<![CDATA[In simple terms, the main purpose of Family Altar is family fellowship with Christ. Increased Bible knowledge. An important condition for the success of the Family Altar is a relaxed, warm and pleasant atmosphere. The Family Altar format should be flexible, not rigid. Changes must be able to occur according to changes in schedules, ages, interests of family members. FA (Family Altar) is the smallest container unit in a local church. In it there are pastoral functions, discipleship and preparation for the birth of a leader. Today the majority of rapidly growing churches are generally supported by the dynamic Family Altar network. A healthy church is a church that shepherds its congregation into the Family Altar. The motto of the Family Altar is: Unity of Heart, Growing Together and Winning Souls.]]>

<![CDATA[This Article provides an overview of how to overcome the increased stress that occurs in students during a pandemic. This stress occurs due to new habits and new way of learning methods caused by current global conditions due to many restriction. As a person who has Christian faith, Christian students are expected to be able to overcome the stresses of life they experience by approaching God with gratitude for all the goodness of the Lord Jesus Christ. So that in any situation, a student as the nation's next generation and is learning various things in this life will actually progress and develop. By communicating with Allah through worship, students are expected to have the right relationship and it is not just a religious ritual, but also a lifestyle that colors hearts, thoughts, words and behavior. So that any condition that will happen in the future, even though under conditions of limitations each student can study hard and diligently even the pressure can strengthen his faith, so that Christian students can come out as winners in facing this pandemic.]]>

<![CDATA[To improve service excellence, full-time workers must pay attention to their performance. It is a quality work ethic and high performance that is needed by the Church to achieve a high quality of service. A very significant role in realizing performance is ourself, if a full-time worker in a church has a high Christian work ethic then he can have a positive influence on those around him. Full-time workers who have noble thoughts about their work can work with full trust, sincerity, responsibility and do everything as for God. This study aims to conduct a theoretical test of the influence of the Christian work ethic on the performance of full-time workers at the Secretariat of the Indonesian Bethel Church Tabgha Batam. To test the effect of the Christian work ethic variable on performance, multiple linear regression analysis was used by distributing 92 questionnaires to full-time workers. After analyzing the results obtained R square 0.387 with a significance <0.05, which means that work ethic has a positive influence on performance of 38.7%.]]>

<![CDATA[The formation of Church members is a very important task and must be carried out by the church for its members. Likewise, the formation of church members is a form of the church's responsibility to the Lord Jesus Christ who is the head of the church and also to others who in its understanding are to the congregation. Coaching is carried out with the aim of exploring and developing all the potential within the congregation and ultimately being applied in the ministry and dedicated to the interests of the Kingdom of God. As for the background of this writing, the author finds a church that is unconscious and also without adequate provisions to carry out the formation of church members even though it must be realized that coaching is something that is necessary and must be done so that the needs of the congregation are met, especially in spirituality. the congregation. To get information about the formation of the congregation, the author uses questions that the author conveys to the church members to ensure that the congregation receives guidance or not and if the congregation receives guidance to what extent and how the implementation of the coaching is carried out, because if the church can carry out coaching well for its citizens, the congregation will will experience increased knowledge of God's word and experience changes in life, especially growth in spirituality. In this paper, the author presents the Contextual Learning model for discussion at the next stage. The learning model is a learning model in formal schools but it is very strategic to be applied in building church members. One form of the learning process of this model can use facilities that directly involve the congregation itself and also facilities around the congregation including other fellow congregations, therefore by using the facilities and infrastructure that are around it, coaching can be more easily carried out effectively. and easier to understand, especially to be practiced by church members or the congregation it self.]]>

<![CDATA[The Gospel of John emphasizes God's sovereignty in His plan of salvation. More than the Synoptic Gospels, it emphasizes that no one can be saved without being drawn by the Holy Spirit. There are many passages in John's Gospel that emphasize the importance of salvation, because one cannot be saved without being drawn first to Christ by the Father. The new birth also uses the verb to be begotten (John 1:12-13), Likewise, humans cannot do any good to be begotten again to be a child of God. This phrase is full of the theme of grace. There is no denying that there is a strong emphasis on God's sovereign will, but for John, that does not make grace irresistible, nor does it deny the freedom of human will. Faith is a gift from God, because without the influence of the Holy Spirit who draws us in, we cannot hear and believe. <![CDATA[One of the eight characteristics of a healthy church according to Christian Schwarz is empowering the congregation in small groups. A church that has a large number of congregations when it is not accompanied by the formation of cell groups will stagnate or experience a decline in the dynamics of church service to its congregations. Some churches are starting to realize how important cell groups are for church service to their congregations because cell groups are an extension of the pastor's hand so that they build interaction between one congregation and another. The growth of the cell group is influenced by 3 variables, namely the unity of the heart, the commitment to grow together and the desire to win souls. From the results of research conducted on 176 congregations who have joined the cell group, it can be seen that the variables of heart unity, growing together and winning souls have an effect of 76.8% on the growth of cell groups.]]>

<![CDATA[Many efforts have been made to form a strong commitment when undergoing family relationships, to achieve true harmony, the role of premarital guidance in realizing family harmony has a special place for couples who want to get married. This article offers the role of premarital guidance as a new approach to Christian family harmony, specifically the introduction of Christian values regarding marriage and experiencing the implementation of premarital teaching in Christian families at Bethel Church of Indonesia Tabgha Batam. This approach provides an understanding as well as explains the tasks and challenges of couples who are planning to get married and also encourages them to prepare themselves optimally to carry out their family as husband and wife in the future. This research was conducted in natural conditions (natural setting). Specifically discussing the role of premarital guidance in realizing family harmony. The role of premarital guidance in realizing family harmony at the Bethel Indonesia Tabgha Batam Church is very evident. This method can be said to have succeeded in realizing them that a marriage becomes a strong marriage, if both the bride and groom make careful and thorough preparations. Careful means both have the ability to anticipate various things that will arise from the marriage. Mature in the sense that both of them are willing to work together in growing enthusiasm, comfortable, willing and without coercion at all in entering the gates of Christian marriage.]]>

<![CDATA[System learning in the network is learning that is done online with internet devices, using learning applications and social networks. Learning from home even though students' understanding is different has actually been implemented in various schools during the pandemic. Learning from home is a deliberate, conscious, planned, and directed process to improve the competence of students by taking the location of learning at home. During the online learning process, students get directions, guidelines, and study schedules from each of their educators at school, and can play a control role in the learning process by parents at home. The study schedule is the same as learning activities during the face-to-face learning period at school. The role of parental control in learning at home is important for elementary school students who are not yet capable of running online-based internet devices. <![CDATA[This study aims to describe the history and profile of the Tabgha Family Church Alma Jaya in Malaysia, the background before starting church planting in Malaysia, building partnerships with local churches until the formation of the Tabgha Family Church Alma Jaya. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, using the snowball technique with heuristic steps through observation, interviews, study of documents and determination of informants, data analysis, field observations, interviews with witnesses and historical actors, and focus group discussions. Data analysis by interpreting documents and information obtained in the field. Interpretation and discussion in the form of a description. The results of the data analysis show that the early entry of the Tabgha Family Church was born from a vision received by Pdt. Hanny Andries during a prayer and fasting movement for two years, from 1998 to 2000, the entry and development of the Tabgha Alma Jaya Family Church applied the model of cooperation with the local church with the characteristic of building friendship. The pattern of approach that stands out in outreach is to make the congregation feel at home and part of the family. The characteristics of the ministry of the Tabgha Alma Jaya Family Church are Prayer Strengthening, Worship Praise and the development of cell groups and the empowerment of the lay congregation.]]>

<![CDATA[Discipleship teenager’s is very essential for the growth of teenager’s attendance which does not affect the spiritual life but also outwardly, the phenomenon of declining discipleship is feared to also have a negative impact on the growth of teenager’s attendance in worship. This study aims to determine how much influence discipleship teenager’s directly have on the growth of church attendance. This study uses quantitative methods based on quantification in data collection and analysis to test the established hypotheses. Conducted at the Junior Church of Bethel Church Indonesia Tabgha Batam, from October 2021 to May 2022. The results of the research prove that the level of (1) understanding of the benefits of discipleship is in the range 176.80-185.375: moderate to high class, (2) the growth rate of attendance is in the range of 144.68-151.36: high class. This study also found (3) The contribution of the influence of discipleship partially to the growth of church attendance was 76.9%. The magnitude of the direct influence of the Discipleship teenager’s aged thirteen to eighteen year’s variable on the growth of church attendance is 24,066, meaning that if the Discipleship teenager’s (X) is 0, then the growth of church attendance (Y) Junior Church of Bethel Church Indonesia Tabgha Batam the value is 24,066 units. The regression coefficient of the Discipleship teenager’s variable (X) is 0.685; This means that if the Discipleship teenager’s is increased by one time, it will increase the growth of church attendance (Y) by 0.685.]]>
