And to achieve the research objectives, theresearch is directed at the target qualitative descriptive and explanatory goals, and the type of researchconducted survey research.The results of sustainability research efforts in the area of dairy cattle showed a relativelymoderate conditions, in detail indicated that: the ecology and breeding, agro-climatic suitability indicator,land for other crops, and land management for lingkunngan can be considered high. which meansnot cause problems. Sustainability Indicators in the economic dimension has average category,which means that the business community developed dairy farmers are not too conducive to creatinga system of highly competitive agribusiness, capable of responding to market dynamics effectivelyand efficiently. Considered the cultural dimension of social roles and patterns of public relations inthe dairy business activities categorized high. Dimensions infrastructure and tekonolgi show stillneeds the role of technology and adequate infrastructure according to the needs of dairy farmers.Legal and institutional aspects of the low where the role of education, banking and microfinance aswell as the involvement of farmer groups is very less.

Terusan Siguragura c/4 MalangEmail: thuthul17@yahoo.comABSTRACTDairy farms in this region are the type of people that still is conventional, with the ownershipof dairy cows and the hereditary possession of the scale of 1-5 tail, only about 2% of the ownershipscale possess more than 5 individuals. The results are expected to use the data for a policy in thedevelopment of dairy cattle in the future to related parties (Department of Animal Husbandry) andwho needs it. The research method used was a survey, by means of direct interviews with respondentsto the questionnaire reference to primary data, and supporting data from relevant agencies (KUBEPSP Forward Steady and Pecan Village Office) as supporting data or secondary data.The results of this study reported that 72% of villagers Pecan livelihood as dairy farmers, 47%of dairy farmers in the village are in the productive age Pecan 26-45 years, but the level of theaverage dairy cow ownership of selected samples only 1-2 tail. Rerta milk production of each parentabout 7.9 liters per day, the quality of the milk produced has memmenuhi ISO standard, the averagefat content of 3.5 and above and protein 2.5 and above, whereas about 11% TS .. The success rateof AI (Artificial Insemination) in the category of fairly good at around 67%. Constraints in dairycattle breeding is limited to the amount of water and forage in the dry season were replaced with theaddition konsntrat and sugarcane shoots, so it becomes a problem in the decline in the quality andmilk production.The conclusion of this is penlitian Pecan Village is a central area of dairy cows in the Jabung,East Malang msih farm business is conventional, but it is the principal source of income is not asideline business, because almost 70% of the population depends perahnya cattle business in meetingsoial economic needs. Suggestions to consider is the need for attention from stakeholders especiallylocal governments, related facilities and infrastructure development related livestock water facilitiesand scale of livestock ownership for farmers to increase the welfare of the people as well as a touchof food technology for continuous availability.

The first factor was ice cream formula and the second factor was the processing methode( convensional and machine methode)The result of this research showed that the ice cream formula, processing methode and interactionbetween treatments had significant effect ( P < 0,05 ) on overrun. Prefer of panelis on ice creamproduct was depend on sensory characterisric of ice cream and sensory characteristic of ice creamwas depend on raw material quality. Ice cream composition ( fat, solid non fat, water content, sugarand stabilizer) and processing methode. Proceesing methode ice cream with machine was betterquality ice cream thsn convensional methode.

Probiotics have a high ability in the activity of lignin degradation and organochlorin in anaerobic condition. Degradation activity of probiotics lignochloritik also not antagonistic to the rumenmicrobial activity. So that could be used as a probiotic probiotics rumen. To increase production,quality and safety of the milk production of dairy cows. necessary to test the application in dairycows in vivo. The study found the addition of probiotics in feed concentrate at 1% increase milkproduction by 30-40% per day with an average fat content of 4.1% and reduce pesticide residues inmilk of dairy cows organochlorin 80-100%. The recommended advice is to level the use of probioticsis best to feed 1% of the concentrate feed.Keywords: Probiotics, lignochloritik, lignin, organochlorin

(2). to be able to determine the population of a balanced comparison betweenlactating and non lactating cows are maintained ranchers people KUBE members Equipments PSPPecan Village District Jabung Malang Regency. (3). To know the quantity and quality of milk producedby dairy farm Equipments PSP KUBE members Pecan Village District Jabung Malang.Based on the number of lactating cattle population (pregnant or lactating tiadak) perekor averagedaily milk production for each region is a Tengo 6:55 liter, 7.8 liter kemiri village, and karanglo,lemabang and kresik at 6:04 liter. Whereas if it is based on the number of farmers are paid anaverage milk production of farmers from the tengo village at 10:28 liter; from 11:03 liter village, andkaranglo lemabang, kresik rate of 11 liters.The conclusion of this study is the population of dairy cows PSP Equipments KUBE membersoverall, with 125 active members when the study of 366 dairy cows with details of 201 lactatingcows (58 lactating pregnant and 143 lactating not pregnant), cows not as many as 23 head 17pregnant animals, pedt (23 males and 34 females), 75 dry cows. The bacteria used in testing this ointment is Staphylococcusaureus.Experiment using completely randomized design with factorial pattern (3x4) with 3 (three)replications. The first factor is packaging material consisting of three (3) treatment of plastic bottles,glass and cans as well as the second factor is differences in storage duration of 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks.Variable that measured the inhibition of bacterial growth herbal ointment. Result of the researchshowed that antimastitis ointment in plastic packaging, glass and cans until day 56 still can inhibitbacterial growth. Inhibition of growth of the smallest bacteria contained in the ointment storedwithin the packaging made from tin.Key words: packaging material,storage duration, bacterial growth inhibition

Data collection methods used are indepth interviews and questionnaires. The researchdata were analyzed with qualitative analysis (Content Analysis) with Interactive Models by Millesand Hubermen (1994).Based on research results can be stated that the majority of farmers utilize manure as organicfertilizer (cow dung by piling soil or put holes) and some small farmers dispose of cow manure thatpollute the environment just a place to stay, even some farmers who let the dirt at times cow barnbecame so bad environmental sanitation that can affect the health of cattle. As the treatment is the ratio between thewaste and livestock forage. The treatments were as follows P1 = Waste 25% of cattle: Forage 75%P2 = 50% of livestock waste: Forage P3 = 50% Waste 75% of cattle: Forage P4 = 25% and 100%of livestock waste treatment is the respective repeated 3 times. To differentiate the average value ofthe treatment, conducted LSD (Steel and Torric, 1991). While the parameters measured were nitrogencontent, P and K.Conclusion There is a very real effect of the use of livestock waste and forage for the contentof N, P and K fertilizer liquid fertilizer with cair.Untuk Making 100% used livestock waste materialshave content N, P and K high, compared with the other comparisons. content of liquid fertilizerinclude: N at 2.657%, P content of 3.43% and K content of 2.51%
