Abstract

Cooperative learning provides opportunities for students to study with fellow students in structured assignments. Through cooperative learning as well, a student will become a learning resource for his other friends. So cooperative learning is developed on the basis of the assumption that the learning process will be more meaningful if students can teach each other. Although in cooperative learning students can learn from two main learning sources, namely teaching and other study partners. cooperative learning can make students interact between students to share their knowledge in solving a problem presented by the teacher so that all students will more easily understand various concepts, create an atmosphere of acceptance towards fellow students with different backgrounds, for example ethnic, social, cultural, and ability. This provides equal opportunities to all learners regardless of background and creates conditions for cooperation and positive interdependence with each other in completing tasks. Teaches collaboration or collaboration skills in solving problems. These skills are very important for students as a provision for living in society. In addition, students learn to respect each other.

Abstract

Teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating students in early childhood education, formal education, primary education, and secondary education. The educational process means that every educator must try to be a role model for his students. Example in all goodness and not vice versa. Teachers must be able to set an example, be gentle and teach good manners, always try to maintain good morals and also to give testaments about various knowledge and rules of shari'ah. So important is an example in the effort to form a child's personality, so that to achieve its success, Islamic education tries to apply the exemplary method in its education system. However, the problem that exists is from the educator factor, including the teacher. Today's teachers are lacking and don't even pay attention to exemplary aspects in the educational process.

Abstract

The teacher is an important component in forming the Islamic character of students. Because the teacher is the benchmark for achieving educational goals. Teachers who specifically focus on morals and character education for students are Akidah Akhlak teachers. The Akidah Akhlak teacher at MTs Midanutta'lim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang, seen from his personality, is a person who is highly respected by other teachers and students. So that the personality displayed by the Akidah Akhlak teacher is expected to form the Islamic character of students at MTs Midanutta'lim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang. Based on the above background, this research can be formulated as follows: To describe the teacher's personality competence in the formation of Islamic character of students at MTs Midanutta'lim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang and to describe the Islamic character of Students at MTs Midanutta'lim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang. This research uses qualitative or naturalistic methods because it is carried out in natural conditions. Qualitative research methods are research methods used to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument, the data collection technique is done by triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive, and the results of qualitative research emphasize the meaning more than generalization. The Akidah Akhlak teacher at MTs Midanutta'lim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang displays the teacher's personality competence in the form of exemplary so that it can become uswah or an example for students. Then the discipline by attending the madrasa on time, the religious attitude that is also displayed by Akidah Akhlak teachers through accompanying students when habituation is carried out routinely at the madrasah, and the attitude of authority displayed by Akidah Akhlak teachers through advice given to students when doing offense. The Islamic character of students that is formed is that students display a disciplined attitude, religious attitude and honest attitude.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan sangat dibutuhkan di dalam suatu madrasah terutama kepemimpinan kepala madrasah. Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah juga dibutuhkan untuk suatu mutu pendidikan. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari madrasah. Tujuan penelitian:1. Mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Jombang. 2.Mendeskripsikan mutu tenaga pendidik di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desaian deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data menggunakan Data Reduction, Data Display, dan Conclusion Drawing. Hasil penelitian: 1. Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Jombang sudah cukup baik. Beliau bertanggungjawab terhadap lembaga di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Jombang. Disini gaya yang digunakan kepala madrasah untuk memimpin yaitu dengan menggunakan gaya demokratis yaitu dimana kepala madrasah selalu mendekatkan diri dengan para guru, siswa dan para pegawai madrasah dengan tujuan untuk membimbing atau mengayomi para guru agar melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya. 2. Kepala madrasah merupakan orang yang sangat berperan penting dalam kualitas atau mutu dari madrasah itu sendiri. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan kepemimpinan dari kepala madrasah untuk melakukan peningkatan mutu dari tenaga pendidik. Kinerja tenaga pendidik dapat dilihat dari kinerja tenaga pendidik sebagai sesuatu yang dicapai, prestasi yang diperlihatkan, kemampuan kerja penggunaan sumber daya untuk mencapai tujuan dalam pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien. Hal ini yang dilakukan di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Jombang dimana kepala madrasah menempatkan tenaga pendidik sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki tenaga pendidik itu tersebut karena dilihat dari keprofesionalan.

Abstract

Religious teachers have the responsibility to equip students' morals for improvement and devotion and faith in God Almighty. Therefore, the strategy of an Islamic religious education teacher is very necessary in instilling religious values ??in schools. The focus of this study aims to describe the strategy of the Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Cultivating Student Religious Values ??at SMPN 1 Kesamben Jombang. This type of research is a qualitative field research (field research). This study used a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely in the form of writing data about the related data. The next step is to test the data wetness by extending the observation and triangulation. The results showed that the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in cultivating students' religious values ??at SMPN 1 Kesamben Jombang was as follows: teachers can give examples and role models to their students, as well as provide good practice habits in the daily activities of students in learning activities and non-learning so that students remain in a straight line of religion despite the rapid flow of globalization, while the inhibiting and supporting factors of the PAI teacher strategy in planting religious values ??of students at SMPN 1 Kesamben, namely the lack of awareness in students about the importance of the program of value-planting. religious value.

Abstract

Islamic education is oriented to the Qur'an. Al-Qur'an is something that must be taught in Islamic education, especially the issue of monotheism and morals in Islam, so to make it easier for students about monotheism and morals in Islam, a medium is needed to achieve goals, and a media is measured by its speed and flexibility as through Learning Amaly's Tafsir to understand how a Muslim should behave towards Allah. The research objective is the Education of Tawheed in the Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Ikhlas in Building Morals to God through learning Amaly Tafsir. This research uses a type of field research (field research) with a qualitative approach that is descriptive in nature, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed using the descriptive qualitative analysis method, namely the collection of descriptive data in the form of words instead of numbers. From the results of the research it was found that tauhid education through learning the interpretation of amaly at MA UW includes planning / preparation both physically and mentally, using various methods including driil methods (2x3 principles), lectures, assignments and questions and answers whose theory concerns how to tawhid to Allah who realized with morals. The guidance that is applied is istiqomah praying before entering class, reading the Koran before learning begins, congregation, istigasah, recitation, school and good deeds. However, there are some students who still often violate so that an educator must be able to lead to good morals with the efforts of teachers of Amaly interpretation in building student morals including: motivating students, guiding students, providing advice, building good habits and giving examples to students.

Abstract

The formation of Islamic character in schools cannot be separated from the role of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teacher. Because Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers are figures, role models, idols for their students who are able to color students into Islamic characters through exemplary and habituation. The objectives of this study were: (1) to describe the role of the Islamic religious education teacher (PAI) in the formation of Islamic character of students at SMPN 3 Jombang. (2) Describing the Islamic Character of Students at SMPN 3 Jombang. This study used a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection techniques using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely in the form of written data presentation regarding related data. The next step is to test the validity of the data by extending participation, observation persistence and triangulation. The results showed that the role of the Islamic Religious Education teacher in the formation of Islamic character of students at SMPN 3 Jombang as follows: the teacher as a guide, the teacher as an educator, the teacher as a motivator and the teacher as an evaluator. And the Islamic character of students at SMPN 3 Jombang is good, polite and courteous which is manifested by the enthusiasm of the students when participating in religious programs, accustomed to reading the Koran so as to form a character of love for the Qur'an, always polite to anyone, say honestly, be patient, enthusiasm in worship, salim greetings to the mother / father teacher when entering the gate which trains students to be polite, courteous and respectful to elders, obey Allah by praying in congregation, praying dhuha, praying before studying, Istighosah, commemoration of Islamic holidays, donations for orphans and extra al banjari.

Abstract

The reality that is happening at this time, the fulfillment of living facilities, sophisticated technology and increasing social development around us are internal and external factors that affect children's development, besides that developments that occur without any prior screening, so that it has a negative impact on the child's personality. . This is evidenced by the declining morale of the younger generation, the number of acts of deviant behavior of adolescents and students that do not only occur around us. Ironically, moral depravity also occurs in various developed countries, both in the world of education, social, government and entrepreneurship. This shows how bad the current character is. Educators are the most important component in education.
