Abstract

Quality of work life is a management philosophy that aims to increase employee dignity, introduce cultural changes, provide opportunities for growth and develop employee personal qualities. (Soetjipto, 2017)This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach.The research subject is KH A.Wahab Hasbullah University. The research object is the role of quality work of life to improve lecturer performance by using phenomenological studies. In collecting data, researchers explore information using a questionnaire methodology. the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between quality of work of life (QWL) and the performance of lecturers at Unwaha. The results of the analysis show that the quality of work life affects performance. This can be seen from the good responses from a number of lecturers. Seven questionnaires were distributed with positive responses.

Abstract

This study aims to find out important questions about monetary policy, namely whether monetary policy influences output. Monetaryists argue that money is the most important factor affecting output, such as government spending.The methodology in this study, namely library research, this research approach uses normative research, with the type of library research. While the technique of data collection by conducting research on various relevant literature from this discussion through the study of books, journals, websites and expert opinion indirectly.The results of this study are that Islamic banks play an important role in transmitting monetary policy to the real sector. Then their study shows that monetary policy supports the real effect. Monetary policies funded by conventional banks and Islamic banks play a very important role in the economic sectors in manufacturing, hotels, business services, trade, restaurants, construction, social services, agriculture and construction. If the rupiah depreciates against the US dollar, the demand for loans by manufacturing companies will certainly fall. The central bank will not allow the rupiah to depreciate further, because this event will affect other companies, which have different characteristics. To avoid all of this, the central bank will raise interest rates by policy, so as to encourage consumption and investment. The goal is to strengthen the rupiah against the US dollar. Keyword: Monetary Policy, Conventional and Sharia, inflation.

Abstract

Selection of the right product in the Islamic financial institution industry can support the achievement of profit targets. One product that has a lot of interest is pawn gold, which is technically quite simple. This article aims to determine the procedure and mechanism for financing pawn gold in Islamic financial institutions and explain the profit setting system for pawning gold financing that can increase profitability. The results of this study indicate that the procedure, mechanism, and profit determination system for sharia pawn products (rahn) are very easy to understand and easy to implement. In fact, it is also easily understood by customers, so that in preference it becomes the main choice for the community. The implication is that this product can be used as a mainstay for Islamic financial institutions to increase profitability. So it is hoped that this product can be developed and disseminated massively to the public.

Abstract

Bandaran Village is a village on the south coast of Madura Island where almost 75% of the population work as fishermen. There are more than 150 fishermen using purse seines with a total workforce of 35 people per boat. With the number of crew members, there is a division of labor and management of financial management of the fish catch obtained by each ship. The form of this research is descriptive qualitative where the data describes the phenomena and analysis that occurred during this research in the field. and the sample is people who work as fishermen in the airport village. The techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation, data presentation, verification. The management of the division of labor managed by the captain of the ship is good where in managing the ship the captain is able to plan, organize, place, direct and supervise his crew to continue working according to their respective procedures and duties. The financial management that is applied does not meet the correct financial management standards, but with the application that is already running it is good enough for a class of fishing boats whose education is only at elementary school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena pandemi covid – 19 yang secara langsung memberikan dampak yang sangat besar terhadap sector perekonomian masyarakat tidak kecuali pengelolaan zakat, infaq dan shadaqah. Pandemi yang diakibatkan oleh merebaknya virus corona yang berasal dari wuhancina. Tribun.com. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini di BAZNAS Kabupaten Pamekasan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer yaitu Pengelola BAZNAS yang mengelola atau mengurus pengelolaan Zakat, Infaq dan Shadaqah (ZIS). Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa pengelolaan dana ZIS dari segi penghimpunan, pendistribusian dananya belum/kurang stabil, di sebabkan karena pandemi covid-19. BAZNAS Pamekasan tetap menyalurkan dananya melalui lima progam tetap yaitu, program cerdas, program taqwa, program sehat, program peduli dan program berdaya, dan dari lima program tersebut BAZNAS dari pengelolaan fokus pada satu program yaitu program peduli, seperti bantuan modal usaha, yang juga belum stabil. Ketua dan para anggotanya menyelesaikannya dengan bermusyawarah, dan mengirimkan surat kepada orang yang wajib membayar zakat, muzakki, pemerintah, dan BUMD agar nantinya pengelolaan dana dapat teratasi dengan baik.
