Background: Phenomenon human trafficking already often happened in Indonesia , especially in Tanjungpinang City . Follow criminal human trafficking is very troubling society , so need existence serious action _ from government for cope act criminal this person trade . Trading this person no only there is a problem in one country only , but already plunge into the cross country or international . Aim: For analyze _ juridical act criminal trafficking in persons ( Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning Eradication Follow Criminal Trafficking in Persons). Methods: Method used _ is method Qualitative with use study normative juridical . Findings: government publish Law No. 21 of 2007 concerning Eradication Follow Criminal Trafficking in Persons. Regulation the expected could give legal protection _ direct nor no direct to society . Abstract

Background: Beggars are one of them, and is one of the negative impacts of development, especially urban development. Begging in cities like Tanjung Pinang is a phenomenon that is recognized as a serious problem, especially considering the population. Aim: The Tanjungpinang City Social Service aims to deal with beggars with regulations, provide shelter, and educate the public about the prohibition of distributing cash to beggars. The Tanjungpinang City Social Service is not yet fully ready to handle beggars. Method: Using qualitative research is based on natural conditions in the field and does not involve extensive data manipulation, so as to produce data with true meaning. Types of Research Descriptive research usually uses analysis. Findings: The result of this research is that the problem of beggars is a serious concern of the government, and various efforts have been made to overcome it.

Abstract

Backgrounds: The rapid and sophisticated development of information and communication technology has brought major changes in aspects of life. People can now do things more easily thanks to technological advances, including trade. Aim: This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity and product quality on purchasing decisions for seasonal clothing in e-commerce in the city of Makassar. Methods: This research uses quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used was purposive non-probability sampling using Hair's theory, so that the number of samples in this study was 160 samples. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data with data collection methods through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Findings: the results of the study show that partially the religiosity and product quality variables have a significant influence on the purchasing decision of Muslim clothing in e-commerce. Simultaneously the religiosity and product quality variables have a significant influence on the purchasing decision of Muslim fashion in e -commerce in Makassar city. Based on the results of the test for the coefficient of determination, it was found that religiosity and product quality can influence the decision to purchase Muslim clothing in e-commerce by 0.519 or 51.9%. Meanwhile, the remaining 0.481 or 48.1 % is influenced by other variables not proposed in this study

Abstract

Backgrounds: The concept of human development or human capital is a hot topic that is being widely discussed, considering that human capital is part of human resource management with a broader scope of study which addresses the practical side of human resource management. Aim: Between emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, special performance appraisal, education and training, and motivation on teacher performance (3) The simultaneous effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, special performance appraisal, education and training, and motivation on teacher performance. Method: Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Findings: Based on the results of NJI calculations, all variables in this study are in the high category, meaning that each variable is perceived as good by the permanent teachers of the foundation. The results showed that the variables of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, special performance appraisal, education and training, motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Then simultaneously the variables of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, special performance appraisal, education and training, motivation affect performance

Abstract

Backgrounds: The influence of student consumptive behavior is influenced by several factors, both internal and external. The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of spending, lifestyle, and self-control on the consumptive behavior of students between faculties at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Aim: The subjects of this study were students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FITK) and the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Economics (FSEI). The population in this study found 8049 students. Methods: The number of samples in this study were 381 students calculated by the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%. The data analysis method used is the independent t-test analysis method. Findings: The results of the study showed that the calculation of the Comparative Test obtained, lifestyle differences were significant between FITK and FSEI students. Where the average value of competition among FSEI students is higher than the average value of FITK students. Meanwhile, there is no significant difference between FITK and FSEI in the Comparative Test of self-control and monthly expenses

Abstract

Background: This paper aims to study the potential, opportunities, problems, and strategies for diversifying seaweed commodities to strengthen markets, competitiveness, and economic resilience of coastal communities. Seaweed is an aquaculture product that can improve the people’s economic welfare, deploy many laborers, and even increase the country's foreign exchange. Aim: The potential for seaweed distribution in Indonesia is wide open for those naturally grown and cultivated in the sea. Method: There are good opportunities for the seaweed industry related to the potential for cultivation land, availability of raw materials, and demands for processed products. However, there are problems and challenges to the nation’s ability to export and compete for world market share to meet the world's seaweed needs. Findings: They include low quality and continuity of raw materials, provided capital, weak human and institutional resources, and seaweed products marketing strategies. There must be appropriate strategies for the diversification of Indonesian seaweed commodities for market strengthening, competitiveness, and economic resilience of coastal communities

Abstract

Background: Facility management is the process of planning, administering, coordinating, and evaluating the day-to-day operation of facilities, the technological dimension as applied in sports facility management is used in enhancing the value of facilities and acting as a foundation for smooth operation or processes that define smooth interactions between people and places. Aim: This study aims to assess the state of management of Tirunesh Dibaba and the director of facilities management for the South Youth and Sports Office and facilities and to compare the practices of two different venue facility management positions. Method: This study used qualitative data with in-depth semi-structured interviews with sports facility managers and a purposive sampling approach was used to select sports facility managers. Findings: The results of the study showed that the FM had come a long way to establish itself as a new business opportunity, especially with technological advances, international competition, and tight budget controls every organization wants to concentrate only on core business activities, this gives an opportunity for FM business to grow rapidly. It also requires seasoned professionals with technical and soft skills coupled with the right attitude to make business areas more user-friendly and liked by premise occupants

Abstract

Background: Marketing communication is one step that has a major influence on the success of a company. Along with the development of technology, the economy, and the market, competition becomes more stringent. For this reason, marketing communication media are needed to be able to reach the target market. For this reason, marketing communication media are needed to be able to reach the target market. Aim: This study aims to explain SCI Coffee's marketing communication strategy, which includes message strategy and media strategy, as implemented through Instagram Method: This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted at the café SCI COFFEE. The population and sample used were all workers at the Syntax Corporation Indonesia office, totaling 100 respondents. Findings: The results of the message strategy research study conducted by SCI via Instagram are information contained in the form of a service model that is close to consumers, offers a place with a comfortable atmosphere, and has a unique café concept that is different in each branch. While the message strategy is through creative message forms in the form of unique photo content and captions. The choice of language for writing captions uses slang. The media strategy carried out by SCI through Instagram as a marketing communication medium, media strategy through target audiences that are tailored to the habits of the target audience, using the current trending Instastory  feature, and the hashtag feature to make it easier for consumers to find places to enjoy good coffee, and election Instagram post time.

Abstract

Background: Management planning in improving employee performance in a company, namely providing training, applying discipline and providing motivation at work Aim: This study aims to find out how management planning in improving employee performance in a company. Method: This research is qualitative research, so the data analysis applied is qualitative. Data collection is the activity of deciphering or collecting all data that has been obtained from the field in the form of observations, interviews and data in the form of certain documents without exception Data presentation, efforts to present data to see the overall picture or certain parts of this research, Data reduction is the process of selecting the focus of attention on simplifying, abstracting, and transforming emerging data and written records in the field Conclusion and verification, that is, an attempt to achieve meaning to the collected data, by looking for patterns, relationships of equations of things that often arise Findings: The implementation of management in improving employee performance in a company is conducting training, applying time in work and providing motivation in the form of rewards and punishments. Evaluation of management planning in improving employee performance runs effectively and efficiently, if this is associated with syarah management then this is in accordance with the three principles of sharia management, namely fairness, trust and accountability as well as communicative.
