Abstract

Banyak jalan di Indonesia rusak dan retak akibat perubahan bentuk yang disebabkan oleh tekanan beban kendaraan melebihi kapasitas jalan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan perubahan untuk mengatasi kekurangan campuran aspal dengan menggunakan karet alam dalam bentuk SIR20 Crumb Rubber untuk mengisi kekurangan campuran aspal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efek penambahan SIR20 Crumb Rubber sebagai aditif aspal dalam campuran AC-BC. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan Spesifikasi Bina Marga 2018 dengan menggunakan metode Uji Marshall. Dengan menggunakan persentase campuran SIR20 Crumb Rubber sebagai aditif aspal dengan variasi 0%, 2,5%, 5%, 7,5%, 10%, dan 12,5%.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa nilai Aliran (Flow), VMA, dan VIM bervariasi pada 7,5%, 10%, dan 12,5% tidak memenuhi persyaratan spesifikasi. Pada nilai Stabilitas terdapat peningkatan pada variasi 0% hingga 5% dari 1209,60-1309,44 Kg, sedangkan pada variasi 7,5% hingga 12,5% terdapat penurunan dari 1196,16-938,88 Kg. Pada nilai Aliran, terdapat peningkatan pada variasi 0% hingga 2,5% dari 2,73-2,26 mm, sedangkan pada variasi 5% hingga 12,5% terdapat penurunan dari 2,03-1,65 mm. Pada nilai MQ, VMA, dan VIM, terdapat peningkatan pada variasi 0% hingga 5% dari nilai MQ 442,54-646,11 Kg/mm, VMA 15,39-15,51%, VIM 3,62-3,75%, sedangkan pada variasi 7,5% hingga 12,5% terdapat penurunan dari nilai MQ 625,17-567,87 Kg/mm, VMA 13,88-13,47%, VIM 1,89-1,42%. Pada nilai VFA terdapat peningkatan pada variasi 0% hingga 12,5% dari 76,51-89,45%. Jadi, penggunaan SIR20 Crumb Rubber hanya dapat digunakan dengan campuran maksimal 5%, karena hasil dari setiap nilai karakteristik Marshall telah memenuhi standar Spesifikasi Bina Marga 2018

Abstract

Sering dijumpai material utama dalam pembuatan suatu konstruksi seperti dalam pembangunan jalan, jembatan, gedung dan dinding penahan tanah adalah beton. Semen merupakan salah satu bahan penyusun beton, dimana kandungan oksida pada semen terdiri dari kapur (CaO) 60%-70%, silika (SiO2) 17%-25%, yang mana kandungan tersebut juga terdapat pada abu fiber kelapa sawit yang terdiri dari Silika (SiO2) sebesar 38,2%, kapur (CaO) 12% yang diketahui dari pengujian di UPT. Laboratorium Universitas Diponegoro. Fiber kelapa sawit merupakan limbah yang dihasilkan dari pengolahan pemerasan buah sawit pada proses kempa (press), fiber kelapa sawit biasanya dibuang begitu saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan fiber kelapa sawit terhadap kuat tekan beton.Abu fiber kelapa sawit digunakan sebagai pengganti sebagian semen, dengan komposisi campuran 15% dan 20% abu fiber kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini menggunakan SNI 03-2834-2000 untuk mix design beton. Benda uji berupa silinder denga diameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm, benda uji dirawat pada umur 7 hari, 14 hari dan 28 hari.Kuat tekan rata-rata beton tanpa penambahan abu fiber kelapa sawit umur 28 hari adalah 130,566 kg/cm2 . Penambahan abu fiber kelapa sawit dengan persentase 15% dapat meningkatkan kuat tekan beton dari mutu rencana K-125 dengan nilai kuat tekan beton 188,719 kg/cm2 , sedangkan pada persentase 20% penambahan abu fiber kelapa sawit nilai kuat tekan beton menurun dibandingkan dengan persentase 15% tetapi masih mencapai mutu rencana K-125 dengan nilai kuat tekan beton 125,510 kg/cm2 . Dapat disimpulkan bahwa abu fiber kelapa sawit dapat dimanfaatkan pada campuran beton mutu K-125.

Abstract

The volume of work and materials in construction is one of the important aspects that can affect the budget of a construction as well as the procurement of materials. Small mistakes and the lack of accuracy of an estimator and quantity surveyor can cause cost overruns in the budget of a construction so that a method is needed to minimize the human error. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is one method that can be used to accurately represent materials and construction volumes where modeling utilizes digital modeling to support the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) process. Revit is a software that implements the BIM system. The advantages of Revit are that apart from having a variety of families and items to support 3D modelling, Revit can do material take-off up to a layer, making it possible to do quantity take off with materials that have many layers. Revit can also detect clash detection which can detect collisions between fields before construction begins, which is very helpful in the construction process.

Abstract

The Dumai city area began to develop along with the rapid population growth with a total of more than 350 thousand people, the Dumai city government began to think about making a place of worship as well as a tourist nuance as a community recreation center along with a city green park adjacent to the hill arena park, the location of the hill arena park which is in an urban area will have a negative impact on the surrounding traffic conditions if it is not handled properly. The method used in evaluating the performance of roads due to traffic and surrounding development is using PKJI 2014 and the Vissim Student Version Software application. The results of the analysis using PKJI 2014 obtained a capacity value of 7869 Skr/Hour for Jendral Sudirman Road and 5988 Skr/Hour for HR. Soebrantas Road and 6925 Skr/hour for Jalan Raya Bukit Datuk. Of the three roads, the highest degree of saturation is on the road Raya Bukit Datuk obtained a saturation degree value of the existing conditions of 0,48. This explains that judging from the service level values being analyzed, the flow does not yet require repairs, either widening or other improvements.

Abstract

The city of Dumai is an area that is currently carrying out activities such as the construction of the Dumai Islamic Center and the Lepin market, and some are already operating, such as a culinary village, Taman Bukit Arena, and Ramayana. With these places, it can increase the volume of traffic that is on Jalan Jawasan Taman Bukit Gelanggang. From the existing problems, an evaluation of road performance is carried out, whether the road is still able to accommodate the increase in traffic volume that has occurred. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of roads and intersections based on the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) and modeled using the PTV Vissum 22 application. From the results of the evaluation carried out, it was found that DJ was on Jalan Sudirman 0.19, which with a DJ value of that size, the road was still safe and far from traffic jams. After the simulation was carried out using the PTV Vissum 22 application, the road that experienced the most traffic movement was Jalan Raya Bukit Datuk.

Abstract

The implementation of flexible pavement work on the East Riau Crossroads Business Entity Government Cooperation (BEGC) project, which has an active road status, already has a hazard control document. One form of the hazard control document is the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) document. From the results of the analysis of existing JSA documents, hazards and their controls have been identified. To determine the level of compliance in implementing hazard control recommendations in the field, it is necessary to observe the Job Safety Observation (JSO) method, which is a method of observing work to improve the quality of work safety implementation. Based on the results of an evaluation of the implementation of JSA on the BEGC project on the East Riau crossroads using the JSO method, especially in the Trial AC-WWC (wearing-ccourse) work, it can be concluded that of the 32 forms of JSA control carried out in the field, according to the results of the JSO carried out at STA 18+300–18+900, only 20 forms of control (62.5%) were found, and also three forms of hazard control whose form of implementation in the field cannot be ascertained.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the level of road damage using the Bina Marga method and the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) at Jalan Sultan Syarif Kasim, Sungai Apit District. The degree of bending damage can provide an overview of the condition of the road infrastructure and must be accurately identified for effective maintenance planning. In this study, a field survey was conducted to collect data on flexible road conditions. The obtained data were then analyzed using the Highways and PCI methods. The results of the analysis compare the degree of damage to the flexible road produced by the two methods. The results of this study are expected to provide a better insight into the comparison of the extent of damage to flexible roads between the Highways and PCI methods. In accordance with the Bina Marga 1990 method if the UP value ≥ 7 is included in the periodic maintenance program category. The value of the rank on Jalan Sultan Syarif Kasim road, Teluk Masjid Village, Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency is 9.00. then it falls under the category of periodic maintenance. The average road condition value on Jalan Sultan Syarif Kasim (Sungai Apit) PCI method is 60.23 with fair rating (average)

Abstract

Along with the increasing population in Bengkalis Regency, especially on Jalan Pambang Teluk Lancar. Therefore, safe, comfortable and efficient road conditions are needed to support the economic needs of the community. So a good pavement condition is needed so as not to disturb the comfort of road users. The method used in calculating maintenance over the life of the plan, which is 10 (ten) years in the future, is Life Cycle Cost. Life Cycle Cost is a method used to obtain alternatives to various possibilities in decision making and describe the present and future value of a road construction development, namely by calculating and considering inflation and interest rates. The initial construction cost or initial cost incurred is Rp 2,440,000,000.00. Routine maintenance costs amounted to Rp13,816,000 and periodic maintenance costs amounted to Rp380,817,000 which have been validated by road maintenance and road maintenance experts. The maintenance cost of the LCC is Rp1,180,613,953.72. The total life cycle cost of LCC is Rp3,620,613,953.72. At the lowest bank interest rate NPV calculation (3.5%), the NPV is Rp2,886,093,243.78. At the average bank interest rate (4.5%), the NPV is Rp 2,935,225,326.60. Meanwhile, at the highest bank interest rate (5.6%), the NPV reached Rp3,040,275,561.42.

Abstract

Roads are the primary mean of transportation to reach a destination from one place to another espicially for the residents of  Tanjung Kapal Village – Darul Aman. The existing condition of Sultan Syarif Kasim Road, which is the research location, consist of class B aggregate as the subbase with a width of 6 meters, which is damaged, at 250 m long, the road is flooded when the high tide reaches 50 cm.            In the planning of the construction of rigid pavement on Sultan Syarif Kasim Road in Tanjung Kapal Village – Darul Aman Village, Bengkalis Regency the PDT method No.14-2003 is still used compared to other methods. Therefore, the author reviews, designs, and plans Sultan Syarif Kasim Road in Tanjung Kapal Village to obtain the desired pavement thickness and the required budget plan.            After calculating the thickness of the rigid pavement using the PDT method No.14 – 2003, the result obtained is 200 mm or 20 cm. With the result, the flooded location will no longer experience flooding due to tidal fluctuations. The total budget required for the plan is Rp 18,913,760,000.00.
