Abstract

Information technology that continues to develop has a positive impact on all sectors of the economy to increase the competitiveness of business people. Online business or e-commerce is a current trend that cannot be denied as an opportunity for business people by utilizing internet media to carry out their activities anywhere and anytime without being limited by place or time. Advances in technology today can take advantage of the role of the internet and mobile devices that are owned to develop businesses that are owned online so as to enable achieving a wider market share. Therefore, e-commerce and marketplace training was conducted in Dasan Baru Village, Kediri, where the participants were young people who live in Dasan Baru Village. The purpose of this training activity is that young people in the Dasan Baru Kediri Village area have knowledge of online business concepts and utilize internet-based marketplaces to maximize their business marketing. With the training carried out, the participants can practice directly on their respective computers or gadgets, about the features on the marketplace, and the suggestions for progressing online businesses that are given. The implementation of this community service received a positive response from both the participants and the people of Dasan Baru Village in general. Participants took part in the training enthusiastically and were motivated to do business online following the current trend of the digital era.

Abstract

In 1997 the government has regulated the policy of Granting Ownership Rights for Very Simple Houses and Simple Houses through KMNA/KBPN No. 9 of 1997 and KMNA/KBPN No. 6 of 1998 concerning the Granting of Property Rights for Residential Houses. The existence of this decision is very beneficial for landowners and residential houses in housing complexes built by developers and for Indonesian citizens who own land with Building Use Rights for residential homes to have the convenience of obtaining changes in land rights to ownership rights. To address that in laws and regulations, regulations regarding changes in the status of Building Use Rights to Property Rights, it is deemed necessary to provide counseling/lectures so that the community in Dok IX Jayapura Utara Province of Papua knows the process and obstacles encountered in changing the status of Building Use Rights become property. Counseling/lectures on the topic of changing the status of Building Use Rights to Property Rights involved lecturers at the Faculty of Law at Yapis University in Papua as a service team and involved Lecturers at the Faculty of Law at Yapis University in Papua. The community service activities carried out at IX Jayapura Utara, Papua Province, can be said to have been carried out well as expected.act.

Abstract

Persons with disabilities are part of society who have the same rights and obligations and roles as other members of society. Data collection for disturbances must be carried out properly so that this makes the Magetan ICT Volunteers and the Magetan Regency Social Service must have a good database system. This paper aims to provide a website design for stakeholders on data problems in Magetan Regency. The method used in designing this system is observation, data collection and information needed in designing the system. The result is to produce an Integrated Data Collection Information System for the Needs of Persons with Disabilities, abbreviated as SI PERKASA. This system can provide complete and accurate information according to the criteria, through services for inputting data to the admin and being able to provide it in the form of tables and graphs.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that are developing in Penagan Village, Mendo Barat District, Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province need further guidance. This training aims to provide training and assistance regarding marketing strategies through making designs, namely product packaging, labeling, packaging, and marketing strategies for MSME products. The implementation method used in this activity is by conducting training as well as making designs for product packaging, logos, and so on using the Canva application. The result of this activity is to produce various designs, including attractive packaging so that in the future product marketing will be better and MSME product results will be known by all levels of society, both locally and internationally

Abstract

Business recognition through social media is very important in the midst of the ever-increasing development of internet users. Through social media, business profiles can be known by users, the more recognized the potential to increase the number of customers will be more open. Eka Multi Teknik is an UMKM engaged in repairing air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines and other devices. In particular, these UMKM have not introduced their business through digital platforms, besides that the identity logo business is not yet available in digital form, making it difficult to apply it on social media and other digital media. So the solution offered is to make an identity logo in digital form, Instagram social media, and training on using Instagram social media for business. From the results of this activity, the partners were very enthusiastic about participating in the activity, this can be seen from: the participation of partners in providing a place and time for activities, as well as discussions and questions and answers conducted by partners with the service team. Partners have also been able to use Instagram social media for business, this can be seen from the results of content posts that have been made by partners, including how to use Instagram's Insights feature for business

Abstract

Garbage is a common problem that needs serious attention. Waste problems can have an impact on public health and environmental health. The local governments and community's form of effort in dealing with waste problems is the formation of TPS-3R by applying the concept of reduce, reuse, and recycle. Implementing the TPS-3R Institution requires proper management with the support of information technology. One of the TPS-3Rs located in the Gianyar – Bali area is TPS-3R Banjar Bonjaka which provides waste processing services for 345 households. The problem encountered during the observation was the manual recording of TPS-3R operational activities. The recording is currently only in the form of a physical book which carries the risk of errors, loss of records, and physical damage. Thus, in carrying out community service activities, it is proposed to provide assistance activities and implement the Garbage Bank application for TPS-3R managers. Community service activities aim to increase the ability to use information technology to manage TPS-3R. Thus, it can help optimize administrative governance. The activity was carried out for one day and attended by 10-15 participants. The evaluation of community service activities shows that participants have been able to input or manage data in the waste bank application. Achievement of abilities is a benchmark for the success of community service activities, with a success percentage of around 80-90%. This activity's benefit is facilitating administrative recording and management of TPS-3R activities by implementing the waste bank application.
