Abstract

The ideal man is a perfect human being. That appears and in line with the apostolic mission of Prophet Muhammad SAW, that is to perfect the noble character. Islam is a universal religion that teaches mankind about various aspects of life both worldly and enduring. The purpose of this discussion is to know how the humanitarian paradigm in Islamic education, Humanistic education seeks to develop the individual as a whole through real learning. The development of emotional, social, mental, spiritual and skill-related aspects of a career becomes the focus of the humanistic education model. The results show that Islamic education will develop human (learners) on all aspects and power that exist in self and environment in a balanced and integrated without prioritizing and exaggerating one of the elements that have an impact on reducing the other elements. Islamic education is not an education that only refers to ukhrawi life and not education which only focus on worldly interests, but Islamic education oriented to a balanced life between worship and muamalah, between the world and the hereafter, besides Islamic education also try to develop aspects society as a cultural symbol in the form of affection, respecting respect for each other as long as it is not contrary to the religious.

Abstract

Educational supervision is needed to overcome various educational and teaching issues that are often complained by the community such as the lack of teachers ability to overcome difficulties in preparing teaching documents, teachers difficulties in carrying out teaching tasks using skills of teaching according to the demands of learning materials, lack of coordination between colleague, less effective of learning strategies and so on. However, the implementation of educational supervision is not easy to do if the teacher consider that the supervision done by the headmaster identified with the evaluation so that the teacher in facing it becomes worried, as if the headmaster is looking for weakness of the teacher. The method used in this study is library research, a study that uses the main reference and support (primary and secondary sources). The discussion used in the writing using inductive, deductive and comparative analysis. The results showed that educational supervision contains several main activities, namely continuous coaching, improvement of teaching and learning situation with the ultimate goal of achieving educational goals and the growth of learners. In other words, the educational supervision is a service process to help and nurture the teachers in order to improve professionalism.

Abstract

Various educational experts, psychologists, biologists, to date still debate about the factors that most affect in human development, namely heredity and environment. Some consider heredity to be the most superior, while others argue that education in the environmental sense has a profound effect. In the end a stream appears to mediate both of these opposites, the flow of convergence. Convergence flow seeks to integrate these two factors in human development, especially in the formation of personality and potential. The basic potential is actually the nature possessed by every human being from birth, and after that the environment that fosters the potential to grow its maximum. So they can not be separated for each other to achieve maximum results.

Abstract

Humans as living things that live in this world are never separated from problems and severe events that sometimes can not afford to face them. Events experienced by these individuals can cause excessive fear and can be called a life of trauma called trauma. Trauma is an abnormal mental state or behavior as a result of mental stress or physical injury. Trauma experienced by individuals must be addressed immediately so as not to cause a bigger problem later, a counselor is very instrumental in providing services to individuals who experience trauma which is also called traumatic counseling.

Abstract

Integrative Approach in Learning Fiqh in MTs Negeri 2 Bukittinggi, aims to examine the extent to which the implementation of Integrative Approach in Learning Fiqih in MTs Negeri 2 Bukittinggi, which includes: First, how the preparation of teachers, students, and media in learning jurisprudence with using an integrative approach. Second, how is the process of applying integrative approach in learning fiqih.Third, how the evaluation done by the teacher in learning.The research approach chosen is qualitative approach. The characteristic of this approach lies in its purpose to describe a case by understanding meaning and phenomenon. While the data collection through interview method, observation and documentation. The effort to implement integrative approach in learning Fiqh in MTs Negeri 2 Bukittinggi is reflected from the data.The result of this research shows that the implementation of integrative approach has good or maximal result in the formation of students who are competent in worship, the mastery of the jurisprudence material in terms of theory (cognitive), understanding (affective) , and practice (psychomotor). The gap between theory, pemahan, and practice can be overcome. Students are not only good at memorizing theories about thaharah, wudu ', and prayer but students are also able to practice it properly and correctly in everyday life.
