Abstract

The duty of harbor is very lmportant and it serves services to ships that act activities for instance, goods, passengers, etc. The services in Indonesian harbors tend to be unqualified, high cost economy. Based on the result of the research revealed that the fundamental problerhs In this context is behavior of involved person in applying the function in harbor, namely corruption, and it implies to reduce state Income. The sup porting of this phenomenon is birocracy in unqualified services. This condition causes the activities of harbour uncoducively and can not reach the aim to increase national growth economy and prosperous Indonesian people.

Abstract

The law apparatus for instance police, attorney and judge (jurist) are not only as an important pillar in state but also become an element in the criminal court system. The running well system of formal procedure, but sometimes faces the critical condition that implies to conduct violence either individually or collectively that direct to hard and soft violence. The violence action that conducted by law apparatus can not separate from and closed relation to their professional experiences, the principles of inquisitoir, crime model control and formal decision either national or international.

Abstract

The social violence phenomenon can not be explained and related to the structural domains only, but it is also involved and influenced by social, political, law and that of politician and leaders behavior. In Western societies is not so urgent to relate the politician and the leaders behavior, but for Indonesian nation that of behavior is involved because social relation between leaders and their community sometimes supported and directed by social trust, instead that of spiritual. This relation has psychological dimension which can be stabilization and anarchy factors. In this respect, the role of law, law enforcement, the institution of law should be first priority to control, minimize violence, and fear of violence.

Abstract

The following article tries to explain the violence that publishes either in printed media or in electronic media. Mass media is often criticized when publish or display violence news although fact-based. The violence of media implies trauma. Trauma is not only individual psychological aspect, but also social structure, political authority, and the cultural values. In this sense trauma can not only handled and solved by psychologists but also should need anthropologists, sociologists and other fields of social scientists participation to identify the factors the above mentioned.

Abstract

The effect of violence action toward victims that undergoes more is traumatically experience. This experience is difficult to lose from the victims. In this sense, the problems will be followed by other problems either physically, psychologically, or those of social. The above effect is experienced more with stigma, that tends to make the victims to be introvert, etc. Besides, society tend to sentence the victims, so does information media without empathy and private appreciation publishes the violence cases clearly. However, the violence is something to be sentenced. There is no nation in the world has right to conduct the violence action.

The liberalization of the higher tends to open the access for the investors or the big capital owner of education force their interest and the needs to higher education and its human resources. Thus, higher education can put beside in searching for the truth and humanize human that become the function of fundamental education because of the industries interest who give funding. The entering of free market, corporate culture and industries will influence the mission of higher education. Abstract

The liberalization of education will be equal to the liberalization of economy because it implies on the investors profit of international of education. The entering of foreign universities will increase competitive advantage og Indonesian universities. The competitive strategy is very rigid that causes the bloody ocean for those universities. This strategy will be called Bloody or Red Ocean strategy. To avoid this rigid competitive, there are three effective mutual effects:focus, move to avoid, and main motto. Besides, there are the relation between analysis techniques and six principles i formulating and applying the Blue Ocean Strategy will make the universities in Indonesia survive.

Abstract

The economy aspect will influence on education management. The education management should accomodate the market trends, and its trends toward profit taking. Thus, the changing of this orientationis afraid of some educators because this will ignore the main goal of education, namely to protect Indonesians and the whole of Indonesian archipelago, to develop the public welfare, to educate this nation, and to participate in realizing world order. If this happens, the indentity and the ideology of Indonesia can not be reached because of education liberalization. This will imply the ideology and morality destruction.

Abstract

This article aims to elaborate the role of state on implementing democracyat the local level. State, in which, often representing by government, facing dilema. In one hand, role of state is needed to keep democratization on the right track. It means that state must guarantee its citizen will not behave anarchism. Other hand, if state's role is too far, it can also threats its citizen's freedom. Therefore, this article want to show what aspect of political elite consderation in making strong state and have role in local autonomy as a part of local democracy in Indonesia through implementing Law No 32/2004.
