Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of incentives on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This analysis is focused on employees so that employee performance is more optimal and improved. There are 3 variables used in this study, namely: incentives as the independent variable, employee performance as the dependent variable and job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection using a questionnaire distributed to all hotel employees. This research was conducted in all 3-star hotels in Lampung Province. The theory used in this study is the two-factor theory. This two-factor theory separates two sets of satisfaction and dissatisfaction. The sampling technique in this research is to use purposive sampling based on certain considerations. Respondents used as many as 302 employees, using the calculation of the Slovin formula. While the analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The program used in analyzing the data for this research is the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver.21.00.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the factors that influence the equity risk premium in companies listed on the IDX. This study uses a data sample of 34 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period of 6 years from 2015-2020, which were taken using the purposive sampling method. The variables used in this study are audit tenure, book to market equity ratio, firm size, leverage, and earnings per share. The analytical technique used in this study is linear regression multiple, namely to determine the effect of audit tenure, book to market equity ratio, firm size, leverage, and earnings per share of the equity risk premium. The results showed that statistically the independent variable audit tenure had a positive effect and the book to market equity ratio had a negative effect on the equity risk premium. while the variables of firm size, leverage, and earnings per share have to effect on the equity risk premium.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the correlation of bank soundness levels toward the disclosure of Islamic commercial banks' ethical identity in Indonesia. This research data collection uses secondary data derived from annual reports available on the official website of each bank. To achieve the objectives, this research was conducted by examining 12 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia that have been operating from 2014-2019. The sample of this study amounted to 72 samples with the determination of the sample using the purposive sampling method. Based on the test results using the correlation test. The researcher found that the level of bank soundness based on the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Good Performance Governance (GCG), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had a correlation with the disclosure of the Islamic commercial banks’ ethical identity. However, there is no correlation between Non-performing Financing (NPF) and Return on Assets (ROA) with the disclosure of the Islamic commercial banks’ ethical identity.

Abstract

In addition to economic growth, regional inequality is also an important issue for the development of every country. Theoretically and supported by many empirical studies, it is proven that high economic growth has an impact on regional inequality. Regional inequality is related to the income received by people in a country. Panel data is the data used in this study with the best method, namely the best Random Effect Model using the Eviews 9.0 analysis tool for regression. Based on the results of data processing, the average food expenditure and the number of poor people have a significant and positive effect on regional inequality in districts/cities in Lampung, while the average non-food expenditure and the average length of schooling have no significant effect. Economic inequality between regions is a common aspect of the economic activities of a region. Inequality arises due to differences in the content of natural resources and differences in demographic conditions found in each region. So that the ability of a region in the development process will also be different. Therefore, in each region, there is a developed region and a backward region.

Abstract

This research purpose to determine the most accurate models among Altman, Grover, Springate and Zmijewski to predict the financial distress on agriculture companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The population in this research is the agriculture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period, which are 25 companies. Based on the purposive sampling method, a sample of 24 companies was obtained. This research used the accuracy test and determinant coefficient. The result showed Springate is the most accurate model to predict the financial distress, the second is Grover and than Altman and Zmijewski.

Abstract

Promotion is an element of the marketing mix that focuses on efforts to inform, persuade, and remind consumers of the company's brands and products. This study aims to determine the effect of social media-based promotions, namely entertainment, interaction, and trends on the purchase intention of service products at the Technico Lampung Job Training Institute. The Technico Lampung Job Training Institute has entertainment that can make consumers comfortable on the Facebook page which affects consumers' purchase intentions, Interaction affects consumers' purchase intentions, the implications of accepting this hypothesis are that the Technico Job Training Institute needs to be more active in replying to comments, replying to messages of criticism and suggestions. Log in to the Technico Job Training Institute facebook page, Trends affect consumers' purchase intentions. The implication of accepting this hypothesis is that the Technico Job Training Institute needs to pay attention to the current trend movements before making posts on the Facebook page and ultimately affecting consumers' purchase intentions

Abstract

Capital structure is an equalization beetwen the use of own capital and the use of loan, it means how much the own capital and how much the loan that will be used can produce an optimal capital structure. Considering the amount of influencial factors to the growth of assets, firm size, profitability and liquidity to capital struture of manufacture company in food and beverage product sector. The aim of this research is to know and to evaluate the influence between the growth of assets, firm size, profitability and likuidity to manufacture company capital struture in food and beverage product sector which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2012-2016 period. The population of the research is food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. Based on purposive sampling get 14 companies for the samples. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Before analyzing the multiple linear regression has been to test the assumption of normality and test Classical to the sample data. The results of research are growth, size have significant positive effect on the capital structure,profitability asset has significant negative effect on capital structure, and the liquidity does not significantly affect the company's capital structure.

Abstract

The development of the times also encourages economic growth in every country. With more income, people have a desire to invest their excess income for investment activities. The investment made aims to get a profit or return. Stock return is the result (profit or loss) obtained from a stock investment. This of course requires technical analysis of which there are Simple Moving Average, and Exponential Moving Average. This study aims to compare the two analyzes and which one is more efficient in manufacturing companies on the IDX in 2021. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Exponential Moving Average with a period of 30 days is an efficient stock price estimation analysis in estimating stock prices from the 4 sub-sectors contained in the mining sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021. The Simple Moving Average becomes an analysis of stock price estimates that are less efficient in estimating the share price of the mining sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021. The study also found that in the EMA method, the longer the analysis period used, the the better the prediction results with the smaller the variance description value indicator.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of asset tangibility, profitability, and growth on leverage which is reflected in the debt to asset ratio (DAR). This study used a sample selection method which was carried out using a purposive sampling method. This study uses a data sample of 57 infrastructure, utilities, and transportation companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2020-2021. The analysis statistic utilized to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The test showed that statistically the independent variable asset tangibility, profitability, and growth simultaneously have positive and significant effect on leverage. The testing partially asset tangibility has a positive effect on leverage, profitability had a negative effect on leverage. While the independent variable growth had no effect on leverage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze respondents' income variables, prices for FunoTrans services, prices for other services, and user satisfaction with the number of requests for FunoTrans transportation services in Bandar Lampung City. The research uses descriptive quantitative methods which are classified as survey research, namely research that takes samples from one population by using a questionnaire. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study include; the price of online transportation services for motorbikes and cars using the FunoTrans application has a positive and significant effect; the price of other online transportation services for motorcycles and cars has a positive and significant effect; respondent's income has no significant effect; and user satisfaction have a significant effect on the demand for online transportation services in the FunoTrans application.
