Jurnal Inovtek Seri Teknik Sipil dan Aplikasi (TeKLA) adalah jurnal yang di jadwalkan terbit dua kali setahun. memuat artikel terkait dengan ilmu rekayasa struktur dan material, ilmu pondasi dan tanah pendukung, rekayasa hydro dan bangunan air, rekayasa transportasi dan perkerasan jalan, manajemen konstruksi serta ilmu pengukuran dan pemetaan. Abstract

Bridge road river two Kelemantan with a length of 24 m and a width of 5.14 m. connects the village of Kelemantan to Sungai Dua Village, Kelemantan, Bengkalis sub-district. That this bridge was built several years ago may still use the old SNI imposition. Over time, the loading standard for RSNI T02-2005 bridges has been updated to become SNI 1725:2016. For the planning of the bridge in Sungai Dua Kelemetan Village, this has referred to SNI 1725-2016 concerning loading for bridges and SNI T-12-2004 regarding planning of concrete structures for bridges. Based on the planning results obtained negative and positive reinforcement slab D16-100 mm and reinforcement for D13-100 mm. For curb reinforcement D16-200 mm and longitudinal reinforcement D13-200 mm. The girder beam reinforcement for bending reinforcement is obtained 18D32 mm and 5D32 compression reinforcement. Meanwhile, the shear reinforcement is Ø13-100 mm and the web reinforcement is 8Ø13 mm. Reinforcement for diaphragm beams using 3D16 mm and shear reinforcement obtained Ø13-150 mm and shrinkage reinforcement obtained 2Ø13 mm. For longitudinal and transverse reinforcement plates obtained D16-200 mm. Calculation of reinforcement by Barbending Schedule with the need for plain U 24 steel of 3278.81 Kg and U 32 uilr of 21518.80 Kg. Implementation of this bridge requires a fee of Rp. 1.304.840.000,00

Abstract

Along with the increasing population in bengkalis Regency, especially on Jalan Bunga Raya, Bantan District, it is necessary to have safe, comfortable and efficient road conditions to support the economic needs of the community. Jalan Bunga Raya Bantan District is a public road that connects between service centers, with these conditions it is necessary to have good pavement conditions so as not to disturb the comfort of road users.  The method used in calculating maintenance over the life of the plan, which is 20 (twenty) years in the future, is Life Cycle Cost (LCC). Life Cycle Cost (LCC) is a method used to obtain alternatives to various possibilities in decision making and describe the present and future value of a road construction development, namely by calculating and considering inflation and interest rates.The initial construction cost that must be incurred is Rp.1,445,028,545.00. Routine maintenance costs amounted to Rp 95,906,000.00 and Periodic maintenance costs amounted to Rp 1,952,246,000.00. The total maintenance cost by calculating with Average Inflation is IDR 8,523,122,444.82. The total percentage of Initial Cost is 14.496% and the percentage of Maintenance Cost is 85.504%. The analysis results show that the NPV with the average bank interest rate (4.5%) is Rp 4,805,301,346.75. At the highest bank interest rate (5.6%), the NPV is Rp 9,039,238,798.56, while at the lowest bank interest rate (3.5%) the NPV reaches Rp 6,465,780,661.43.

Abstract

This research is to analyze the damage that has occurred to the structural components of the bridge and estimate the costs of maintaining and repairing the bridge, so that what handler should be done based on the view of the damage to the bridge elements and costs economical for the bridge under study. Much research is guided by using numbers, starting from data collection, as well as the appearance of the results of the analysis of bridge maintenance and repair costs. Bridges that are handled can be more relieved in terms of costs and the service life of the bridge can be fulfilled. From the results of the study, it was obtained an estimate of the cost of maintaining/repairing the Sei bridge. The anchors amount to Rp.194,000,000.00 and for bridge maintenance costs which are carried out every 5 years amount to Rp.280,399,790.72 for the next 20 years.
