Abstract

A company through its financial manager should beable to run its function in managing finance properly and as efficient as possible. The standard which is used to assess the success of a financial managerin managing the finance of the company is from the firm value. The firm value can reflect the condition of the company. There are many factors which can determine the firm value. This research is conducted to test the influence of profitability, leverage, and firm size to the firm value on the manufacturing companies which are engaged in the field of consumer goods industry which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The samples are 22 manufacturing companies which are engaged in the field of consumer goods industries which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using purposive sampling technique. The data is the secondary data. The data analysis has been carried out by using classic assumption test, the multiple regressions analysis and the hypothesis test which is done by using t test and F test with the level of significance 5% are used as the data analysis technique.The result of the analysis shows that profitability has positive influence to the firm value, with the significance value 0.000 is smaller than α = 0.05 and the regressions coefficient is 0,074. The leverage has negative influence to the firm value, with the significance value 0.097 is bigger than α = 0.05 and the regressions coefficient is -1.641. The firm size has positive influence to the firm value with the significance value 0.000 is smaller than α = 0.05 and the regressions coefficient is 0.353.  Keywords: Profitability, Leverage, Firm Size and Firm Value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang keterbacaan teks dalam buku teks bahasa Indonesia untuk sekolah dasar kelas IV berdasarkan formula Grafik Fry. Buku teks digunakan sebagai perangkat pembelajaran guna mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Data yang digunakan dalan kajian ini adalah setiap teks bacaan yang ada di setiap bab dalam buku ini. Teknik analisis data pada kajian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah buku teks bahasa Indonesia “Lihat Sekitar” untuk sekolah dasar kelas IV. Hasil analisis data menyatakan bahwa keterbacaan teks pada buku teks ini lebih banyak yang tidak sesuai dengan jenjang kelas yang dituju. Berdasarkan 10 teks nonfiksi yang ada, hanya ada 1 yang sesuai sedangkan 9 lainnya tidak sesuai. Adapun teks fiksi yang berjumlah 11 teks, ada 5 teks yang sesuai sedangkan 6 lainnya tidak sesuai dengan tingkat kelas yang dituju. Oleh sebab itu pemilihan perangkat pembelajaran perlu dilakukan dengan selektif dan penting untuk ditindaklanjuti dengan memperbaiki teks yang ada.

Abstract

Indonesia's exclusive breastfeeding coverage in 2023 was recorded at only 67.94%, down from 67.96% in 2022. The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for babies is caused by several factors, one of which is a lack of breast milk production in the breasts.The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of a combination of breast massage and oxytocin massage on breast milk production in primiparous postpartum mothers in Kapuan Village, Blora Regency in 2024.This research is a quasi-experimental study with one pre-test and post-test with control group. The population of this study was 30 primiparous postpartum mothers at the Kapuan Community Health Center in October - December 2024 with the number of samples taken using the total sampling method. Data was measured using a pretest, namely measuring breast milk production, carried out on the 8th day of postpartum and the posttest carried out on the 10th day. Measurement of breast milk production was carried out 3 times, namely at 7, 8, 9. Intervention (a combination of breast massage and oxytocin massage) was carried out for 2 days. , one session for 15 minutes. The research was carried out in October – December 2024. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis used the Mann Whitney U test.The average breast milk production in the pretest intervention group was 77.67 ml, while in the control group it was 76.67 ml. The average breast milk production in the posttest intervention group was 92.33 ml, while in the control group it was 78.0 ml. The Kruskal-Wallis results obtained a significance value of 0.000 (p0.05), thus it was concluded that there was an effect of the combination of breast massage and oxytocin massage on breast milk production in primiparous postpartum mothers at the Kapuan Health Center, Blora Regency
