Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Celebroty Endorsement,Brand Image dan Brand Trust terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Somethinc. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data selanjutnya menggunakan uji analisis linier berganda, uji t, uji f dan korfisien determinan. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa uji regresi berganda persamaan adalah : Y=0,217 (X1)+0,360 (X2)+0,387 (X3). Hasil uji t variabel celebrity endorsement ( X1) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) yaitu sebesar 3.031<1.660, dan variabel brand image (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) yaitu sebesar 4.219 <1.660, dan variabel brand trust (X3) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) yaitu sebesar 4.480 < 1.660. semua hal ini menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorsement, brand image dan brand trust berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) pada Produk Somethinc.

Abstract

CV. Sumber Proteina is a company that engaged in animal husbandry that produces and distributes chicken eggs. The reporting process at this company is still done manually, so it takes quite a long time to be able to provide reporting data until it reaches the head office. Thus the report need long time to reach the manager. Based on this, this company need a website that can facilitate the delivery of reports and data processing reports, so as to minimize the time of sending data and managing data reports. Management of production data at this company can help decision-making parties at the management level to speed up the process of reporting and processing production data. The system development uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) model and the design tool is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The stages for developing RAD system begin at the planning requirements stage, the user design, the Rapid Construction stage and the cutover or system testing stage. The results of this study are in the form of a system that can provide information on the availability of chicken eggs and can also be used online for consumers.Keywords—Data Processing, Production, Report, Website.

Abstract

Lampung merupakan Provinsi yang terletak di pintu gerbang Pulau Sumatera memiliki dua unsure masyarakat adat yaitu Papadun dan Saibatin yang biasa disebut Ulun Lampung. Seiring dengan visi dan misi Provinsi Lampung untuk terus melestarikan adat (budaya) nya termasuk seni Ukir Lampung , maka tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ukir lampung ini untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan seni ukir lampung melalui pengrajin di daerah Langkapura Kemiling Bandar Lampung dan SMK Ukir seperti SMK Negeri 5 Sukabumi Bandar Lampung. Keberlangsungan kerajinan ukir Lampung ini sehingga dapat meningkatnya peran kelembagaan dalam permodalan UMKM dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal yang berdaya saing, menurunnya angka kemiskinan menjadi 20%, meningkatnya jumlah kegiatan seni dan budaya, meningkatnya jumlah wisatawan lokal dan mancanegara dan yang berkunjung ke Provinsi Lampung untuk melihat produksi ukir Lampung dan membeli secara langsung dari tempat produksinya, berkurangnya jumlah penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial (PMKS), meningkatnya akses dan kualitas prasarana dan sarana perhubungan terutama untuk pendistribusian hasil kerajinan ukirs. Metode yang dipakai dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, penyajian materi melalui penugasan praktek, refleksi dan penutupan program serta sosilisasi penggunaan E-Commerce untuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada pelaksanaan pelatihan ukir kelompok pengukir baik pengrajin dan Siswa SMK Negri 5 Sukabumi Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Pendapatan perkapita masyarakat kabupaten Lampung Selatan yang kuat harus didasarkan potensi wilayah yang ada. Desa Fajar Baru kabupaten Lampung Selatan dijadikan tempat pengabdian masyarakat, dimana desa ini masih banyak masyarakat yang bermata pencaharian utamanya bertani, dengan pendapatan dari hasil usaha tani selama ini masih rendah yang disebabkan oleh pengetahuan petani sangat rendah didalam mengelola hasil pertanian/ peternakan, dan juga menghadapi resiko yang relative besar dari aspek profitabilitas yang sulit diprediksi karena kesulitan dalam memasarkan produksi perternakan dan harga yang menjadi kendala yang mempengaruhi usaha pertanian/peternak. Tujuan Kegiatan ini meningkatkan pengetahuan manajemen agribisnis dan mengembangkan usaha ternak di desa Fajar Baru.Hasil Pengabdian diikuti oleh 30 orang peserta, hasil skor nilai rata-rata pre-test 44,0 dan nilai skor rata-rata post test 72,5. Hasil dari melakukan penyuluhan ini adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Selama kegiatan pengabdian berjalan lancar dan berhasil baik, terlihat dari sikap antusias peserta mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan dan diskusi dan peningkatan pengetahuan dari hasil evaluasi yang diberikan kepada peserta.

Abstract

The development of technology and communication today has led to increased opportunities in the business world, this is also what underlies business pioneers to continue to develop a marketing strategy that can create and influence positive attitudes and can be profitable while increasing customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product dimensions, price, distribution channels and promotions on the decision to repurchase Balinese traditional clothing online at the Laksmi Kebaya Boutique, Bandar Lampung. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach. with the object of research is the consumer at the Laksmi Kebaya Boutique Bandar Lampung, which is located in Pramuka Housing, Garden Residence block C 18 Rajabasa Bandar Lampung. The data collection method used is through literature review, and questionnaires. with a population of consumers of Laksmi Kebaya Boutique Bandar Lampung, and the number of samples is 100 people. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between several dimensions of the marketing mix on the decision to repurchase traditional Balinese clothing online at the Laksmi Kebaya Boutique Bandar Lampung, the coefficient value is Product (0.195), Price (0.317), Distribution Channel (0.223, and Promotion (0.324).

Abstract

Along with the times, sports shoes like “Nike” have now developed into more modern and fashionable shoes, so they can be used in daily activities. Brand awareness and risk perception influencing intention to buy “Nike” shoes is the aim of this research. Descriptive analytical research is the model chosen to conduct this research. 100 respondents were used as a sample in this study through purposive sampling and questionnaires as a way of collecting data. The result study shows that the age group of 17-25 years is the dominant age group using “Nike” products. This age group is a productive age group so they have a good understanding of “Nike” products. Multiple linear regression analysis of brand awareness affects significantly the purchase intention as its significant value is 0.237. This shows that most consumers of “Nike” shoes have good brand awareness. The risk perception variable in this study has a significant effect of 0.201 to the purchase intention. In theory, risk perception will have a negative impact on purchase intention. However, there is a positive direction of risk perception on purchase intention.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 limited people's mobility so that they could not make purchases directly to the market. Various advantages of e-commerce make online shopping the main choice of the public in meeting their needs, one of which is Tokopedia. Tokopedia was hit by an issue related to a case of hacking user data in 2020 as reported by CNBC Indonesia.com. Tokopedia is faced with choices when shopping offline and online, including consumers can assess directly and see product rating reviews from other consumers. Based on reviews, there are still low ratings by consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust on consumer satisfaction of Tokopedia users. The population of this study was Tokopedia users living in Bandar Lampung, with a total sample of 110 respondents. The sample used in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The analysis used in this study is a validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and coefficient of determination (R2) with the help of the SPSS 26 application program. The results of this study show that the variables of service quality and trust have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose: To increase waste bank management science of knowledge  for members in the Melati Jaya cooperative and to improve and develop waste bank business management at the Melati Jaya cooperative. Method: This activity uses a participatory approach by involving partners in carrying out the stages as described in the activity road map. This activity is carried out by providing education on waste bank management. In the stage of counseling the service team and partners to improve management knowledge, skills and waste bank management. Result: Evaluation of the pre-test and post-test in the delivery of material to the participants of the Melati Jaya cooperative were an increase of 14 percent. The results of this increase in average score indicate an increase in the knowledge of cooperative members participating in training on waste bank management, and continue to motivate participants to continue choosing organic and inorganic starting from households because it can increase income economically.

Abstract

Promotion is an element of the marketing mix that focuses on efforts to inform, persuade, and remind consumers of the company's brands and products. This study aims to determine the effect of social media-based promotions, namely entertainment, interaction, and trends on the purchase intention of service products at the Technico Lampung Job Training Institute. The Technico Lampung Job Training Institute has entertainment that can make consumers comfortable on the Facebook page which affects consumers' purchase intentions, Interaction affects consumers' purchase intentions, the implications of accepting this hypothesis are that the Technico Job Training Institute needs to be more active in replying to comments, replying to messages of criticism and suggestions. Log in to the Technico Job Training Institute facebook page, Trends affect consumers' purchase intentions. The implication of accepting this hypothesis is that the Technico Job Training Institute needs to pay attention to the current trend movements before making posts on the Facebook page and ultimately affecting consumers' purchase intentions

Abstract

An understanding of the Aesthetic Experiental is important to be used as a guide for the owners and managers of tourist attractions so as to provide an experience for visitors who visit the tourism park, for this reason the physical things that are in the environment of the Lembah Hijau Tourism Park have an important influence in providing the quality of services provided, so it is necessary to know visitor satisfaction based on the research of Lembah Hijau Tourism Park seen from the concept of Aesthetic Experiential. Therefore, the researcher is interested in conducting a study entitled "Dimensions Aesthetic Experiental on Visitor Satisfaction at the Lembah Hijau Tourism Park in Bandar Lampung". This study aims to determine the effect of dimensions Aesthetic Experiental on visitor satisfaction at the Lembah Hijau Tourism Park in Bandar Lampung. Sampling used in this study was using a non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that Dimensions Aesthetic Experiental positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at Lembah Hijau Tourism Park in Bandar Lampung.
