Abstract

The government provides social assistance programs to the poor to help achieve community welfare programs by providing social assistance to the poor. The research used is descriptive research. Technical analysis of the data obtained was carried out using three types of triangulation through data reduction, data presentation, verification and confirmation of conclusions, then data validity, namely source triangulation. The effect of social assistance on the welfare of underprivileged communities in Ulak Rengas Village, Abung Tinggi District, North Lampung has positive and negative effects. Effect can be defined as a result or outcome. The social assistance provided and distributed by the Indonesian government to the poor is very diverse and varies, ranging from social assistance in the form of basic needs to financial assistance. The positive effects of income assistance can improve the economy of poor people, ease the burden of meeting living needs and help poor people manage and make maximum use of the results of life assistance to improve people's living standards. The negative effect of social assistance is that people feel dependent on social assistance, feel that their lives are being helped, people only depend on ordinary social assistance which causes a lack of public awareness of being satisfied, social assistance and improving the economy.

Abstract

Al-bai’u is an exchange goods or exchange goods for money and Execution of trade contracts It requires the consent of both parties. Akad al-bai’u in restaurants Anyer Banten with the seller does not deliver list of pice of food to customers This research uses an approach qualitative and method Analysis normative-empirical of law research and answer issues that arise in the contract al-bai’u in restaurants The research results show that akad al-bai’u in restaurant is allowed, if akad in restaurant Anyer Banten This is done at the beginning, namely when the buyer has finished taking the desired menu So it's counting Price of food set before the buyer eats And the nature of payment in a direct way between sellers and buyers who meet face to face and Akad al-bai’u in restaurant Anyer Banten is in the form of debts and receivables which must be recorded as stated in the statement of Allah which is written in surah al baqarah ayat 282

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, terutama dalam komunikasi dan informasi, terdapat tantangan dan peluang baru bagi UMKM untuk beradaptasi dan emanifestasi dari keimanan dan ketaqwaan, yang harus diintegrasikan dalam semua aspek kegiatan ekonomi termasuk dalam etika bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan pendekatan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ibu Rusiyem belum memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam operasional bisnisnya, disebabkan oleh keterbatasan pengetahuan, usia, dan persepsi bahwa teknologi akan menyulitkan. Meskipun demikian, beliau telah menerapkan prinsip etika bisnis Islam dengan baik. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam teknologi digital bagi pelaku UMKM agar dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada, sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip etika dalam Islam.
