Abstract

Leaders and leadership are daily problems in the life of society, organization, business, nation and state. The progress and setbacks of society, organization, business, nation and state are influenced by their leaders in social life, organization, business, nation and state. This service aims to explain the basis and foundation of Islamic leadership in the Qur'an and Hadith to the administrators of the Mukhtar Syafa'at Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Banyuwangi. The essence of this service is that a leader must serve the people he leads with love and sincerity as well as the pesantren administrators who devote themselves to the pesantren to carry out the task of advancing the pesantren and applying the knowledge that has been obtained to be applied to the younger students under level with full trust, fairness, and responsibility because every action will definitely be held accountable before Allah SWT.

Abstract

Pesantren as an educational institution as well as a religious institution is quite interesting to observe from various sides, including leadership. The purpose of this service is to develop boarding school administrators about leadership in Islam according to the Qur'an and Hadith at the Mukhtar Syafa'at Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi to strengthen the potential of students in leading. The importance of knowledge and understanding of students regarding leadership becomes a guide for students when interacting with the community.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan kinerja organisasi Yayasan Darul Aitam unit panti asuhan Darul Aitam Darussalam; 2) Untuk Mendeskripsikan pengukuran kinerja organisasi di Yayasan Darul Aitam unit Panti Asuhan Darul Aitam Darussalam Blokagung Hasil Penelitian ini adalah 1) Aspek Belajar dan bertumbuh dilihat dari aspek kepuasan karyawan, retensi karyawan, dan kemampuan sistem informasi, pembobotan untuk aspek belajar dan bertumbuh adalah 20%, maka aspek belajar dan bertumbuh tercapai 55,5% Jadi rata-rata karyawan memilih jawaban pada skala likert 3 artinya karyawan sudah cukup “puas” selama bekerja di Yayasan Darul Aitam; 2) Aspek Usaha Internal mencakup beberapa bidang usaha Yayasan Darul Aitam sebagai usaha nirlaba yaitu selama berdiri mulai Tahun 1990 sampai sekarang telah memiliki Balai pendidikan umum dari PAUD, TK, SMP, MA, dan SMK disamping Pesantren dan Panti penampungan anak yatim dan piatu, memiliki balai pendidikan agama dengan berkembangnya Pesantren Darussalam Asalafiy, Madrasah Diniyah Mukhtar Syafa’at, Kelompok kesenian hadrah “Almurtasyidin”, Pelatihan ketrampilan, pidato, jurnalistik, pramuka, dibaiyah dan lain-lain, pertumbuhan karyawan memenuhi target 100%, pertumbuhan anak asuh memenuhi target 82,01%;3) Aspek Pengguna layanan menyatakan bahwa Anak asuh merasakan kepuasan terhadap layanan yang diberikan oleh Yayasan Darul Aitam dengan target terpenuhi sebesar 84,58% ; 4) Aspek Keuangan di Yayasan Darul Aitam mengingat yayasan tersebut adalah organisasi nirlaba yang tidak berorientasikan profit melainkan lebih kepelayanan publik memperlihatkan bahwa dalam sirkulasi keuangan di Yayasan Darul aitam yang bersumber pendanaan dari Donator, Darmais, Pemerintah, Panitia Zakat, dan Pemasukan Cabang Usaha Yayasan 100% diaplikasikan untuk operasional makan (kebutuhan sehari-hari anak asuh) dan operasional pendidikan.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to figure out what role the pesantren's head plays in organizational management at Pon-Pes Bahrul Huda. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation as part of the descriptive qualitative research approach. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drafting are the data analysis techniques used. The execution of management activities at Pon-Pes Bahrul Huda goes through numerous stages, including planning, compulsory education program planning, and Islamic boarding school vision and mission. Every month at the beginning of the month, a meeting is held to oversee the operations. The study's conclusion is that at Pon-Pes Bahrul Huda, the leader of the pesantren plays a role in organizational management. Four functions have been implemented by the pesantren's head. Every month at the beginning of the month, a meeting is held to oversee the operations. The conclusion of this study is that the head of the pesantren plays a role in organizational management at Pon-Pes Bahrul Huda. At Pon-Pes Bahrul Huda, the leader of the pesantren has implemented four management functions in order to handle organizational management. Planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising are the four managerial functions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of public relations waka in promotional efforts to attract prospective students in MTs Al-Amiriyyah. Public relation is an effort to foster public participation so that it can foster public trust or the public, interested in registering their sons and daughters in MTs Al-Amiriyyah. The role of public relations is very important in improving the quality of an educational institution because public relations as a communicator between the community and schools so that public relations can accommodate community aspirations related to all activities in an educational institution so that it can grow the image of an educational institution in the eyes of the community. This type of research is a qualitative method approach, namely by using a descriptive approach with interview observation and documentation of problems in this study, researchers try to answer three questions contained in MTs Al-Amiriyyah, namely: (1). What is the role of Public Relations in the promotion and marketing process in order to attract the interest of prospective students, (2). What has been done by WAKA Humas in promotion so that prospective students are interested in entering MTs Al-Amiriyyah. Bet based on the findings obtained by the researcher, that for Waka Humas at MTs Al Amiriyyah about strategies or promotions that can be done by Waka Humas in a Promotion in an effort to attract the interest of prospective students, namely as follows: (1). Through the PPL teaching program for superior classes to SD /MI in the Banyuwangi area as a means of Promoting MTs Al Amiriyyah. (2) Carry out promotions through online social media such as Websites, Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. Providing information services and the latest developments around Madrasah to parents so as to make it easier for parents to find out the quality of education in MTs Al Amiriyyah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti dan mendeskripsikan tentang Efektivitas Tata Kelola Kearsipan Sebagai Upaya Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pelayanan Administrasi di SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung. Peneliti berpikir bahwa di setiap lembaga pendidikan atau instansi pasti memiliki kelemahan atau fenomena yang dianggap perlu untuk diatasi, di SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung peneliti menemukan gejala (kendala-kendala) yang dapat untuk diteliti yaitu tata kelola kearsipan sebagai upaya meningkatkan mutu pelayanan administrasi. Adanya persoalan dalam pengelolaan arsip sekolah yaitu personil staf tata usaha dan arsip tidak masuk pada 1 pintu saja, sehingga sulit untuk mengarsipkan dokumen yang diterima karena pihak yang bersangkutan tidak melapor pada staf dan karyawan yang bertugas sehingga petugas yang bersangkutan tidak mengetahuinya. Untuk itu peneliti ingin melihat lebih lanjut tentang efektivitas tata kelola kearsipan sebagai upaya meningkatkan mutu pelayanan administrasi yang ada di SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung tegalsari Banyuwangi. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Efektivitas tata kelola kearsipan di SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. 2) Upaya meningkatkan mutu pelayanan administrasi di SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. 3) Kendala dalam pengelolaan kearsipan sebagai upaya meningkatkan mutu pelayanan administrasi di SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yang pengumpulan datanya dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas tata kelola kearsipan sebagai upaya meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi di SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT dan analisis data 3 model yaitu: (1) reduksi data (data reduction); (2) penyajian data (data display); (3) pengambilan keputusan (drawing and conclution). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Efektivitas tata kelola kearsipan di SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi telah terlaksana dengan baik yang mencakup 4 tahapan yakni penciptaan arsip, penggunaan arsip, pemeliharaan arsip, dan penyusutan atau pemusnahan arsip. (2) Upaya Meningkatkan Mutu Pelayanan Administrasi di SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi yakni kepala sekolah memberikan motivasi terhadap staf tata usaha. (3) Kurangnya personil staf tata usaha dalam pengelolaan dan pelayanan administrasi dan waktu yang dimiliki staf tata usaha sangat terbatas.

Abstract

Santri often feel bored, depressed, bored, and burdened until it finally affects the emotions and happiness of students. Subjective well-being is a scientific term that scientists use to describe happiness. In order to realize subjective well-being, there are factors that must be considered. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the subjective well-being of female students in the tahfidz dormitory of the Mukhtar Syafa'at Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. This research approach uses a quantitative approach, while this type of research uses descriptive research. The research sample used purposive sampling method, the sample was taken only from female students of the Tahfidz dormitory. The results showed that there was a significant influence between emotional intelligence on subjective well-being of female students in the Tahfidz boarding school Mukhtar Syafa'at Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi with the effective contribution given by emotional intelligence to subjective well-being of 32.4%, while the rest were 67.6% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to find out the intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation in the students of the Mukhtar Syafa'at Islamic Boarding School in choosing to continue their education at IAI Darussalam. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach, while the type of research uses descriptive research. The technique of determining the location uses a purposive area technique, while the technique of determining the research subject uses a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the students who chose to continue their education at IAI Darussalam because they had intrinsic motivation in the form of a desire to develop themselves in continuing higher education. Meanwhile, extrinsic motivation is in the form of encouragement from the closest people, the need for a sense of security from the interference of the outside world, and because they can still stay at the pesantren to continue their early education at the pesantren.

Abstract

Ditching behavior is a form of juvenile delinquency that reflects student violations in school rules and regulations that will harm themselves and others, such as missing subject matter. The purpose of this study was to determine the forms, factors that encourage students to play truant as well as to determine the methods of guidance and counseling used by BK teachers based on the factors encountered. As understood, the impact of truancy behavior is failure in learning, failure in learning. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The subjects in this study were students of MTs Mukhtar Syafa'at Blokagung Banyuwangi. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews to obtain information about forms, factors, and methods of guidance and counseling, observations to obtain other information that supported the data obtained and documentation to obtain data including descriptions of schools and student development. The causes of truancy behavior are problems that come from self, family, school, and environmental factors with truant behavior, namely sleeping in the dormitory, hanging out in the shop, truant in certain subjects because they don't like the teacher and chatting when they meet their friends.
