Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the anxiety of students facing examinations and their implications in guidance and counseling services (BK). This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study is the students of Pertiwi 1 Padang High School class X and XI in the academic year 2018-2019. The research sample amounted to 213 people. The research was carried out by administering questionnaire instruments. Data were analyzed by percentage analysis. The findings of this study indicate the results of anxiety students facing examinations at Pertiwi 1 Padang High School are in the quite anxious category, the results are in more detail (1) anxiety students face tests on cognitive aspects in the category of quite anxious, (2) anxiety students face tests on affective aspects in the category of quite anxious, (3) the anxiety of students facing the test on the somatic aspect is in the category of quite anxious, (4) the anxiety of students facing the test on aspects of behavior is in the category of quite anxious.Keyword: Anxiety Facing Exams, Guidance and Counseling Services

Abstract

AbstractWork readiness is the ability, skill, and work attitude that is in accordance with the demands of the community and in accordance with the potential of students in various types of specific jobs that can be directly applied. This study aims to: describe work readiness seen from students' personal self, and from the student environment. This study uses descriptive research. The study population was 334 students of SMK N 2 Kec. Guguak and a sample of 182 students were selected using the Proportional Stratifed Random Sampling technique. The instruments used were questionnaires and analyzed by percentage techniques. The research findings illustrate that: (1) the readiness of students to enter the workforce is in the ready category, (2) aspects of personal self are in the ready category, and (3) environmental aspects are in the fairly prepared category. Keywords: Readiness

Abstract

Tujuan  umum penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk  mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Snowball Trowing di kelas V SD Negeri 52 Parupuk Tabing. Subjek penelitian adalah guru (praktisi) dan siswa kelas V. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Snowball Throwing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan rata-rata dan persentase dari siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil penilaian RPP siklus I 71,5 % meningkat menjadi 93%. Hasil pengamatan guru siklus I 72% meningkat menjadi 94%. Hasil pengamatan siswa siklus I 72% menjadi 94% dan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa siklus I 71,37 meningkat menjadi 82. Artinya model Snowball Trowing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci : hasil belajar IPS, model Snowball Trowing general purpose of the  research is to study the results of improvement to describe students in learning model IPS Snowball Trowing in class V SDN52 Parupuk Tabing. The Subject is the teacher (practitioner) and  grade V. The results showed that the model of the snowball throwing can improve student learning outcomes.It can bi seen from in the increase in average and precentage of the cycle I and cycle II. Assesment result cycle I 71,5% with an increase to 93%. Teachers cycle observations I 72% increase to 94%. The observations of student cycle I 72% to 94% and the average results of student learning cycle I 71,37 with an increase to 82. This  means that the model can  improve the results  of Snowball Throwing sudent learning Key words : Social studies, Snowball Trowing Model

Abstract

This research is motivated by thematic learning which so far the teacher in teaching thematic learning is still separated by subject so that less effective thematic learning takes place. Besides that the standard of completeness in the desired thematic learning has not been achieved. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning process of mathematics using the inquiry approach for class II SDN 35 Kuranji. The approach used is a qualitative and quantitative approach. This research data is in the form of information about the process and data on the results of actions obtained from the results of attitude assessment, knowledge assessment, skills assessment. The data source is the process and results of the implementation of thematic learning using the inquiry approach in class II SDN 35 Kuranji. The results of the study increasedobservation of RPP inthe firstcyclwas 82.95%, in the second cycle 83.90% and in the third cycle 90.90%. The teacher aspect of the first cycle was 80.35%, the second cycle 92.25% to 92.85% in the second cycle and in the aspects of the student cycle I was 80.35% to the first cycle to 92.85% in the third cycle. So, the inquiry approach can improve the integrated thematic learning process.Key terms: integrated thematic learning, inquiry approach
