Abstract

Reproductive health is a state of physical, mental, and social well-being, intact, not just free of disease or disability in all aspects related to the reproductive system, its functions, and processes. The aspect of reproductive health itself includes the reproductive system, adolescent growth and development, family planning, HIV and AIDS and other STDs. This study aims to determine the influence of KESPROJA video media on the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents towards Reproductive Health. This research method is a quasi experiment or pseudo-experiment with a Quasi Experiment One Group Pretest Posttest Design design. The population of all Level 1 students of the DIII Midwifery Study Program in Blora is 52 students. The side technique used is total side. The results of the study on the effectiveness of KESPROJA educational videos on adolescents' knowledge and attitudes showed that p-value = 0.001 (<0.05) for the level of knowledge and p-value = 0.003 (<0.05) for attitudes.  So it can be concluded that there is an influence of KESPROJA educational videos on the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents.Advice for adolescents is to increase motivation to gain knowledge about adolescent reproductive health, both organized by health workers and those that can be obtained by themselves through other social media.

Abstract

Pregnancy with hypertension is one of the main factors causing maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality, so it must be managed holistically. Prenatal yoga is a therapy that involves the physical and psychological aspects of pregnant women.  The aim of this study is to determine the effect of prenatal yoga on pregnant women with hypertension. The research design was a literature review with an electronic literature search on PubMed, Google Scholar, and Science Direct from January 2014 to December 2024 and 6 primary studies were obtained. The results of the analysis show that prenatal yoga in pregnant women with hypertension can reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure, increase maternal comfort during labor, reduce the duration of the first stage of labor, reduce the development of hypertension, improve fetomaternal outcomes, increase vascular endothelial function, increase heart rate variability (HRV), baroreflex sensitivity (BRS), and reduce inflammation. No negative effects were found in the 6 studies that were analyzed. Prenatal yoga can be recommended as an alternative for complementary therapy for pregnant women with hypertension.

Abstract

Indonesia's exclusive breastfeeding coverage in 2023 was recorded at only 67.94%, down from 67.96% in 2022. The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for babies is caused by several factors, one of which is a lack of breast milk production in the breasts. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of a combination of breast massage and oxytocin massage on breast milk production in primiparous postpartum mothers in Kapuan Village, Blora Regency in 2024.This research is a quasi-experimental study with one pre-test and post-test with control group. The population of this study was 30 primiparous postpartum mothers at the Kapuan Community Health Center in October - December 2024 with the number of samples taken using the total sampling method. Data was measured using a pretest, namely measuring breast milk production, carried out on the 8th day of postpartum and the posttest carried out on the 10th day. Measurement of breast milk production was carried out 3 times, namely at 7, 8, 9. Intervention (a combination of breast massage and oxytocin massage) was carried out for 2 days. , one session for 15 minutes. The research was carried out in October – December 2024. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis used the Mann Whitney U test. The average breast milk production in the pretest intervention group was 77.67 ml, while in the control group it was 76.67 ml. The average breast milk production in the posttest intervention group was 92.33 ml, while in the control group it was 78.0 ml. The Kruskal-Wallis results obtained a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05), thus it was concluded that there was an effect of the combination of breast massage and oxytocin massage on breast milk production in primiparous postpartum mothers at the Kapuan Health Center, Blora Regency

This study was an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 49 pregnant women in the third trimester or gestational age of more than 25 weeks, using purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that respondents aged 20-35 years were 43 respondents (88%). The last education of respondents was junior high school or equivalent, 21 pregnant women (43%). The husband's job was as a private employee, 20 respondents (41%). Pregnant women who were pregnant with their first child, 18 respondents (37%). Pregnant women with poor diets were 29 respondents (59%). The results of the bivariate study showed that there was a relationship between diet and KEK in pregnant women with a p-value of 0.000. There is a relationship between economic status and KEK in pregnant women with a p-value of 0.000, the value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000<0.05). It is hoped that further research can provide more information about healthy eating patterns and provide knowledge for pregnant women who do not maintain their eating patterns.
