Abstract

The BPRS is one of the islamic finansial institutions that has positive development in Indonesia. BPRS activities are not much different from Sharia Commercial Banks, one of which is distributing financing. The most widely used financing for BPRS in Indonesia is murabahah financing. With the amount of murabahah financing carried out, BPRS must monitor so the implementation of financing is in accordance with the sharia principles, in accordance with the agreement, dan to keep the murabahah financing provided in a good condition. This study aims to determine the methods for enforcing murabahah financing at BPRS Patriot Bekasi, financing monitoring procedures for murabahah financing at BPRS Patriot Bekasi, and analyzing the monitoring implementation of murabahah financing at BPRS Patriot Bekasi. This study uses a qualitative research. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques through interviews, library research, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study, are data reduction, facts presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study is indicate that BPRS Patriot Bekasi adheres to the 5C principle inside the implementation of murabahah financing. The procedure for monitoring of murabahah financing at BPRS Patriot Bekasi is corresponding with the theory but with different name, that is On Site Monitoring and Off Site Monitoring.

Abstract

This research focuses on the marketing strategy of the iB Student Savings BTN (SimPel) product during the Covid-19 at Bank BTN KCPS Cikarang. Researchers conducted data analysis methods using a mix of methods, namely qualitative and quantitative methods with an IFE matrix approach, an EFE matrix,and a SWOT matrix. By using the depth interview (in-depth interviews) to several human resources who have the authority to determine strategic decisions related to the marketing of the iB Student Savings BTN product. The results showed that based on the SWOT matrix, the SO strategy was obtained which focused on its target market and utilized various digital media in terms of introducing and marketing SIMPEL iB products. The WO strategy is to collaborate with various non-academic educational institutions and. ST strategy is to take advantage of the company's internal strengths to seize opportunities in the form of submitting offers of cooperation to schools using email and conducting online meetings

Abstract

Conventional interest-based monetary policy has yet to be effective in overcoming monetary problems. So, this article is to discuss how to apply qard al hasan as one of the sharia monetary instruments in Indonesia. The method used is literature study. The results of the analysis and discussion show that Qard al Hasan's Monetary Policy can be implemented in Indonesia. This is because Qard al Hasan is very in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith and the implementation of Qard al Hasan-based monetary policy can not only stabilize prices and inflation, but also can increase national production or GDP and reduce the number of poor people. Bank Indonesia as the executor of Monetary Policy can apply the Qard al Hasan system, because Bank Indonesia has started to create a database of community groups that have Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, so that the implementation of Qard al Hasan in Indonesia can be implemented.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the influence of income, Religiosity, and knowledge of private employees on interest in paying zakat at Amil Zakat Institutions and Zakat Management Organizations (LAZ/OPZ). Data was collected using questionnaires distributed to private employees in the Mega Kuningan area, South Jakarta with a sample of 100 people. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with a purposive sampling method. This research was analyzed using multiple regression analysis through the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program. From the results of the t test (partially) the independent variables income (X1), trust (X2), and knowledge (X3) each have an influence on the dependent variable Interest in Paying Zakat (Y). And from the results of the F test, all of these independent variables also simultaneously influence the dependent variable of interest in paying zakat.

Abstract

The development of technology-based systems, especially those related to the internet, affects financial institutions (banks) in interacting with customers. Mobile banking has become one of the self-service that allows banks to provide information services and convenience to customers, through mobile banking customers can get several benefits, namely banking services that are fast, safe, cheap, available at any time and can be accessed from anywhere. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence customer interest in using mobile banking at Bank BJB Syariah Bekasi Branch. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection using a questionnaire questionnaire with a population of all customers who use mobile banking at Bank BJB syariah Bekasi Branch. banking at Bank BJB Syariah Bekasi Branch with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of IBM SPSS software version 16. The results showed that partially perceived benefits and perceived ease of use had no significant effect on customer interest in using mobile banking at Bank BJB Syariah Bekasi Branch, while perceived credibility and information about mobile banking had a significant positive effect on customer interest in using mobile banking. have a significant positive effect on customer interest in using mobile banking at Bank BJB Syariah Bekasi Branch.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out how the influence of product knowledge, consumer behaviour and service of BRI Syariah Bank employees on the interest of Bekasi traditional market traders in using Mikro iB financing. Respondents in this research were 60 market traders located in the Bekasi City area in the period January - February 2020. Method this research is quantitative research to examine the effect of independent variable on the dependent variable. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study found that product knowledge, consumer behaviour and bank services have a positive and significant on the interest of Bekasi market traders in using Sharia Micro IB financing. simultaneously product knowledge, consumer behaviour and bank services affect the interest of bekasi market traders in using Sharia Mikro iB financing market in using Sharia Mikro iB financing.

Abstract

This research discusses the risk management analysis carried out by PT. Sharia State Savings Bank towards multi-service financing products. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, the data collected in this study is in the form of words, sentences or images that describe the actual situation. The author collects data through observation, interviews, and documentation to facilitate the research process. The results showed that the risks faced by PT. Sharia State Savings Bank towards multi-service financing, namely financing risks and operational risks. The application of risk management carried out by PT. Sharia State Savings Bank is by conducting an identification process by looking at 5C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition Of Economy), measuring by looking at the NPF value every month, monitoring by providing daily report updates, as well as controlling with several collection processes, visits, saving financing using Reconditioning and Rescheduling, as well as conducting collateral auctions. Pt. Sharia State Savings Bank has carried out risk management of multi-service financing properly and in accordance with PBI No. 13/23/PBI/2011 concerning the Application of Risk Management for Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units, namely a series of procedures and methodologies used to identify, measure, monitor, and control risks that arise.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of training and compensation on employee performance at BPR Syariah Patriot Bekasi Bank. The research design that the author uses in this research is quantitative research multiple linear regression two predicators where the research is aimed at knowing the effect of training and compensation on employee performance. The data collection technique used a questionnaire to 15 respondents in the form of BPRS Patriot Bekasi employees with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that training and compensation had a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on the performance of BPRS Patriot Bekasi employees. This shows that training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Employees who receive adequate training tend to have better knowledge and skills, so that they can be applied directly to work. The combination of good training and competitive compensation creates optimal conditions for employees to contribute maximally to company performance.

Abstract

Marketing mix or marketing mix plays an important and potential role for the success of a company in today's business world. Therefore, to face competition that grows in line with the development of science and technology, one must prepare various preparations of appropriate and measurable marketing strategies for the continuity of a company so that it can make a greater contribution to the company. This study aims to examine the effect of product, price, place, promotion on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Cikarang, the sample used in this study was a purposive sample, the sample in this study was 100 respondents, the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. This questionnaire will be tested with several tests, namely multiple linear regression, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test, and hypothesis testing includes R test, F test, and T test using SPSS 26.0. The test results of this study are the product has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, place has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, promotion has an insignificant positive effect on customer satisfaction, product, price, place, promotion has an influence on customer satisfaction. customer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the application of the debt transfer contract is in accordance with Fatwa DSN MUI and to find out the supporting and obstacles in implementing the debt transfer contract. This type of research is field research using data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations and literature related with the problem under study, both as primary and secondary sources. While the method used is the qualitative description method. The results of this study explain that the application of debt transfer begins with the provision of qardh to customers the buyback process between customers with the bank until the end of the installment installment payment period. While the supporting factors are helping and facilitate customers who want to migrate from conventional banks to Islamic banks. For inhibiting factors is the lack of ability customers in paying installments, the customer's ability to provide the necessary funds related to financing in the debt transfer contract transfer of debt, the house that used as collateral is not feasible based on the appraisal assessment, did not get approval from the bank that will be transferred.
