Abstract

This research aims to develop a guided inquiry-based physics learning guidebook using PhET simulations on global warming material to improve the science process skills of 10th-grade students. The type of research used is development research with a 4D development model. However, this research was carried out only at the development stage, where the product being made would be tested for feasibility first by experts to find out how far the product had been developed. The subjects in this development research were two media experts and two material experts as validators of the guidebook being developed. The media and material expert validation results show that this guidebook falls within the criteria of being quite valid, with a percentage score of 45% from the media expert validation test and 46% from the material expert validation test. This guidebook can be considered a good development based on the development results. It can be used to support physics learning at the high school level, especially regarding global warming.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang menggunakan metode meta-analisis yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep belajar fisika pada peserta didik. Dengan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif berupa meta analisis didapatkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa model ini berpengaruh terhadapĀ  hasil belajar fisika dan keaktifan peserta didik dapat meningkat. Dimana Model pengajaran inkuiri merupakan pengajaran yang terpusat pada siswa dan dalam pengajaran ini siswa dituntut untuk lebih aktif belajar. Dari data, didapatkan bahwa pada beberapa pengelompokkan kategori yaitu pada jenjang pendidikan, media, materi pelajaran, dan bahan ajar. Pada kategori jenjang pendidikan, tingkatan kriteria yang tinggi yaitu pada jenjang pendidikan SMP yaitu sebesar 1,70. Sedangkan yang terendah dengan effect of size 0,30 dengan tingkat kriteria sedang yaitu pada jenjang perguruan tinggi. Selanjutnya pada kategori media, tingkatan effect of size yang tertinggi adalah pada Simulasi PhET dengan besar effect of size 0,35 dengan kriteria sedang. Pada kategori materi pelajaran, tingkatan kriteria yang tertinggi yaitu pada materi Gerak Lurus Beraturan dan Gerak Lurus Berubah Beraturan dengan effect of size sebesar 4,22 sedangkan kriteria yang terendah yaitu pada materi listrik dinamis yang hanya memiliki effect of size sebesar 0,06. Terakhir untuk pengelompokkan kategori, yaitu kategori bahan ajar. Dalam bahan ajar kriteria yang paling tertinggi adalah pada bahan ajar lembar kerja dengan effect of size sebesar 1,44 dengan kriteria tinggi. Sedangkan pada kriteria yang terendah adalah pada bahan ajar modul dengan effect of size sebesar 0,66.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the enhancement of mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of the STAD cooperative learning model. Employing a classroom action research approach, the study unfolds across two cycles. The subjects consist of 29 first-grade students, comprising 10 male and 19 female students. Data collection techniques encompass observation, tests, and documentation, facilitated by observation sheets and written tests as research instruments. Data analysis involves both qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Results indicate that the utilization of the STAD cooperative learning model significantly improves students' mathematics learning outcomes. This improvement is evidenced by the progressive increase in the class's average test scores across each cycle, with average scores rising from 54.48 in the pre-cycle to 70.52 in cycle I and further to 82.6 in cycle II.

Abstract

Konflik pada dasarnya sangat dekatan dengan hidup manusia. Konflik itu lahir dari ketidakmatangan sikap manusia dalam menyelesaikan persoalan antara sesama manusia itu sendiri, anggota atau golongan. Motif terjadinya konflik ada berbagai macam, mulai dari urusan pribadi sampai pada urusan budaya dan tradisi dalam hal ini pernikahan. Atas dasar ini tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui konstruksi prinsip negosiasi yang dikembangkan dalam pernikahan adat Krowe di Sikka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, FGD, dan dokumentasi. Data dipilah berdasarkan tata urutan kegunaan, selanjutnya data dikelompokkan berdasarkan masalah yang dingkat dan pada akhirnya melakukan proses verifikasi untuk dihubungkan dengan setiap tujuan yang hendak dicapai serta dikonfrontasi dengan dokumen pendukung. Hasil penelitian tentang prinsip negosiasi yang dikembangkan dalam pernikahan adat Krowe di Sikka yaitu kula kameng (ide diangkat kepermukaan), kula babong (lempar ide dengan santun), kula kara (rapat umum).

Abstract

This study explores the vision and mission statements of microbusinesses in Daet, Camarines Norte, focusing on their prevalence, clarity, alignment, impact, obstacles, and challenges. Employing a descriptive quantitative approach, data was collected through a survey questionnaire. Statistical techniques such as weighted mean, frequency, and percentage were utilized, with thirty respondents selected from ten microbusiness industries through descriptive and quota samplings. Findings reveal a prevalent lack of clear vision and mission statements among microbusiness owners, attributed to uncertainty and a perceived low priority. Insufficient skills and resources further hinder the crafting of compelling statements, impacting the success of these enterprises. The study underscores the importance of workshops, training sessions, and seminars to equip microbusiness owners with the necessary tools for developing purposeful vision and mission statements, vital for guiding their business towards success.
