Abstract

This study aims to analyze what factors affect the disclosure of carbon emissions in carbon intensive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016 - 2020 years. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with literature studies both on the company's website and on the Indonesian stock exchange. The collection technique the data used is purposive sampling to determine the sample in this study. The sample used as many as 138 companies with data processing methods using analysis descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. Results of the research show that firm size, profitability, managerial ownership, and ownership institutions have a positive influence on the disclosure of carbon emissions. In addition, can it is known that the company's leverage harms the disclosure of emissions carbon while total asset turnover, environmental performance, regulators, and media exposure do not affect the disclosure of carbon emissions.

Abstract

The issue of environmental damage caused by fashion industry continues to increasing every year accompanied by real conditions that accur, either damage on humans, animals, plants, and the environment. Nowadays people are increasingly aware of the importance of preserving the environment more selectively in the selection of products used. This resesrch was conducted to determine the effect of Green Perceived Value and Green Brand Image on Green Purchase Intentionwith Green Trust as an Intervening variable in the case study on fashion product Sejauh Mata Memandang. The number of samples study werw 170 respondent from consumers Sejauh Mata Memandang and also green consumerism. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling. In this study, it shows that the Green Perceived Value and Green Brand Image variables have a significant effect on Green Trust and also Green Purchase Intention. Green Trust does not have a greater influence on each independent variable and also the dependent variable.

Abstract

Rivalry between airline companies makes airlines compete to provide the best service for every customer. One of the factors to increase buying interest is timeliness or On Time Performance (OTP). OTP is a consideration for consumers in choosing an airline. This study aims to determine how much influence On Time Performance (OTP) has on the interest in buying Garuda Indonesia airline tickets at Komodo Airport. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data sources in this study are Garuda Indonesia airline consumers who pass through Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport in the period from June 2021 to December 2021. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire technique distributed online. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that the On Time Performance (OTP) variable partially has a significant influence on the Consumer Ticket Purchase Interest of Garuda Indonesia Airlines at Komodo Airport Labuan Bajo in the period June 2021 to December 2021. The effect of On Time Performance (OTP) on buying interest Garuda Indonesia airline tickets at Komodo Airport amounted to 38.3% and the remaining 62.7% was explained by other variables not discussed in this study such as ticket prices, services, route availability, aircraft types and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-learning and growth mindset to workforce agility at Insurance Company XYZ. This study using qualitative approach as well as observation and interview to collect data and information about the problems that might be happen. This study conducted interviews with 5 persons who are the employees of Insurance Company XYZ.In this study it was found that there were various positive and negative impacts. Even tho, the results of this study show that e-learning and growth mindset have an effect on workforce agility at Insurance Company XYZ. Therefore, the researcher give the suggestion for Insurance Company XYZ is to always empower, motivate and provide moral support for the employees to be able to provide the best for the company and not give up easily at work.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Finance To Deposit Ratio (FDR), And Operating Costs And Operating Income (BOPO) On The Return On Assets (ROA) Of PT BPRS In West Java Province During The Covid 19 Pandemic. The research method used is Quantitative. This research has limitations in the implementation of its analysis and discussion, which was carried out only on fifteen (15) largest Sharia People's Financing Banks in West Java Province with ownership of financial statements recorded at the Financial Services Authority, and the analysis was carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely 2020 Quarter 1 to 2021 Quarter 4 or in quarter size. Based on the test results, it showed that partially variables (NPF) had a significant effect on (ROA), (FDR) did not have a significant effect on (ROA), (BOPO) had a significant effect on (ROA). Meanwhile, simultaneously the influence of NPF, FDR, BOPO has a significant effect on (ROA) PT BPRS in West Java Province during the Covid-19 pandemic.
