Abstract

Attendance is one of the important activities in a company or agency that is useful for recording someone's attendance, this is useful for supporting operational activities in a company or agency. At PT Nikawa the attendance system is still carried out manually, namely by filling in the attendance book with the names and signatures where this method often results in invalid written attendance data until the event of manipulation of attendance data by employees. The purpose of this research is to build a desktop-based computerized attendance attendance system with the application of Visual Basic. The results of this study indicate that with the system that has been built, attendance admins were helped by the problems encountered, recording employee attendance data more precisely and quickly.

Abstract

Population administration is a series of document arrangement activities on population data. Pasirjengkol village has an important role, namely as a population data manager, currently the village office of Pasirjengkol in handling population data administration processes is still done manually. Management of population data in the village of Pasirjengkol is currently still not maximizing the use of information technology for its management. The system is still manual with processes using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Of course, there are still many deficiencies in the data processing process, which can slow down the process of adding data, searching for data, storing data, and preparing population reports. Because of this, there is a need for a population data administration system in Pasirjengkol Village, which has previously been observed on the activities taking place there, interviews with several village officials. This Population Administration System uses the waterfall method as a software development method. With the data processing process, users can easily search for data. With this system the performance of population services will increase more quickly, easily and neatly.

Abstract

Loan data of inventory items if not done properly and correctly then loss of goods can occur due to negligence in data collection that is not neat so that it is not controlled and not properly archived. The author aims to help overcome the risk of undesirable things happening and data archives being erased, Make it easy to present reports so that they can be generated automatically so that teachers, employees or borrowers can easily apply for borrowing inventory items online, Make it easy for administrative staff to make borrowing data inventory items by staff and teachers at SMPN 2 Kutawaluya. The system design method used in this research is the waterfall method. The system modeling uses Symbol Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Usecase diagrams. The design of this inventory loan system was built using MySQL. The results of this Inventory Loan System Design are expected to make it easier to input data and the process of borrowing inventory items that were previously done manually in the form of letters with Microsoft Word can now improve data security and can make it easier for staff to make inventory loan reports that can be made automatically.

Abstract

Cigarette smoke is an air pollutant that is dangerous to health. At the Mekar Abadi Jaya workshop, Kab. Karawang, cigarette smoke is a problem that often occurs. This is caused by the smoking habits of workshop workers. This research aims to develop an Arduino-based cigarette smoke detection and neutralization device. This tool consists of two main parts, namely a smoke sensor and a smoke neutralizer. Smoke sensors are used to detect the presence of cigarette smoke. If cigarette smoke is detected, the smoke neutralizer will work to neutralize the cigarette smoke. This tool has been tested at the Mekar Abadi Jaya Regency workshop. Karawang. Test results show that this tool can detect smoke and this tool can also neutralize cigarette smoke. It is hoped that this tool can help reduce exposure to cigarette smoke in the Mekar Abadi Jaya Regency workshop. Karawang. Apart from that, this tool can also be used in other places where exposure to cigarette smoke often occurs, such as factories, restaurants and other public places

Abstract

This research aims to design a weighing tool that can record the use of fabric dyes in the dyeing department of PT. Indo-Rama Synthetic Tbk. The author uses a case study research method which includes observation and interviews with staff. This weighing tool was built using hardware in the form of an Arduino WEMOS LOLIN S2 MINI as the controlling brain, a Load Cell with an HX711 module as a weight sensor, a 4x4 keypad used to provide instructions from the user and a 20x4 LCD display to display weighing results. Then PHP, HTML and CSS software to build website-based interface applications and the XAMPP application which functions as database management and PHP services. By using this weighing tool, dye consumption reports, which were previously done manually, can now be done automatically during the weighing process.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a web-based inventory information system using the waterfall method, utilizing Unified Modeling Language (UML) for visual modeling to comprehend the involved business processes. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained through field observations, user interviews, and literature reviews. The implementation of this information system is carried out using the PHP web programming language with the Laravel framework, aiming to control inventory, monitor transactions, and present more accurate and rapid data reports. Previously, the Directorate of Infrastructure at Maranatha Christian University used manual methods and processes in managing inventory. The research results indicate that the effective use of web-based information systems can enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory management. Thus, this research provides a solution that facilitates inventory management and improves operational efficiency in daily activities.

Abstract

A web-based application specifically tailored to facilitate and streamline collaborative endeavors between Politeknik Piksi Ganesha and a diverse array of external collaborators. In this design, the Laravel framework is used as the main framework in building a collaborative information system. The system aims to streamline collaboration with external stakeholders such as industries, companies, educational institutions, government agencies, and other organizations. Through this system, users can access information about available collaboration programs and affiliated partners. The system provides features including user management, collaboration program data management, partner data management, collaboration document management, program search, and data sorting. Additionally, the system is equipped with notification features to keep users updated on ongoing collaborations. The use of the Laravel framework ensures fast, secure, and efficient system development. The collaboration information system is expected to enhance Politeknik Piksi Ganesha's efficiency and effectiveness in establishing partnerships with external parties. It simplifies the overall collaboration process, providing convenience for all stakeholders involved.

Abstract

Indosehat 2003 Warakas Clinic is one of the clinics located in Tanjung Priok, there areseveral obstacles and problems that occur at the Indosehat 2003 clinic, one of which isthat in providing health services, they still use a manual system where in making clinicreports they still use books so that they experience problems. Requires a long time inreporting, resulting in inconsistent patient data, double data, In order to meet thedemands and policies and laws and regulations from various parties such as the Ministryof Health and BPJS Health, the clinic is trying to develop technology. To support betterand more effective health services, it is necessary to improve by building a computerizedinformation system so that it can provide optimal service. The research method used isdescriptive method, with the system development life cycle (SDLC) approach method is amodel that proposes systematic and sequential software development to describe eachstage of the entire process. The SDLC model used is the waterfall model. The result ofthis project is an integrated health service information system that provides patientregistration information, examination results, drug prescriptions and payments, makingit easier in terms of reporting

Abstract

The technology and information that is very advanced, it can affect many aspects of the system in supporting service performance. Changing the manual system used previously more effectively. Completeness determines the claim at the hospital, the more complete the file will make the claim correct and of high quality. Medical records, especially the Casemix section, are units can present claim data information. The use of electronic claims(E-Claim) will facilitate the claim process through electronic files so as to reduce the use of excessive paper and will facilitate the search for claim files during verification and audit, and most importantly, it will minimize file printing costs. Based on observations at the Koja Regional General Hospital in processing and monitoring claims data, it is still in the form of manual recording using Ms. Excel and Google Spreedsheet. The objectives and benefits of Design of a Web-based Outpatient Health BPJS Claim Information System at RSUD Koja North Jakarta, among others:1. Supporting the processing of BPJS claim data, especially outpatients. 2. Can monitor the BPJS Health Outpatient claim file. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The web system makes it easier for users to do their work, anytime and anywhere can be accessed.

Abstract

The management of outgoing correspondence is essential for maintaining efficient communication and documentation within educational institutions. This study examines the implementation and impact of an outgoing correspondence information system at SD Langensari. The system, designed to streamline the process of generating, tracking, and archiving outgoing letters, includes functionalities for creating cover letters, notifications, and certificates. By automating and standardizing these processes, the system aims to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of communication, reduce manual errors, and ensure compliance with administrative standards. The research explores the system’s role in improving organizational transparency, facilitating record-keeping, and supporting professional communication practices. Additionally, the study assesses the system’s integration with digital tools and its adaptability to the evolving technological landscape. The findings indicate that the system has significantly improved the management of outgoing correspondence, leading to better operational efficiency and increased reliability in communication at SD Langensari.
