The existence of a tourist attraction can not be separated from the local economic development that is increasing economic activity within the area, include the upgrading of tourist attraction. The existence of Bukit Tinggi object has a lot contribution to the regional economy. Economic development arising from the Bukit Tinggi object can encourage the creation of employment opportunities and enhancing the community's economy around. So it could trigger a regional sustainable development. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of expansion on the Bukit Tinggi object of local economic development in Sumenep regency. To determine the focus of this study, the researchers formulated the problem as that is How the impact of expansion on the Bukit Tinggi object of local economic development and government's role in the expansion of tourism on local economic development. The focus in this research the impact of expansion on the Bukit Tinggi object of local economic development in Blitar regency. This study aims to determine whether the assessment of work performance has a positive and significant effect on employee promotion. This research was conducted from April to September 2020 at PT. BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan Head Office. The population in this study were all employees totaling 20 people. The sampling used by this researcher was "saturated sample" where all members of the population were used as the sample of researchers, namely 20 employees. Independent Variables (X1) the quality of work results, (X2) the quantity of work , and (X3) timeliness of completion of work results. The dependent variable (Y) is promotion. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quantity of work results and the timeliness of completion had a positive and significant effect on employee promotion, while the quality of work results had no effect.

Financial sector services and services have not been fully enjoyed by the community, especially people living in rural areas. The village has a strategic role in contributing the maximum to national development. Villagers have a diversity of business activities and store creative economic potential in the form of business productivity and superior products produced. This if put to good use can certainly drive the motor of the national economy. In addition, villagers also often experience capital difficulties and lack of access to people in using sharia formal financial services and products and services easily and at affordable prices (Islamic financial inclusion). LASISMA (Worship-Based Services) helps lower middle-class villagers and village MSMEs facilitate cheap and affordable financial access based on easy sharia provisions and procedures. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data was obtained by interviewing the head of the BMT branch and distributing the questionnaire to the 70 villagers who aremembers. The results showed that sharia financial inclusion in LASISMAproducts hada significant effect in creating common well-being between members and BMT. At the same time there are positive impacts before and after using LASISMA products. One of them is member growth and revenue growth both on the part of BMT and members.

This research is a follow-up study of articles (Deni Darmawati and Yuana Jatu Nilawati 2018) in accordance with the suggestions presented in her research entitled "The Role of Banking in Encouraging Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the Application of Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities" for the next researcher to provide an overview of the interest of MSMEs in the application of SAK EMKM and the role of banks in encouraging the implementation of SA EMKM. It should be noted that this study did not include the two external variables previously discussed, namely the Credit Scheme, Interest in Implementing SAK EMKM because of the limitations of the authors in obtaining data and information to examine these two external variables. In this study also emphasizes the interest of MSMEs in recording financial reports and the role of Islamic banks as partners of MSMEs.Islamic Bank as an additional hand of financial institutions that strive to become an intermediary institution in encouraging the economy of micro, small and medium enterprises by providing capital, training and motivation to MSMEs so that they can foster knowledge in disciplined financial recording.

Abdul Wahab Hasbullah is one of the tourism potentials possessed by Jombang Regency, many of the advantages possessed by the KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah which can be developed to become a religious pilgrimage tour. The process of developing tourism in KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah is expected to have many positive impacts both from a social and economic perspective in the life of the surrounding community. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research subject is KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah. The object of his research is the concept of developing the religious tourism area of ??the Tomb of KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah using Halal Tourism Strategy Management. In collecting data, the researcher digs up some information from various media sources or websites and goes directly to the field, describes and constructs the existing reality and then draws conclusions. The purpose of this study is to formulate directions for the development of the religious tourism area of ??the Tomb of KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah. The impact of the development of religious tourism in the Tomb of KH. Abdul Wahab Hasbullah, namely in the aspects of tourism marketing, infrastructure, tourist facilities, increasing human resources (HR), and community culture.

Pengembangan tenaga kerja menjadi salah satu kegiatan yang penting dalam perusahaan dimana karyawan dan perusahaan bekerja sama secara balance untuk eksistensi perusahaaan. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan tenaga kerja yang diwujudkan dalam berbagai bentuk nyata, misalnya: pemberian pelatihan, mengadakan seminar-seminar, pemberian kursus pelatihandan lain-lain. Perusahaan harus memilih cara pengembangan yang sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan agar hasilnya mencapai sasaran. Potensi setiap karyawan harus diketahui oleh perusahaan sebelum melakukan program pengembangan, karena mengetahui potensi ini, dapat diarahkan jenjang karir yang sesuai dengan kemampuannya sehingga dapat menghasilkan produktivitas yang optimal. Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan melalui pelatihan di UD Scaffolding Generasi Jaya Pamekasan, adapun objek yang diteliti adalah seluruh karyawan UD Scaffolding Generasi Jaya Pamekasan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa pelatihan kerja dapat membentuk sikap (attitude) seorang pegawai dalam menghadapi situasi (situation) kerja,dan Pelatihan kerja dapat mendorong diri pegawai terarah untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi (tujuan kerja).selain itu juga,untuk memperbaiki formasi pekerjaan pada suatu pekerjaan tertentu yang sedang menjadi jawabnya atau suatu pekerjaan yang ada kaitannya dengan pekerjaan supaya menjadi lebih efektif.

Corporate Social Responsibility can be used as a new marketing tool for companies if it is carried out sustainably. This study uses a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis techniques. The type in this research is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The respondents are customers from KSPP BMT NU Pakong Branch. The results showed that there was an effect of the application of Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Image at KSPP BMT NU Pakong Branch. 05, as well as a positive beta coefficient. From the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS (Statistical for The Social Sciences) version 24, by looking at the R square of 0.419. This means that 41.9% of Corporate Image is explained through Corporate Social Responsibility at KSPP BMT NU Pakong Branch. From the simple linear regression equation (Y = a + bX), namely Y = 6.222 + 0.536X, where the value of the constant (a) Corporate Image is 6.222 shows that if the Corporate Social Responsibility variable is equal to zero (not considered), the Corporate Image is 6.222. unit and b = 0.536, it means that the coefficient of the Corporate Image variable is positive (0.536) indicating that if the Corporate Social Responsibility increases by 1 unit, the Corporate Image score will increase by 0.536 units.

Suramadu Bridge which stretches and brings Madura and Surabaya together, has not yet been able to absorb unemployment in Madura. The proof, the number of unemployment found in four districts in Madura, is still very high. While on the other hand, Madura has quite a lot of creative economic potential. Both culinary, work and cultural arts that have the potential to be sold. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. This method is used, to fully understand the problem of high unemployment and creative economic potential that can be developed to address the high unemployment solution in Madura. The data source is free directional interview. Which is reinforced by some existing literature.

To accelerate the development and quality of Pekanbaru City in the 2017-2022 period, the Pekanbaru City Government has a vision and mission of "Realizing a Civilian Smart City Pekanbaru". So there is a need for an analysis of livability in Pekabaru City through research on Economic and Social aspects. This study aims to determine the achievement of the concept of a liveable city in Pekanbaru City from the point of view of the economic and social aspects. This qualitative research was conducted by collecting questionnaire data to 60 respondents proportionally in Pekanbaru City. The analysis used is Gap analysis and Achievement Index analysis. The results of the index show that the achievement value in Pekanbaru City is 60.70. Based on the interpretation of the Liveliability Index results, Pekanbaru City gets good results. Among the indicators contained in the economic aspect that get the highest score is the indicator of the availability of goods and services for daily needs which are easily found in Pekanbaru City. The indicator on the economic aspect that has the lowest value is that local residents are guaranteed employment. This is due to the fact that several companies, especially in the industrial and mining sectors, employ workers from outside the city of Pekanbaru. While the indicators on the social aspect that get the highest score are the ease of public access and social tolerance in the people of Pekanbaru City. The indicator that gets the lowest score is Availability of Creative Space. From the data above, it can be seen that Sail District is the District with the highest achievement index compared to other districts. While Tampan is the district with the lowest achievement index. Tampan District with a population density in Pekanbaru City has a lower Achievement Index than other sub-districts, so it can be concluded that the denser an area is, the higher the indicator of community satisfaction with the livability of the area.

Tofu is a cheap staple food for people who are rich in nutritional content and relatively cheap purchasing power and of course all levels of society can consume it or buy it. Of course, tofu has been recognized by several neighboring countries, not only Indonesia, including Malaysia and Japan. In Anaiwoi Village, Tanggetada Subdistrict, a business was established with its production using soybeans as basic ingredients. Soybeans are used only to produce tofu and do not produce tempeh. The main objective of this study is to identify the home industry of “Karya Mandiri†tofu and tempeh through the identification of business profiles and marketing channels.
