Abstract

Teknik pemanduan bakat olahraga yang dimaksud adalah teknik pemanduan bakat yang dikembangkan Direktorat Jendral Olahraga Departemen Pendidikan Nasional tahun 2003. Bahwa teknik ini merupakan teknik yang dikembangkan dari beberapa intrumen pemanduan bakat.           Tujuan ujicoba adalah 1) melihat kemungkinan pengunaan lebih jauh teknik pemanduan bakat yang dimaksud, 2) melihat keberbakatan anak-anak usia dini atau dini usia di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Metode penelitian; subyek sampel yang digunakan adalah 400 siswa dari 10 SD dan 10 SMP yang ada di Kota Mojokerto. Pengolahan data mengunakan Microsoft Office Exel 2007 – 2003.             Kesimpulan: dari temuan dilapangan menunjukkan kecenderungan-kecenderungan sebagai berikut; 1) teknik ini sangat ketat dalam menseleksi keberbakatan siswa SD dan SMP hal ini terlihat dari hasil pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan sedikit siswa yang terjaring hanya untuk nomor jalan, lompat tinggi dan lompat jauh yang banyak terjaring, 2) ada kecenderungan siswa yang berbakat di nomor-nomor atletik juga berbakat di nomor-nomor beladiri dan yang lainya. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh siswa (Natha HS, M Ali K dan Sugiarto)

Abstract

Artikel ini ditulis merupakan hasil angket yang dibrikan pada Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan olah raga FIK Unesa angkatan 2012. Angket dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterbacaan, tingkat kelugasan bahasa, tingkat kejelasan ulasan materi, penguasaan dan keluasan materi dalam buku Pencak Silat yang disusun oleh Drs. Subagyo, M.Pd., dengan No. ISBN 978-979-028-476-0 penerbit University Press, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Angket mengunakan sekala likert dengan lima alternatif jawaban, sejumlah 21 pertanyaan. Jumlah angket yang diberikan 150 angket tetapi yang masuk atau terkumpul dan dapat dianalisis 140 angket. Hasil penelitian atau observasi melalui angket yang diolah mengunakan Program Statistik SPSS 11.5 menyimpulkan bahwa: 1.        Buku pencak silat dengan Judul Pencak Silat untuk Mahasiswa dan umum Penulis Drs. H. Subagyo, M.Pd. terbitan University Press, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, layak digunakan sebagai pedoman mengajar dan disebarkan kepada mahasiswa dan umum. 2.        Harga Buku yang dimaksud pada no. 1 cukup terjangkau oleh Mahasiswa. 3.        Buku yang dimaksud dapat digunakan sebagai bekal Mahasiswa sebagai calon guru Penjas. 4.        Dengan berbekal buku yang dimaksud di atas calon guru berani mengajarkan Pencak Silat disekolah nantinya jika sudah terjun di Sekolah.

Abstract

Background. Nutritional intake inthe first thousand days of a child’s life up to 2 yesars old is very important for growth and development. The low number of exclusive breasfeeding is still to be concern of the Indonesian governmnet .Based on data from Magetan District Health Office in 2019, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in the Poncol Puskesmas was 48,4 %. The purpose of this systematic literature review is to systematically review some of the results of recent research on the drivers that influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding, namely the factors of knowledge, education, employment, and attitude.The type of research used is systematic literature review (SLR) using the Preffered Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta Analysis (PRISMA) approach. The database used are DOAJ and SINTA (Garuda), the last 5 years publication limits, analytical research, cross sectional research designs, full text articles, research areas are Indonesia. From the research results found 546 journals and after screening obtained 9 relevant journals. Regarding education, 3 out of 4 journals stated that there was a relationship between education and exclusive breastfeeding. On the employment factor, 4 out 5 journals stated that there was a relationship between wprk and exclusive breastfeeding. In the knowledge factor, all of journals stated that there was a relationship between knowledge and eclusive breastfeeding. While in the attitude factor, 3 out of 4 journals stated that there was a relatioship between attitude and exclusive breastfeeding.The majority, of journal state that there is relationship between education, knowledge, employment, and attitude of mother’s breatfeeding. It is hoped that the results of this review will be able to bring change to readers, especially health workers who have a very important role in providing education and promotion regarding exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of trust, easiness, and quality information on purchasing decisions online in the Shopee app. The method used in this research is the quantitative method and assessment of the results based on respondents ' answers using a Likert scale. The population in this study is all consumers of Satya Negara Indonesia University student A and the samples in this study amounted to 100, and the sampling Tekhnik used in this study was Probability Sampling, and Sample determination based on simple random sampling. The data analysis methods used in the study are test instruments (validity and reusability), Data normality analysis, assumption Test (normality, multicholinerity, heterokedastisity, autocorrelation), correlation coefficient test, linear regression test Multiple, F-Test, T-Test, and coefficient of determinant (R ²).The results showed that simultaneously (test F) showed that there was a significant influence between the trust variables (X1), the easiness (X2), and the quality of information (X3) against the purchase decision (Y). Partial (T-Test) the trust is influential as positive to the purchase decision, whereas the easiness variable does not affect as positive to the purchase decision, and the information quality has effect as negative to Purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Store Atmosphere, Brand Ambassadors and Green Marketing on Consumer Purchase Interest at Innisfree Central Park Mall. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and the results of the study are based on respondents' answers using a Likert scale. The population in this study is Innisfree Central Park Mall consumers, the sample in this study amounted to 100. Data analysis methods used in this study are Multiple Linear Regression Test, f Test, t Test and Determinant Coefficient. The results showed that simultaneously (f test) showed that there was a significant influence between the Store Atmosphere (X1), Brand Ambassador (X2) and Green Marketing (X3) variables on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). partially (Test t) Store Atmosphere does not significantly influence Consumer Purchase Interest and Brand Ambassador has no significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest, while Green Marketing has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether service quality, perceived income level, tax sanctions and tax relief have an effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at SAMSAT Medan. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to motor vehicle taxpayers at SAMSAT Medan. The number of respondents who were sampled and completely filled out the research questionnaire was 194 respondents. The research model uses multiple linear regression analysis with data processing using SPSS. The results of the research show that service quality and tax sanctions have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance (WP) with motor vehicle tax (PKB) at SAMSAT Medan, while perceptions of income level and tax relief do not have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance (WP) with motor vehicle tax ( PKB) at SAMSAT Medan. In developing knowledge, especially in the field of taxation, with this research, it will be a concern for study program managers to add portions of material related to taxation, especially regional taxes. Taxpayers are expected to provide information and input regarding the importance of motor vehicle owners paying motor vehicle tax on time. It is hoped that the Medan SAMSAT Office can provide input as a solution in order to improve and increase motor vehicle taxes in order to increase regional income. The limitations of this research are that there are still taxpayers who do not know about the tax whitening policy and there is a lack of information regarding when tax whitening is implemented.

Abstract

Wind tunnel (terowongan angin) yaitu peralatan uji berstruktur tabung dimana udara dipaksa melaju dengan kencang yang digunakan untuk mempelajari efek aliran aerodinamis pada suatu objek benda. Benda atau objek yang diuji ditempatkankan dibagian tengah test section. Maka udara direaksikan melewati objek benda dengan sebuah skema fan. Fan sangat penting pada pengujian aerodinamis suatu objek benda, sebab aliran yang stabil dan bagus sangat berpengaruh dalam pengujian wind tunnel. Selain pengaruh pada konstruksi wind tunnel, fan dan motor juga ikut berperan penting guna memperoleh aliran flow yang stabil untuk digunakan dalam pengujian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai CMH (Cubic Meter\Hour) yang dihasilkan dari fan, untuk mengetahui nilai keseluruhan jumlah kerugian energi pada tiap komponen wind tunnel, dan untuk mengetahui daya motor yang akan digunakan pada fan. Dari perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, maka nilai minimal air volume yang diperlukan pada bagian test section adalah sebesar 12.096.608,2 m3/h (Cubic Meter Hour). Perhitungan energy losses dari setiap komponen pada wind tunnel tipe open circuit yaitu : K0  = Honeycomb = 6,07523304, K1  = Screen = 6,07523304, K2 = Contraction = 5,9392, K3 = Test Section = 40, K4 = Diffuser = 39,364, K5 = Saluran discharge = 19,4907322, Maka total dari keseluruhan nilai tersebut dijumlahkan  Ktotal = 116,944398, dan perhitungan nilai daya motor yang dibutuhkan sebesar 101.713,4 Watt.

Abstract

The business sustainability of micro and small manufacturing enterprises (M-MSEs) are substantial to drive productivity and employment rate in many developing countries. However, due to various limitations, these enterprises are struggling to develop themselves into larger enterprises. For this reason, the government of Indonesia is enthused to provide technical and managerial supports for these M-MSEs. This study aims to provide an objective taxonomy of Indonesian M-MSEs as a guidance for the authorities to deliver the appropriate supports. The taxonomy was developed based on the survey to 735 M-MSEs in the Yogyakarta area. By using cluster analysis, we found that the M-MSEs can be classified into four distinct groups. Each group has its development strategies, ranging from adopting lean philosophy to instituting relationship marketing. This taxonomy provides useful directions for the authorities to support the development of M-MSEs in Yogyakarta and also serves as part of a broader effort to construct M-MSEs taxonomy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tax is one of the state revenues that will be used as national development. However, tax revenues in the country are still not optimal because the level of taxpayer compliance is still low. This study aims to examine the influence of tax education, tax socialization, and tax sanctions of compliance with tax obligations. In this study author uses a sampling technuques were carried aut using the non-probability sampling method. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to taxpayer in DKI Jakarta and processed using SPSS version 25. The influence of tax education, tax socialization, and tax sanctions in increasing taxpayer positive effected on compliance with tax obligations.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai respons terhadap rendahnya daya saing UMKM ikan cupang di Kelurahan Ketami, Kota Kediri, akibat keterbatasan pemanfaatan media digital sebagai sarana pemasaran. Meskipun memiliki potensi produk unggulan dengan nilai estetika tinggi dan minat pasar yang luas, para pelaku UMKM di wilayah ini sebagian besar masih bergantung pada pemasaran konvensional dan belum menguasai strategi digital marketing berbasis media sosial. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi digital pelaku UMKM serta mengoptimalkan penggunaan media sosial sebagai alat promosi yang efektif dan efisien dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi awal, sosialisasi, pelatihan pembuatan konten digital, praktik langsung pengelolaan akun bisnis media sosial (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), serta pendampingan berkelanjutan selama proses implementasi. Pendekatan ini mengacu pada teori AIDA dan content marketing untuk membangun strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang menarik dan mampu mendorong minat beli. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam membuat konten visual, mengelola akun bisnis, serta memahami pentingnya interaksi digital dengan konsumen. Selain peningkatan pengetahuan, kegiatan ini juga mendorong terbentuknya komunitas UMKM ikan cupang digital yang berfungsi sebagai wadah promosi bersama dan berbagi praktik baik. Dampak nyata terlihat dari meningkatnya jumlah pengikut media sosial dan keterlibatan konsumen, serta mulai terjadinya penjualan lintas kota melalui media sosial. Program ini membuktikan bahwa digital marketing merupakan strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal berbasis potensi daerah. Kata Kunci : Digital marketing, media sosial, daya saing.
