Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas, dan persepsi harga terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia (USNI). Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Strata-1 dari fakultas perikanan dan ilmu kelautan, fakultas teknik, fakultas ilmu sosial dan ilmu politik, dan fakultas ekonomi yang aktif kuliah pada tahun 2019. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Penentuan sampel dengan rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 116 mahasiswa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Fasilitas (X2), dan Persepsi Harga (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa (Y). Kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh pada kepuasan mahasiswa, sedangkan persepsi harga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Dan kontribusi R2 sebesar 54,5% terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa (Y), sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45,5% dijelaskan oleh faktor atau variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, AtmosphereStore, and Location on Purchasing Decisions at Indomaret Jalan Sultan Iskandar Muda Kebayoran Lama. The population in this study all consumers who made purchases at Indomaret Jalan Sultan Iskandar Muda Kebayoran Lama and the sample in this study amounted to 71 consumer. The design of this study uses a causal method. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The method of collecting data uses primary data and secondary data.The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22 Software.The results showed that partially (t test) Service Quality (X1) and AtmosphereStore (X2) had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions,while Location (X3) had no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.Simultaneously (F test) shows that there is a significant influence between Service Quality variables (X1), AtmosphereStore (X2) Location (X3) on Purchase Decisions (Y).And the contribution of all adjusted R2 independent variables is 49,6% towards Purchasing Decisions (Y), while the remaining 50,4% is explained by other factors or variables unknown and not included in this study

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of competence, dicipline of work and environment of work on performance of employees on the Maharadja Hotel. Determining the research by using samples as much as 94 respondents and this research method by using multiple linear regression. This results show that the partially positive efffect and significant effect of competence against the performance of employees on the value of the Maharadja Hotel are thitung > ttabel 14.315 > 1.985 and significant value are 0.000 < 0.05 discipline of work influential positive effect and significantly to the performance of employees on the value of the Maharadja Hotel are thitung > ttabel 4.032 > 1.985 and significant are 0.000 < 0.05 and environment of work positive and significant effect on performance of employees on the value of the Maharadja Hotel are thitung > ttabel 5.007 > 1.985 and significant are 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that simultaneously while the competence, the discipline of work and environment of work on performance of employees on the value of the Maharadja Hotel are Fhitung > Ftabel > 106.533 > 2.70 with a significant level of 0.000 > 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of trust, easiness, and quality information on purchasing decisions online in the Shopee app. The method used in this research is the quantitative method and assessment of the results based on respondents ' answers using a Likert scale. The population in this study is all consumers of Satya Negara Indonesia University student A and the samples in this study amounted to 100, and the sampling Tekhnik used in this study was Probability Sampling, and Sample determination based on simple random sampling. The data analysis methods used in the study are test instruments (validity and reusability), Data normality analysis, assumption Test (normality, multicholinerity, heterokedastisity, autocorrelation), correlation coefficient test, linear regression test Multiple, F-Test, T-Test, and coefficient of determinant (R ²).The results showed that simultaneously (test F) showed that there was a significant influence between the trust variables (X1), the easiness (X2), and the quality of information (X3) against the purchase decision (Y). Partial (T-Test) the trust is influential as positive to the purchase decision, whereas the easiness variable does not affect as positive to the purchase decision, and the information quality has effect as negative to Purchase decision.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan menengah di Indonesia atau disingkat dengan UMKM merupakan salah satu nafas ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia, karena sektor UMKM ini paling menyedot tenaga kerja dan paling banyak digeluti masyarakat Indonesia. Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran penting dan strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Selain berperan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penyerapan tenagakerja, UMKM juga berperan dalam mendistribusikan hasil-hasil pembangunan. UMKM juga telah terbukti tidak terpengaruh terhadap krisis. Ketika krisis menerpa pada periode tahun 1997 – 1998, hanya UMKM yang mampu tetap berdiri kokoh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor ekonomi makro dan kinerja pasar modal Asia terhadap kinerja pasar modal di Indonesia periode 2010-2018. Indikator faktor ekonomi yang digunakan adalah kurs dan tingkat suku bunga (SBI) sedangkan indikator kinerja pasar modal Asia yang dipilih adalah kinerja pasar modal Singapura (Strait Time Index atau STI) dan kinerja pasar modal Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange atau KLSE). Indikator kinerja pasar modal di Indonesia yang digunakan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) secara simultan faktor ekonomi makro dan kinerja pasar modal Asia berpengaruh terhadap IHSG, (2)secara partial hanya faktor ekonomi makro yaitu kurs dan SBI yang mampu mempengaruhi IHSG sementara itu kinerja pasar modal Asia , STI dan KLSE tidak mampu mempengaruhi IHSG.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, career development, and allowance variables partially or simultaneously on employee performance. The population or samples in this study were employees of Planet Sport in the South Jakarta area. Data collection used in this study was taken using random sampling. Data collection methods used in this study is observation and questionnaire data, and the type of data used in this study is primary data. In addition there are several methods of data analysis in this study, namely the validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. Based on predetermined criteria, sample data that has been used is 60 out of a total of 210 questionnaires. From the results of the test simultaneously and partially prove that the variables of work disclipine, career development, and allowance together - the same influence on the performance of employees of the planet sport senayan city
