<![CDATA[This study aims to investigate the relationship between internal auditors' professional behavior and internal audit quality in the North Sumatra Provincial Government. Internal auditors' professional behavior, which includes ethics, independence, and integrity, is considered a critical factor that can affect audit quality. This study used a survey method and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to internal auditors who served in the provincial government agencies. The results of data analysis using descriptive statistical techniques and correlation analysis showed a significant positive relationship between the professional behavior of internal auditors and internal audit quality. It was found that internal auditors who exhibit high professional behavior tend to produce better internal audit quality. This study contributes to the practical and theoretical understanding of the factors that influence internal audit quality in the context of provincial government. The implications of the findings may assist decision makers in improving internal audit practices through enhancing the professional behavior of internal auditors. In addition, this study can serve as a foundation for further research in the field of government auditing and accounting.]]>

<![CDATA[The impact of outside factors on the success of the Coffee Bean Café in Medan is the subject of this study. Additionally, information was gathered by sending out questionnaires to thirty respondents. Multiple linear regression is the model utilised, while SPSS version 19 is employed for processing. The analysis using the t test's results reveals that the dependent variable, the success of the Coffee Bean Café (Y), is partially or simultaneously impacted positively and significantly by two independent variables: the family environment (X1), friendship environment (X2), and impulse buying (X3). Price reductions and other unresearched factors account for 25% of the Biji Kopi café's performance in sustaining its company, according to the analysis utilising the coefficient of determination. ]]>

<![CDATA[This paper investigates the implementation of white hat SEO (search engine optimization) techniques to promote village potential products online, using the case study of coconut distributors in Kebun Kelapa Village, Medan, Indonesia. The specific SEO techniques explored include keyword optimization, quality content creation, meta tag and description refinement, alt text for images, internal linking between related posts, and optimizing for mobile devices. Initial results show that targeted keyword usage, organizing site structure, and highlighting unique value propositions in content can effectively improve site visibility and search engine rankings. Further analysis on user engagement and lead generation conversion is still required. Adoption of white hat SEO strategies has promising potential for rural businesses to expand their reach via digital platforms. ]]>

<![CDATA[The growth of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has a significant impact on the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This study aims to analyze and implement an IoT-based monitoring system in MSMEs in Medan City. This research involves surveys, interviews, and prototype development as the main methodologies. First, a survey was conducted to understand the level of readiness and awareness of MSMEs towards IoT technology. The findings of this survey became the foundation for designing solutions that fit the needs of the MSME sector. In-depth interviews with MSME owners provided deep insight into the challenges and opportunities faced in adopting this technology. Furthermore, based on the survey findings and interviews, a prototype IoT monitoring system was developed and implemented in several MSMEs in Medan City. The system includes connected sensors, communication modules, and a simple yet effective user interface. Evaluation results from the prototype implementation show that MSMEs in Medan City can gain significant benefits from IoT technology, including improved operational efficiency and inventory monitoring. In this context, the successful implementation illustrates the potential positive impact of IoT technology on the productivity and competitiveness of MSMEs. This research provides a comprehensive view of the challenges and opportunities of IoT implementation in the MSME sector, providing a foundation for the development of strategies and policies that support the adoption of this technology. The implications of the findings can contribute to the development of a technology-enabled MSME ecosystem in Medan City and provide insights that can be applied to similar contexts across the region.]]>

<![CDATA[Following the COVID-19 outbreak, using technology to run a business has become essential for all business actors. increased economic expansion along with the arrival of the "digitalization 5.0" era. In the age of digitization, traditional in-person sales must give way to online sales through a variety of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. The goal of this community service programme is to use e-commerce to improve knowledge and skills. The Medan Johor District Government and community service teams from the surrounding area are among the several stakeholders involved in this endeavour. This time, the service activities include: building strong customer communication and customer commitment applied in the selected firm; teaching e-commerce-based business skills in accordance with motivational direction acquired; and aiming to expand the knowledge of entrepreneurs. <![CDATA[An expert system is a technology that is able to integrate medical knowledge and data processing to diagnose spinal cord diseases. With various algorithms and a carefully structured knowledge base, this expert system can identify spinal cord diseases based on the symptoms presented by the patient. The main advantage of this expert system is its ability to process data quickly and provide diagnostic recommendations consistently. The results provided from this research are an expert system for identifying spinal cord disease which was built using the Visual Basic software application system. From patient data and symptom data applied to the expert system for in spinal cord disease, it is known that the accuracy of the system for diagnosing spinal cord disease is 95% of patients.]]>

Performance is the ability of workers to produce results. Company performance is something that a business produces over time in accordance with established standards. This study uses a type of causal research. The results of this study state that the effect of Supply Chain Management on Company Performance is accepted based on the findings of the analysis and discussion. This is based on the results of the t test, namely Supply Chain Management with t count> t table which shows that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
