Abstract

Hospital is an integral part of the entire health care system that serves patients with various types of services. Health problems have a big role in improving people's standard of living. The spearhead of the hospital, namely health workers, consists of various professions that work collaboratively. Health worker performance refers to the extent to which health workers carry out their roles based on work expertise and efficiently achieve hospital goals. This study aims to examine how the influence of servant leadership and organizational climate on employee performance through affective commitment as an intervening variable. The research study was conducted at Kumala Siwi Mijen Kudus Public Hospital. The method used in this study is quantitative, namely using a representative sample to answer each statement submitted and using a questionnaire to collect research data. The research sample was 152 as health workers other than doctors at Kumala Siwi Mijen Public Hospital with a minimum working period of two years. The research analysis tool uses the AMOS 22.00 software with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The results showed that servant leadership had no significant effect on the performance of health workers with a p-value of 0.689 (H1 was rejected). There is a significant influence of organizational climate on the performance of health workers with a p-value of 0.006 (H2 accepted). There is a significant influence of servant leadership on affective commitment with a p-value of 0.001 (H3 accepted). There is a significant influence of organizational climate on affective commitment with a p-value of 0.022 (H4 accepted). There is a significant effect of affective commitment on the performance of health workers with a p-value of 0.025 (H5 accepted). The conclusion is that affective commitment can be a mediating variable between servant leadership on the performance of health workers with an indirect effect value of 0.120 compared to a direct effect of 0.066. Then affective commitment does not mediate between organizational climate and the performance of health workers because the value of the direct effect is 0.318 greater, compared to the indirect effect of 0.073.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the relevant costs in PT Semen Bosowa Maros in choosing alternatives to accept or reject special orders, to analyze the use of relevant cost analysis of semi-variable costs as well as the separation of relevant cost analysis as a tool of decision making to accept or reject a special order. The research data were obtained from interviews with the leaders and the production of PT Semen Bosowa Maros. The findings of this study indicate that the results of the analysis of the relevant costs, and the decision to accept or reject the special order show that the proposed alternative is capable of providing profits for the company. The first alternative with a price of IDR 1,100,000/ton 12,443 /ton can accept because the total relevant cost smallest was IDR 4,756,879,389 rather than the relevant acceptable which get was IDR 13,687,300,000 so that from this special order get profit relevant biggest IDR 8,930,420,611 and the second alternative with a price of IDR 1.0 8 0,000 .-/ton as much as 19,202 tons can accept because the total relevant cost smallest was IDR 7,340,801,899 rather than relevant acceptable which get was IDR 20,738,160,000 so that from this special order get profit the biggest relevant  IDR 13,397,358,101, therefore, the second alternative special order can be accepted, because it can contribute more to the company's margin

Abstract

The issue of green consumerism has been extensively researched, but its impact on the growth of the green product market is small. This happens because intentions that did not manifest in behavior. Emotions had the potential to encourage individuals to carried out the intended behavior. Therefore intentions that reinforced by emotions will soon turn into behavior. The research was conducted with an experimental design. The results show that emotions strengthen the relationship between behavioral intentions to buy and green products buying behavior. Research findings became valuable input for the creation of a green product marketing communication strategy. Giving advertising exposure with emotional appeal was expected to change intention to buy green product to actual purchases

Abstract

This paper discusses changes in environmental quality caused by the increase in the earth’s temperature which is increasing every year. The impact of rising earth temperature includes environmental damage, economic losses, and social losses. Therefore, several countries have discussed renewable energy as a solution to withstand the increase in earth’s temperature, one of which is through the concept of NZE (Net Zero Energy) which aims to reduce dependence on fossil energy sources. The implementation of NZE in Indonesia in 2060 is expected to support the national Net Zero Emission (NZE) 2060 program, which is a continuation of the follow-up to the Paris Agreement. In addition, the author also relates government support in order to maximize the potential of Renewable Energy in the Application of NZE can also support the defense of the Indonesian state. The research method used is a qualitative method in the form of an objective narrative literature review.

Abstract

In recent decades, geothermal energy has become increasingly important as an alternative energy source that can support national energy security and economic sustainability in developing countries. This article discusses the potential of geothermal resources and their implications for national defense and economic sustainability in developing countries. The author presents an overview of the potential of geothermal energy in developing countries and then discusses its implications for national defense and economic sustainability. This article also discusses the challenges and opportunities faced by developing countries in harnessing the potential of geothermal energy to strengthen energy security and support economic growth. The method used in this research is literature analysis and case studies. Data was collected from sources such as official government reports, academic studies, and scientific journal articles. The results of the study show that geothermal energy has great potential in supporting national defense and economic sustainability in developing countries. However, there are still many challenges to be overcome in developing the geothermal energy industry, including difficulties in identifying geothermal resource potential and building the necessary infrastructure to harness it. Nevertheless, this article shows that geothermal energy can be a promising solution for developing countries to strengthen energy security and support sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of repurchase intention on the millennial generation through e-word of mouth (e-WOM) as an intervention variable on e-satisfaction and e-trust in Bukalapak e-commerce. This study used quantitative approach and survey method using online questionnaire. The sample used was 185 respondents who were millennial generation users of Bukalapak. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The results showed that e-WOM has a significant positive influence on repurchase intent, e-satisfaction, and e-trust. In addition, repurchase intent also has a significant positive influence on e-satisfaction and e-trust. These findings suggest that e-WOM can be used as a strategy to increase repurchase intent, e-satisfaction, and e-trust in Bukalapak e-commerce. Therefore, Bukalapak needs to pay attention to and improve the quality of e-WOM that appears on their platform, as well as improve the quality of service and customer experience to strengthen customers' repurchase intent, e-satisfaction, and e-trust in the future.

Abstract

The development of the number of MSMEs that continue to increase every year is not directly proportional to the contribution of the country's export value. One of the low contributions of export value is influenced by MSMEs which are still having difficulty starting market expansion abroad. The purpose of this study is to find out the strategy of MSMEs to be able to internationalize and be able to compete abroad. This study uses qualitative methods using a phenomenological approach. Qualitative data was obtained through in-depth interviews with 3 MSMEs in Central Java that have successfully exported. The results showed that various things can affect the three MSMEs, namely by overcoming export barriers, receiving leverage from the government, and having competitive advantages to be able to successfully export and survive in the international market.

Serve consumers, as well as keep abreast of technological developments and services that move dynamically. For example, providing discounts, making Indonesian food, holding events, and making sales applications to offer products to the public. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of achievement of service, sales, and promotion through sales and promotion mix in service improvement and sales achievement by using the lokomart.id application and promotions through advertising, price discounts, individual sales, direct sales, and sales with application theory. This research method is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, through in-depth interviews and documents relevant to the research. the subjects of this study were area 6 Yogyakarta managers, junior sales managers, senior sales supervisors, and sales staff.  PT. Reska multi Usaha formed a forum for sales communication and promotion of food and beverage products through 1. Advertising, with railroad television, raw food, kai access, and the official lokomard.id.website. 2. Sales promotion using discounted prices, vouchers, to users, or purchases through kai access and lokomard.id.3.sales promotion by holding events at the station, educational tours, and public relations. 4. face-to-face individual sales to get feedback, 5. Marketing and direct sales and. 6. Digital marketing to find out direct responses from consumers.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and organizational lifestyle on overall employee performance. The study was conducted in Bitung Metropolis at KPP Pratama Bitung, and a total of 103 employees of KPP Pratama Bitung were interviewed. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: The type of research conducted is explanatory research with a general sampling approach. Fact-gathering was done through a questionnaire using the Likert scale model processed with the Microsoft Excel 2019 software program and the SPSS 25 model. The validity test and the reliability test of the research tool used the SPSS correlation coefficient significance test and the significance test. Cronbach Alpha (A) SPSS Statistical Examination. Information analysis strategy with multiple regression evaluation. Findings: This study provides findings demonstrating that leadership, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and organizational lifestyle simultaneously positively impact employee performance, while leadership, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and organizational lifestyle partially positively impact worker performance. Conclusion: Implementation of the strategy or steps in this study is intended to guide and motivate an organization to successfully apply leadership, organizational civic behavior (OCB), and organizational culture to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between service quality, perceived utility, and the choices made by go-ride service users in Makassar. The theories used in this study are the service decision theory developed by Kotler and Keller, Davis’s theory of perceived usefulness, and Kotler’s theory of service quality. 50 Makassar go-ride service users were given questionnaires as part of the quantitative study methodology. The Pearson product-moment correlation approach is the one employed for data analysis. The study finds findings that decisions about which services to employ are positively and significantly correlated with both service quality and perceived usefulness.
