Abstract

The student attendance information service is a system designed to process and present student attendance data. The School Control Hub application is an attendance information service designed to facilitate the management of student attendance data by the school and provide easier access for parents to monitor their children's attendance. In this design, Figma was used as the primary tool to design and implement the UI/UX concept. The prototype design of the School Control Hub application demonstrates that the developed UI/UX design is able to meet users' needs effectively. Therefore, the School Control Hub application is expected to be an effective solution for managing student attendance that is easily accessible for obtaining attendance information.

Abstract

Tastyfood is a website that can provide information about food, especially typical Indonesian food, which is food that comes from our homeland, Indonesia. This website aims to make it easy for people to access information about Indonesian food. This research was created using the Laravel framework. The method used is with a prototype methodology that contains use cases and activity diagrams in it, the implementation of its creation uses PHP and CSS Bootstrap with blackbox testing, with the results of a website that has a display that has quite a lot of images and of course makes it easier to disseminate information.

Abstract

LPPM at Politeknik Piksi Ganesha faces challenges with its manual system. This study designs a web- based system information using Laravel to enhance data management efficiency. Methods include needs analysis, design with use case and activity diagrams, implementation with PHP and Laravel, and Blackbox testing. Result show that the system improves information access and coordination.

Abstract

This research presents the implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT) based intelligent system that integrates solar cells and Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid (VRLA) batteries as sources of electrical energy for the front office space at Politeknik PIKSI Ganesha. This system is designed to provide an efficient and environmentally friendly renewable energy solution, while ensuring reliable energy availability. The solar cells function as the main energy collector, while the VRLA batteries act as backup energy storage when sunlight is insufficient. The integration of these two components is managed by a microcontroller connected to the IoT network, enabling remote monitoring and control of the system. This research evaluates the performance and efficiency of the system, as well as explores the potential for its application in other campus environments to support energy-saving efforts and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to implement a website as an information system for the sale of agricultural production facilities, which can be used by the community to find suitable agricultural medicines for farmers in Kelubir Village. This website is designed to facilitate farmers in purchasing or conducting agricultural transactions and to provide information related to the required production facilities. The research method used involves an approach to farmers by collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the website can facilitate and improve the efficiency of selling agricultural production facilities and accelerate access to information about agricultural production facilities. This website is expected to be an effective solution in supporting the development of the agricultural sector in Kelubir Village and strengthening the local economy in the village.

Abstract

The development of technology has encouraged the creating a more efficient and secure door security system. This study designs and implements an automatic door monitoring and control system based on the ESP32-CAM microcontroller and ultrasonic sensors. This system is designed to detect the presence of objects or people in front of the door using the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor. The ESP32-CAM module is used to send images or videos in real time to the user's device via a Wi-Fi connection to be displayed on the LCD screen, and allows remote monitoring. In addition, the system is equipped with a manual control feature via a web-based application. The test results show that the system is able to respond quickly to object detection at a certain distance, and provide adequate visual monitoring quality in a local network. This system is expected to improve comfort, security, and efficiency in managing automatic door access, especially in private environments and public facilities.

Abstract

Adiandra Medika Clinic is a healthcare facility that still uses a manual method for recording employee attendance. This approach leads to several issues, such as inaccurate records, data manipulation, slow recap processes, and paper waste. This study aims to design a digital attendance system using QR Code to record attendance more accurately and efficiently. Data were collected through on-site observation and interviews. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, designed with UML, and built using the CodeIgniter framework in a web-based environment. Testing was conducted using the black box method to ensure all features function as required. The results show that the system improves the speed of attendance recording, minimizes errors, and supports real-time monitoring. The system is feasible for implementation and can be adopted by clinics or similar institutions in need of a digital attendance solution. Its implementation is also expected to enhance the overall management of human resources.

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the healthcare sector, particularly in medical diagnostics, has brought significant advancements in accuracy, speed, and efficiency of healthcare services. However, the use of AI also raises new legal challenges related to the authority to issue medical diagnoses and the determination of legal liability in cases of errors or patient harm. This study aims to analyze the legal framework governing the use of AI in medical practice in Indonesia and to examine the distribution of liability among medical personnel, healthcare institutions, and AI system developers. The research employs a normative juridical method with a statutory and case study approach. The findings indicate that, under current Indonesian law, AI is not recognized as a legal subject, and therefore, the authority to diagnose remains with licensed medical professionals. Nevertheless, the absence of specific regulations creates a legal vacuum concerning civil and criminal liability in cases of AI system failure. Consequently, regulatory reform is needed to clearly define the responsibilities and limits of each party involved in the digital health ecosystem, in order to protect patient rights and provide legal certainty for service providers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of social media content types on the traffic and engagement of the XYZ company account in Bandung. Using a quantitative approach and a quasi-experimental design, this research involved 100 respondents actively interacting with the company's account. Data were collected through analysis of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Instagram Insights, along with audience surveys. The results revealed that visual content, particularly videos and images, led to a 30% increase in traffic and a 40% increase in engagement compared to text-based content. Furthermore, video content garnered the highest interaction rates, with a significant preference from the audience. Based on these findings, it is recommended that XYZ company focus more on creating visual content that resonates with the audience, utilize analytics tools for performance monitoring, and optimize content strategies across suitable platforms to enhance conversion rates and achieve business goals. This study provides valuable insights for companies in designing more effective and data-driven social media marketing strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a strategic information system (IS) planning document at the Land Office of West Bandung Regency using the Ward and Peppard methodology. The study applies a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, document studies, and observations. The analysis includes SWOT, Value Chain, McFarlan Strategic Grid, and business and IS/IT environmental analysis. The result is an integrated IS strategy, IT strategy, and IS/IT management strategy to enhance public service delivery. The outcome provides a practical IS master plan that aligns with institutional vision, mission, and future needs.
