Abstract

In realizing quality students who are able to compete in various fields, for example in the field of knowledge, experience, abilities and skills that underlie the values ??and norms of life, one of the responsibilities of education, especially focused on preparing students to become subjects who increasingly play a role in displaying their superiority. , have a strong stand, creative, independent, and professional in their respective fields. This study aims to describe the management of students at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi and to describe the competitiveness of students at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The methods used in data collection are observations related to the implementation of student management in increasing competitiveness, interviews with school principals and student waka, as well as documentation and archive data of activities from management at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Darussalam Blokagung. The researcher uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing or data verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of student management at MTs AL-Amiriyyah blokagung banyuwangi has been well organized. where the management of students starting from: acceptance of students, grouping students, fostering student discipline and evaluation has been implemented by all units of MTs AL-Amiriyyah blokagung banyuwangi

Abstract

Quality management in human resources at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung is very important because it will have an impact on the quality of human resources in terms of curriculum, skills, and attitudes which make the education and human resources of Islamic boarding schools Darussalam Blokagung quality so that it is in harmony between general education and madrasah diniyah. also, the need for Islamic boarding schools to support student human resources. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the quality of students at the Darussalam Islamic boarding school Blokagung, (2) to describe the development of human resources in the Darussalam Islamic boarding school Blokagung, (3) to find out programs to increase the human resources of students at the Darussalam Islamic boarding school Blokagung. This study uses a type of field research using qualitative descriptive research, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written words or speech from people and behavior that can be seen. There are two sources of data in this study, primary and secondary. The data collection techniques are (1) observation (2) interviews and documentation to measure the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources and methods. the data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model analysis, namely the presentation of data reduction data and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the management and planning of Islamic boarding schools, in improving the quality resources of students at Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi is carried out based on the application of 4 functions, namely a) planning b) organizing c) implementation (d evaluation.

Abstract

With this, the researcher aims to find out: (1) How is marketing management planning in the global competition in PP Darussalam Puncak. (2) How to implement the implementation of marketing management in a global competition at PP Darussalam Puncak. (3) How to control marketing management in a global competition at PP Darussalam Puncak. In this study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) In the education marketing planning process, PP Darussalam Puncak is very concerned about the quality of educational institutions and focuses on education customers. 2) In the process of implementing education marketing, PP Darussalam Puncak formed a committee and collaborated with alumni and community leaders. 3) PP Darussalam Puncak performs control and has an annual control plan to facilitate the control carried out. The results of this control can be used as a reference for future marketing plans.

Abstract

The implementation of Academic Supervision is one of the important programs that must be carried out by the principal because there are still problems with academic supervision in educational institutions such as: suitability of implementation time, unpreparedness in supervision due to psychological aspects and there are still teachers who have not been able to make learning tools. This study aims to understand and analyze: (1) Implementation of Supervision by the Head of the Madrasah in Improving Teacher Performance at MA Al Amiriyyah (3) Improving teacher performance after academic supervision of the principal of the Madrasah at MA Al Amiriyyah. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects of the research were the principal, the waka of curriculum, and the waka of public relations. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is through the data reduction process, the data presentation process, and the conclusion drawing process. The results showed that: 1) The implementation of the academic supervision of the madrasah principal in improving teacher performance at MA Al Amiriyyah there were three processes, including planning for the madrasah principal's academic supervision based on increasing teacher competence and performance which was an analysis of the results of supervision in the previous year, the implementation carried out by the head of the madrasa with individual and group techniques, and evaluation of the teachers who have been supervised is carried out by the head of the madrasa or the supervisor of the educational institution in the learning process. 2) The performance of teachers at MA Al Amiriyyah has increased, after taking certification almost all of the teachers here have good performance, starting from preparing lesson plans, implementing the learning process, mastering learning materials, and using learning aid media tools.

Abstract

The objectives set in this research are: (1) To find out the Quality Management of Academic Services at MAN 1 Banyuwangi (2) To find out Academic Achievements at MAN 1 Banyuwangi (3) To find out the Quality Management of Academic Services in Improving Academic Achievement at MAN 1 Banyuwangi. The method used by the researcher is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques used 3 stages, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The source the data that the researcher obtained is primary data in the form of observations related to the management of academic service quality in improving academic achievement, interviews with principals and teachers, as well as secondary data on documentation and archives of activities from the management of ma'had. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation, namely triangulation of theories, methods, and observers, Data analysis with three interactive models, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research Results: quality management of academic services in improving academic achievement by providing several services, covers (1) Classroom learning services (2) service in the library (3) service in the laboratory (4) service in the administration room (5) services in the counseling room (6) place of worship service (7) service in the latrine (8) service in the UKS room (9) playground or sports services. Of the three kinds of academic achievement that is: (1) language ability (2) math skills (3) science ability, MAN 1 Banyuwangi students are superior in science skills. Student report cards and results from participating in competitions are a measure of academic achievement. And the function of the academic achievement assessment here is to determine the level of readiness of MAN 1 Banyuwangi students to take a certain level of education.

Abstract

The problems that befell the Indonesian people are getting more complex day by day than in previous times. Almost all aspects of life experience problems, such as aspects of religious life, education, politics, social law, culture, economy, and other aspects. The above is exacerbated by the degradation of the nation's moral values ??which is very concerning. Besides that, there are still frequent fights, riots, and brawls between students, and students which are very disturbing, and no less important is religious moderation which also still needs to be improved. This research is qualitative research, namely research that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject such as behavior, perception, motivation, and action. While the type of research used is field research. Field research is where the researcher goes directly to the field where the researcher will do it in order to obtain objective/accurate data and information in accordance with this discussion. The purpose of field research is to collect, process, and analyze data sourced from the research location. Thus, it can be found that behavior in mutual cooperation activities is a form of solidarity in these community groups. Gotong royong is a cultural feature of the Indonesian nation that applies from generation to generation so that it forms real social behavior in the values ??of social life.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of public relations waka in promotional efforts to attract prospective students in MTs Al-Amiriyyah. Public relation is an effort to foster public participation so that it can foster public trust or the public, interested in registering their sons and daughters in MTs Al-Amiriyyah. The role of public relations is very important in improving the quality of an educational institution because public relations as a communicator between the community and schools so that public relations can accommodate community aspirations related to all activities in an educational institution so that it can grow the image of an educational institution in the eyes of the community. This type of research is a qualitative method approach, namely by using a descriptive approach with interview observation and documentation of problems in this study, researchers try to answer three questions contained in MTs Al-Amiriyyah, namely: (1). What is the role of Public Relations in the promotion and marketing process in order to attract the interest of prospective students, (2). What has been done by WAKA Humas in promotion so that prospective students are interested in entering MTs Al-Amiriyyah. Bet based on the findings obtained by the researcher, that for Waka Humas at MTs Al Amiriyyah about strategies or promotions that can be done by Waka Humas in a Promotion in an effort to attract the interest of prospective students, namely as follows: (1). Through the PPL teaching program for superior classes to SD /MI in the Banyuwangi area as a means of Promoting MTs Al Amiriyyah. (2) Carry out promotions through online social media such as Websites, Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. Providing information services and the latest developments around Madrasah to parents so as to make it easier for parents to find out the quality of education in MTs Al Amiriyyah.

Abstract

The importance of increasing interests and talents through extracurriculars for the 2021-2022 academic year, so that the interests and talents of students at Darussalam Blokagung High School can go according to what students have and not only focus on general science because students have many interests and talents which needs to be improved, thus it is necessary to have mature and good management so that extracurricular activities run effectively and efficiently. This type of qualitative descriptive research, namely by collecting data from interviews, documentation, and observation. The number of informants in this study was 3 people consisting of the Principal, Extra Coordinator, and Vice Chair (Student Affairs). And using data reduction analysis that directs, discards unnecessary, classifies, and organizes data so that final conclusions can be drawn. The results of this study are 1) Management of students at SMA Darussalam Blokagung Tergalsari Banyuwangi is the management of all activities related to students to achieve their goals and hopes in the future according to the conditions of different students. 2) Students at Darussalam Blokagung Tergalsari Banyuwangi High School have various abilities and desires, both in the realm of contract, 3) Implementation of student management at Darussalam Blokagung High School includes four stages namely planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Abstract

Students' skills are the capacity needed so students to carry out some tasks which are the development of the training results and experience gained. With the students' skills, students are able to operate a job easily and carefully. The existence of life skills learning is needed by students as an ability in themselves, besides it is expected that students are able to face problems and can find solutions. This learning is more precise if it jumps in directly, so students know how it is real. The reality in the field, of learning life skills in schools can be sufficient attention, the reason is that schools want to print their students into potential students in various fields both in the scientific field and the skill field. Learning experiences gained by students will inspire them when facing problems in real life. In developing learning experiences as far as possible the learning experiences provided are not only developing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities but also life skills that are very necessary for the lives of future students as members of the community. The purpose of this research is to improve academic skills through contextual learning by using life skill-based learning models so that students are moreinterestedinparticipatinginlearning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy of Islamic boarding schools in maintaining the Madurese language. The object of this research is the Syekh Abdul Qadir Jailani Islamic Boarding School which is located in Belimbing Village, Besuki District, Situbondo Regency. This study is a qualitative descriptive analysis model with primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study indicate several strategies for the Syekh Abdul Qadir Jailani Islamic Boarding School in maintaining the Madurese language, including; 1) Holding Madurese language activities/competitions, 2) Not eliminating Islamic boarding school culture such as reciting Kitab, 3) Familiarizing students with the Madurese language every day. The factors that can influence the Madurese Language Shift are; 1) There is formal education, 2) There are students/teachers from outside the region.
