Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze "The Influence of Financial Literacy, Self-Control, and Peer Environment on Consumptive Behavior of Economics Students at Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo Users of Online Shopping Applications". The method used in this research is the quantitative method. The source of data used in this research is primary data. The results of the study show that financial literacy, self-control, and peer environment have a significant positive effect on consumptive behavior. While the results of the simultaneous test stated that financial literacy, self-control, and peer environment had a significant positive effect on consumptive behavior simultaneously.

Abstract

The remarketing strategy of utilizing electronic technology (e-commerce) as a buying and selling medium that uses the internet to promote its products by utilizing e-payment information technology will make it easier for customers to make non-cash payment transactions so that they are practical and efficient. This study aims to analyze remarketing and e-payment strategies in an effort to increase sales volume on e-commerce sites. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire given to respondents using the Google Forms platform. The population and sample in this study were 97 STIE Nganjuk students, namely students who had shopped online on e-commerce sites using e-payment. For sampling, using purposive sampling technique, with multiple linear regression analysis technique. Hypothesis testing through t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results showed that remarketing had a partial and significant effect on sales volume, as evidenced by the acquisition of a t count value greater than t table with a significance of less than 0.05. E-Payment has a partial and significant effect on sales volume, as evidenced by the acquisition of a t count value that is greater than t table with a significance of less than 0.05.

Abstract

A corporation in absolute banking must have a level of public trust. Assessing the soundness of a bank is one of the techniques to keep the relationship strong. This study examines the soundness level of Islamic banks and conventional banks using the RGEC method in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 13/1/PBI/2011. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods from the financial statements of each bank. The research results on the Risk Profile aspect measured by the ratio of NPL and LDR for each of three years are included in the very healthy category. In the aspect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), it is included in predicate 2 with the healthy category. Then the overall earning aspect for three years is included in the very healthy category. Finally, the Capital ratio for three years of each bank is in a very healthy condition

Abstract

Gemaharjo Health Center is one of the Community Health Centers with active Community Health Efforts (UKM) funded by Health Operational Assistance Fund (BOK). The purpose is to increase access to and quality of health services in the work area of the Gemaharjo Health Center. The purpose of this study was to analyze the efficiency, effectiveness, and level of independence in the use of BOK Funds in order to assess UKM at the Gemaharjo Health Center. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative. The data used is the realization of BOK Fund and 2021 Gemaharjo Health Center Performance Assessment (PKP) data. The results of efficiency analysis are in the predictable category, as evidenced by the amalgamation of several unfunded activities, and can be seen from the increase in performance achievements from 2020 to 2021. Effectiveness analysis is included as an effective category, because of the success in managing BOK Fund to finance UKM. Evidenced by the increase in the achievements of Gemaharjo PKP from last year even though it had not yet reached the set target. Results of the analysis of the level of independence show that the use of BOK Funds at Gemaharjo Health Center is included in  the predictable category, that is, it has fulfilled most of the relevant targets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of the hotel, restaurant, and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and whether there were differences before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. To find out the company's performance, this research uses the profitability ratio, namely Return On Assets and Net Profit Margin, the liquidity ratio, namely the Current Ratio, and the activity ratio, namely working capital turnover. The population in this study are the hotel, restaurant, and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 and 2020. Data were collected using quantitative data analysis by analyzing secondary data using a purposive sampling method. So we obtained 22 companies as a sample. The data analysis method used was paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test, which previously carried out descriptive statistical tests and normality tests. The results of the data analysis show that there are significant differences in Return On Assets, Net Profit Margin, and working capital turnover, and there are no differences in the Current Ratio before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer trust, brand image and satisfaction on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products brand Y.O.U. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with data collection methods used are field research, namely, interviews, observation/observations and questionnaires. In this study, there were 95 consumers who bought Y.O.U Brand Cosmetic Products. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 95 respondents. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that the influence of consumer trust, brand image and satisfaction have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Y.O.U brand cosmetic products.
