Abstract

The aims of this study are to: (1) identify and analyze the impact of the Economic Growth Rate, Population Growth, and Minimum Wage on unemployment in Bali Province in 2011-2020; (2) and partly on Unemployment in Bali Province in 2011-2020; and (3) identify and analyze the most dominant variables influencing unemployment in Bali Province in 2011-2020. The purpose of this study is to determine and examine the impact of the Economic Growth Rate, Population Growth, and Minimum Wage on unemployment in the Province of Bali in 2011-2020. This research is a quantitative analysis that relies on time series data (2011-2020). For the purposes of this study, secondary data was used. Secondary data is obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and periodicals that serve as learning resources. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) population growth has a positive effect on unemployment, the rate of economic growth has a negative effect on unemployment, and the minimum wage has a positive effect on unemployment; (2) The rate of economic growth, population growth, and the minimum wage have a positive effect on unemployment in Bali Province between 2011 and 2020; and (3) Population growth is the dominant variable affecting unemployment.

Abstract

The world economy has experienced shocks in recent years due to the arrival of the Covid-19 Virus. This causes the world economy to drop drastically and has an impact on tax stability. This study aims to determine the effect of understanding accounting, tax incentives, and tax socialization about PMK 86/2020 on MSME taxpayer compliance affected by the 2019 corona virus disease pandemic in Tangerang City. The authors obtained this research through distributing questionnaires through social media such as Facebook, Whatsapp, and Instagram. The test was carried out using a purposive examination technique on 100 respondents. Handled information checks using the SPSS 26 program with descriptive measurable tests, information quality tests, exemplary presumption tests, various direct relapse investigation tests, and speculation tests. The results of this review indicate that the understanding of bookkeeping has a significant effect on the consistency of MSME taxpayers, the cost drive has no effect on the consistency of MSME taxpayers, and expenditure socialization has a significant effect on the consistency of MSME taxpayers.

Abstract

MANDIKA TEKNIK MAKMUR is a company engaged in the sale of coffee since 2010 which is located at Jl. Ruko Roxy Blok RB No. 7, Jalan Villa Mutiara 1, South Cikarang, Ciantra, Cikarang Sel, Bekasi, West Java, in the process of ordering by the customer or recording coffee orders still using stationery manually which is considered to be less efficient in terms of time I think it's not neat in filing order data. These problems are deemed inefficient in terms of marketing and managing orders in the current digital era, therefore we need an online marketing and management media or website that can be accessed en masse to facilitate UD. MANDIKA TEKNIK MAKMUR in selling and introducing the profile and quality of service, for coffee shop customers who will order their coffee, making it easier to choose prices according to the budgeted costs from their coffee stock providers that have been provided by UD. MANDIKA TEKNIK MAKMUR and published through the website so that they can manage customer relations. The number of coffee shops who complain about the stock of goods that do not match and so that sales cannot run optimally, Many coffee stock items are not recorded properly so they experience a lot of losses due to unorganized recording, and people complain that they cannot meet the needs of their coffee shop because when they are going to suddenly buying goods are not available, because the management system from suppliers is less efficient and still conventional.

Abstract

This research is motivated by competition in shipping services in the Meulaboh area where each company provides attractive services. This study aims to find out and explain how the marketing communication strategy is carried out at the Meulaboh 23600 office to improve package and document delivery services in the midst of intense competition. The research method used in this study used qualitative methods using observation data and in-depth interviews. In this study, three employees at the Meulaboh Post Office 23600 were selected using purposive sampling. The results found that the marketing communication strategy carried out at the Meulaboh Post Office 23600 was marketing mix communication, namely Advertising (Advertising), Sales Promotion (Sales Promotion), Personal Sales. (Personal Selling), Public Relations and Publicity (Public Relations and Publicity), Direct Marketing (Direct Marketing), Marketing Through the Internet (Internet Marketing). Advertising (Advertising) is carried out using social media, as well as brochures. Sales promotions are used by inviting shops to join the shop oranger and also through sweepstakes. Personal Selling (Personal Selling) is done with prospects or direct visits. Public Relations and Publicity (Public Relations and Publicity) are used at the post office by holding raffle events and distributing free takjil during the fasting month. Direct marketing is done by visiting and using social media. Marketing through the Internet (Internet Marketing) is done using social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp and websites.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze satisfaction, customer loyalty and sales in 2021 at PT. KK Label Indonesia. This research was made through the implementation of research at PT. KK Label Indonesia, which was held for 4 months. Customer satisfaction and loyalty in 2021 at PT. KK Label is good enough. However, sales at PT. KK Label Indonesia during 2021 is still volatile. This happened because of several factors that influenced it, especially the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, and other factors related to the company's operations and marketing. In this study, the source of the data obtained came from secondary data of PT. KK Label Indonesia, obtained through customer satisfaction data which is collected annually by PT. KK Label Indonesia from its customers, company documentation such as archived documents belonging to the company, and interviews with resource persons, namely several employees of PT. KK Label Indonesia in the marketing scope. Meanwhile, in this study it was found that in order to increase customer satisfaction, the company must make improvements to its products and services which many customers complained about. Then, to increase customer loyalty, companies must be responsive to the quality of products and services. As well as to increase sales, companies must increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as perform calculations and analysis of marketing strategies, so that the company's sales targets can be achieved. The results of this study can be used as input for PT. KK Label Indonesia in improving and enhancing marketing strategies.

Abstract

There are adulterated liquors that can often be found in the community, but do not have a distribution permit and these mixed liquors contain harmful substances such as methanol, acetone and ethanol which can cause harm to consumers from minor to death. However, the government's policy of opening up investment flows for the alcohol-based liquor industry prioritizes the interests of entrepreneurs rather than the interests of the people. Furthermore, it is necessary to standardize the quality of alcoholic beverages circulating in the general public, so that it can be ensured that alcoholic beverages in circulation are those that meet the standards for consumption. This study aims to protect consumers from consuming alcoholic or counterfeit alcoholic beverages and to find out the regulation of the Papua Province regional regulations for consumers and business actors to be responsible for consumer losses related to their production goods that are not in accordance with their composition. The results of this study indicate that business actors must be responsible for their actions that are detrimental to consumers, which can damage the health of consumers who consume these fake products in the long term, it can damage their organs. Then, regarding the legal sanctions contained in the regional regulations of the Papua Province, Anyone who violates the provisions of Article 5, Article 6, Article 7, is threatened with imprisonment of 5 (five) years or a fine of Rp. 1 billion. with a maximum imprisonment of 6 (six) months and/or a maximum fine of Rp. 50 million.

Abstract

This research is motivated by individuals who do not always get satisfaction during their careers. The aims of this study were to find out how career dissatisfaction affects craft work and to test social support and self-efficacy moderated this relationship. This type of research is quantitative, the questionnaire is used as a data collection tool. Data were collected from a sample of 30 Romokalisari Toll Gate employees and processed using SPSS 25 software. Hypothesis testing showed that career dissatisfaction did not have a positive effect on job crafting, so social support and self-efficacy could increase the R Square value of the effect of career dissatisfaction on job crafting. Companies must maintain the level of career satisfaction of their employees and as much as possible to create a good and supportive work environment so that they feel motivated to create job crafting.

Abstract

Essays are inspirational works that are communicated by their authors, as in the book Tak Ada Ikan Asin di Lautan, which tells the story of the wisdom of life taken from the basis of the Koran. The purpose of this study is to explain the purpose of da'wah communication in the essay book Tak Ada Ikan Asin di Lautan by Edi Ah Iyubenu. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method, obtained with a content analysis approach, through data collection techniques such as library research. The findings in this study are three identical techniques with da'wah, namely: 1) informative communication, informing the reader of the concept of piety in the author's idea of ​​​​Edi Ah Iyubenu 2) persuasive communication, changing the reader's belief with a motivational approach 3) instructive communication, ordering the reader if something is bad found to be better left. So it can be concluded that the achievement of da'wah communication carried out by Edi Ah Iyubenu, gained knowledge that could be realized by the reader.

Abstract

Gramedia Digital application is an online bookstore application issued by a bigest one bookstore in Indonesia, Gramedia Digital application itself is a good innovation in the digital era now even though it has been used by users but there are still some obstacles or lack of information contained on the application, therefore it requires maturity and capability assessment of the application. The COBIT 5 framework is an IT audit standard that has been issued by ISACA, COBIT 5 itself has a total of 11 domains but this time the research only focuses on 5 domains namely EDM05, APO05, BAI04, DSS01, MEA01. By spreading questionnaires and conducting interviews with questions that are guided by these domains and have 117 respondents, then after getting results then calculated using the maturity level formula then calculated on average using the capability level formula. The results of the maturity and capability level calculations from Gramedia Digital applications resulted in an average of EDM05 with a result of 2.7, APO05 with a result of 2.8, BAI04 with a result of 2.7, DSS01 with a result of 2.7, MEA01 with a result of 2.8. And the average capability generated by these domains is rounded to 3. The conclusion in this study Gramedia Digital application has not met the targeted target of 4

Abstract

The need for information for the public cannot be avoided and is limited because of the limitations now that Indonesia is entering the data era as part of the principle of a democratic state that requires the general public to be a state, which is supported by Law No. information documentation (PPID) to appreciate fast, precise, and easy services, by creating and developing a system of information service providers. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. This research was conducted at the Office of Communication, Information and Passwords, Simeulue Regency. The theory used is Organizational Communication. Based on the research findings, the Information Communications Office of Simeulue Regency, as the information coordinator, reports to the Head of the Service who is also the Main PPID. PPID assistants are Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). Barriers to public information service organizations, such as the lack of information about cultural activities and performance, which have not been fully implemented by most public entities.
