by providing security facilities for users when starting this system.   Keywords: Village Administration Mobile, Android, Community Access Ease

Abstract

Abstract A student's graduation time is one indicator of the university's success. Student graduation time is the period required for students to complete their studies. Ideally, students can graduate on time under a specified study period. However, not all students can graduate on time. This study is aimed at classifying whether students graduate on time using the decision tree method. The data employed in this study are the Faculty of Law's graduates of 2015 - 2017, Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo. The attributes used in this classification consist of IPS1, PIS2, IPS3, IPS4, gender, and graduation information. In this study, model optimization performed is by selecting attributes, pruning trees, and measuring inside the tree. The results of this study show that the decision tree method can predict student graduation times with 92% accuracy by producing nine (9) decision rules. It indicates that the decision tree method can be a solution for predicting student graduation times, so it can be a solution to help study programs increase student success in completing their studies. Abstract

Abstract The application of the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm to classify thesis titles based on concentration is research that aims to develop a classification system for thesis titles based on concentration using the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm. This classification system helps students determine the thesis concentration that suits their interests and abilities. This research uses thesis title data from the Informatics Engineering Department, Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Ichsan Gorontal.  It employs data attributes in the form of thesis title and concentration. The data are cleaned and preprocessed before being used for algorithm training and testing. The implementation of the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm is through the Python programming language. The research results show that the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm can classify thesis titles with an accuracy of 80% in the model evaluation process using the Confusion Matrix. The results indicate that the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm is an effective alternative for classifying thesis titles based on concentration. Abstract

Abstract- Searching for the fastest route while traveling is necessary besides finding the destination. The reason for finding the fastest route is to streamline the trip and save travel costs. Another problem in making an effective trip is a city search carried out by someone who knows, someone who spreads hospitals, health centers, clinics, and pharmacies that serve the Social Insurance Administration Organization in Gorontalo City/Regency, and knows several nearby places. In the implementation of the Social Insurance Administration Organization in Gorontalo City/Regency branch, there are still obstacles faced by the community. The lack of information regarding the distribution of health facilities and information makes people confused when choosing and locating which health facility they will visit for treatment using a card from the Social Insurance Administration Organization. By designing this information system, people can map the health facilities that serve the Social Insurance Administration Organization. The designation of this system uses the DJikstra algorithm to find the fastest route to the health facilities of Social Insurance Administration Organization to obtain a research result of a system that can find the fastest route to the health facilities of the Social Insurance Administration Organization. It is hoped that it can help the public in getting the fastest way to health facilities of the Social Insurance Administration Organization in Gorontalo City/Regency. Abstract

Abstrac- Banggai Laut is regency rich in agricultural products and marine beauty.  One of the very famous tourist attractions in Banggai Laut is Lambangan Pauno Beach. Lambangan Pauno Beach is one of the beachside tourist attractions at Kendek in Banggai Utara Subdistrict, which is 10 km from Banggai City. Lambangan Pauno is a very representative tourist attraction because it can be reached by car or motorbike. It extends for about 200 meters with clean white sand, coral rocks, cliffs, and Ketapang trees, fencing on the left and right ends of the beach, making the view beautiful.  Lambangan Pauno has become a tourist spot in Banggai Laut often visited by tourists. Tourist visits have increased drastically due to many factors, including competitive travel costs and the number of adequate travel routes. It is supported by facilities that make visitors comfortable and guarantee security. Based on the research results, it is found that the research categorization produced by SVM is very good. It is proven by the test results which produce an accuracy rate of 90%. Keywords: prediction system, number of tourists, SVM

Abstract

Abstract- Information technology develops rapidly. The effect can be seen through the increasing use of mobile devices in supporting daily activities in carrying out various activities. With the development of mobile technology, mobile devices offer a variety of advanced computing capabilities known as smartphones. The role of smartphones is to have a good impact if the embedded applications are equipped with good service quality to support users to do or to search for a place or location. Through supporting applications, users can use it more easily, more economically, and more efficiently.  In addition, users can also find out the current developing technology model. The development of souvenir centers depends on tourism industry products regarding the tourism concept and convenience in tourism visits. The tourism sector is also very influential in the socio-cultural field, and of course, in the economic field because it can open up new business opportunities. The design of the nearest souvenir shop search application helps in finding the closest route to the souvenir shop by applying the Floyd Warshall algorithm.  The research results produce a system that can find the nearest souvenir shop and is expected to help the community in finding the nearest souvenir shop in Gorontalo City.   Keywords: nearest location point search application, souvenir shop, Floyd Warshall algorithm

Abstract - Forecasting is needed to make things easier for CV. Anak Tani predict how much Roger's pesticide supply will be needed in the following month, so that they do not experience the delivery of the amount of Roger's pesticide supply in the following month. The simple linear regression method is a forecasting method that uses two factors so that it can determine maximum results. The problem faced is that there is often a buildup of pesticide 1 liter Roger 480SL inventory CV. Anak Tani. The aim is to find out the results of applying a simple linear regression method to predict the amount of inventory of 1 Liter Roger 480SL pesticide located at CV. Anak Tani. The results obtained by the mean absoluter percentage error (MAPE) were tested with the 2022 data obtained, namely 7.80%, so it can be concluded that this system is effective to use.Key words: Forecasting, Inventory, Pesticide Roger 480sl 1 Liter, Mape

Abstract

Abstract - are carried out and a place to have fun for a long time to achieve satisfaction, enjoy good service, and bring home beautiful memories of the tourist attractions. In Banggai Laut Regency, many tourist attractions are attractive for tourism activities. The number of visitors increases every year. The discussion about tourist attractions in Banggai Laut Regency is interesting to the local community. There are a lot of public comments about the tourist attractions in Banggai Laut. The number of opinions about tourist attractions in Banggai Laut makes it difficult to determine the sentiment of the comments manually. Therefore, sentiment analysis is required to classify the comments and whether or not they tend to be positive. In this case, this study employs the Naïve Bayes algorithm to classify the problems. Based on the sentiment analysis, it is proven that the Naïve Bayes method or algorithm can classify comments with good results. The accuracy generated in this sentiment analysis is 87%, with a division of training data of 90% and test data of 10%. The acquisition of these accuracy results indicates that the proposed algorithm has a Fairly Good diagnostic level. Keywords: sentiment analysis, tourist attraction, Naïve Bayes

Abstract

Abstract - Local languages are often endangered due to lack of use and maintenance. By learning local languages from an early age, students can maintain and develop the local language of Bolaang Mongondow to obtain the results of making an interesting educational game of the local language of Bolaang Mongondow in increasing elementary school students' interest in learning. Students often feel bored and uninterested when learning local languages due to the lack of interesting and interactive learning methods. With the existence of an interesting and interactive local language learning of Bolaang Mongondow, this educational game can be an effective tool to increase student interest in learning local languages. The educational game design has two main menus, namely the learning menu and the playing menu. In the learning feature, players can learn the vocabulary contained in the Bolaang Mongondow language educational game. While in the playing menu, players will choose the game level in which at each level, the player will play by dragging letters to the letter box until they are arranged correctly. The results of black box testing show that the Bolaang Mongondow Language educational game can run well without any errors in the features contained in the game. The results obtained in user acceptance testing show that the Bolaang Mongondow Language educational game can be accepted by students with a total score of 95% which can be categorized as Very Feasible.
