Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has the largest Muslim population in the world and is included in the top 10 countries with economic power. Macroeconomics is the concept that wealth and income must be distributed equally, so as to increase GRDP that can touch all levels of society, especially people with absolute poverty levels. So that the quality of economic growth can be felt by all levels of society, the increase in GRDP must be followed by a reduction in the number of reductions and weather. This study uses quantitative panel data analysis using Fixed effect model analysis. The data panel used uses management and zakat data from BAZNAS in East Java and GRDP in East Java. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of zakat funds on indicators of economic welfare of the people of East Java. From the results of the study, it was found that zakat funds had a positive effect but did not significantly affect the economy of the people of East Java.

Abstract

Banks in a country have an important role. One of its functions is as a financial intermediary whose operations are for the community. The health of the bank and its stability is very important because it affects the ups and downs of an economy. And can foster public trust because people are more selective in choosing financial institutions. Bank Syariah Mandiri is a bank with the highest total assets compared to other Islamic banks. The purpose of this study is to find out how the level of health at Bank Syariah Mandiri during the 2017-2019 period using the CAMELS ratio. The results show that the health of Bank Syariah Mandiri Syariah, although it has a larger total asset than other Islamic banks, is still not in the very healthy category because from the research results, Bank Mandiri Syariah is currently in the healthy category. However, in the assessment of Bank Mandiri Syariah's sensitivity risk, it is in the very healthy category.

Abstract

The low understanding and application of the management of the Pesantren Business Unit, has an impact on the income and progress of the Ma'had Darut Tauhid Islamic Boarding School (MADAD) which has an impact on the economic sustainability of the Islamic Boarding School. So to find out how much management is implemented, it is necessary to do research. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The result, Many Pesantren Business Unit officers still do not know the management system. So it is necessary to be equipped with continuous training, in order to improve the quality of work and provide benefits for the business unit of the Ma'had Darut Tauhid Islamic boarding school (MADAD), especially in the field of management with great hope that if the management is carried out correctly and appropriately it can increase the income and welfare of the pesantren at the same time. all aspects related to pesantren.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a significant contribution in improving the Indonesian economy. Increasing the contribution of MSMEs to national growth must continue to be pursued. MSMEs play an important role in the expansion of job opportunities and employment, as well as the growth of gross domestic product (GDP). Based on data from the ministry of cooperatives and MSMEs, MSMEs have been able to absorb around 97% of the workforce in Indonesia, and the contribution of MSMEs to GDP reaches 61.07% in 2020. As a supporter of the economy, micro, small and medium enterprises should be empowered to improve the quality of growth economy and is expected to be a solution to economic inequality. Conditions in Pragaan Daya village, which is part of Sumenep Regency, MSMEs engaged in various products have always recorded quite high growth in the last few years. However, in 2020-2021 the number of MSMEs in Pragaan Daya village has decreased due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) which have an impact on the limited activities of MSMEs.

Abstract

Islamic economics regulates the procedure for payment of wages given by employers to workers with the principle of humanity where between employers and workers must be mutually beneficial. UD HSN is one of the petis-making factories in Konang Village, Galis District, Pamekasan Regency. The problem that becomes the main study in this research, namely, how is the implementation of labor ujrah applied to UD HSN in Konang Village, Galis District, Pamekasan Regency in an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that: the implementation of labor ujrah at UD HSN from an Islamic economic perspective has fulfilled the requirements for providing wages in an Islamic economy, namely wages must be clear and there is a mutual agreement regarding the amount of wages, the wage system, the work system, and so on. However, when talking about the principle of wages in the Islamic economy, namely fair, decent wages, and not delaying payments, it is still not fully fulfilled at UD HSN because of the driver and packaging workers, the wages received are still below the Pamekasan UMK.

Abstract

Food ingredients are the main concern in making delicious and nutritious food. Food is usually produced from food after it has been processed or cooked. Food is usually produced from food after it has been processed or cooked. Meanwhile, traditional snack; include foods and drinks as well as mixed ingredients that have traditionally been used and developed in the area or community. In Indonesia, there are many kinds of traditional food ingredients. However, nowadays people's consumption patterns are changing a lot, the more modern food is getting, the lower of the level traditional food consumption among the people. This is due to the large number of modern processed food products, such as fast food. So that, some people prefer modern food over traditional food to make it more prestigious to serve. Modern food can be served quickly, besides that the appearance is also very tempting and the processing usually uses sophisticated tools, in contrast to traditional food which is too long in processing it. This is become a reason why many traditional food sellers change their sales products to modern food. However, there are still food sellers who continue to sell traditional food. However, the students of MA Ar-Rahmah made the foods by using local ingredients; such as sweet potato, taro, cassava, corn, and others are processed into modern food. Such as sweet potato steak, sweet potato roll cake, chocolate cassava chips, martabak corn rice, rice sempol, and jelly corn rice. However, to attract buyers, a sales strategy is a priority in developing these sales. So, the sales models must be designed according to the market nation.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools, one of the traditional educational institutions that still exist, are the most subjective learning places in developing the character of students. In addition, the innovation and creativity of students can be collaborated with their imaginations with each other so that they can become a multi-talent hub that can be used as an inspiration for the community, including in the economic development of local communities. The purpose of this study is to empower students and the community through creative economic activities in recycling waste at An-Nasyiin Islamic Boarding School, Grujugan Village, Larangan District, Pamekasan. The research method is a qualitative research conducted by interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study are the process of empowering this waste recycling goes well according to what has been planned and also this activity gets a positive response from the surrounding community and also benefits from this creative economic activity. can already be felt by the community, students and Islamic boarding schools.
