The novel Bumi Manusia is a controversial novel that contains Indigenous life in the Dutch colonial period. Pram depicts the cultural differences between Indigenous and Dutch with a very contrast in all aspects in more detail and depth. The purpose of this research is to expose the cultural differences which are framed in the novel Bumi Manusia. This research is also intended to expose the differences between Javanese and Dutch cultures which not only distinguish culture based on appearance and language. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with secondary data which are obtained from the library research, in the form of literature which are related to this research. The results of this study are: 1) Culture can affect one's personality and mindset. 2) The author describes broader cultural differences and is able to criticize the social gap or strata which are formed from the different cultures at the same time. This study discusses the Strategy of FPI Dakwah Movement in Aceh. The problems studied in this research are formulated in a problem formulation: How is the understanding of the mission movement of FPI in Aceh ? How is the strategy of the mission movement of the FPI in Aceh ?, What are the opportunities and challenges of the mission movement of the FPI in Aceh? This research is field research with data collection technique through interview technique and documentation study. The research method used is descriptive research method qualitative analysis, which is trying to describe the systematic facts or characteristics of a particular population or specific field in actual and accurate. The results showed, among others: Understanding propaganda movement according to FPI in Aceh, namely amar makruf nahi munkar. FPI is an Islamic organization that Ahlussunnah Waljama'ah (Aswaja) faith who using Imam Syafi'i mazhab and aqidah Asy'ariyah Maturidiyah, and based on bilhikmah, mau'idatul hasanah and mujadalah. Strategy of mission of FPI in Aceh, in addition to seeking new followers, Rely on recruitment of members who come from pengajian participants, jama'ah mosque, or students in boarding schools run by FPI leaders. The mission of FPI by way of hisbah, the demonstration and sweeping of the eradication of immoral place, the dakwah of billisan, bilqalam and bilhal The opportunity of FPI preaching in Aceh has been well known by the community, especially the dayah ulama who give full support to FPI, even some heads of regions Preaching of FPI in Aceh. While the main challenge of FPI preaching in Aceh is the role of mainstream media that tends to exploit the negative side of the reporting of FPI Aceh's activities, the weakness of government and police efforts to enforce the law against the violation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh, as well as the violent FPI dakwah. Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) meruapakan suatu kegaiatan Usaha Ekonomi Produktif (UEP) yang dibentuk pada Desa Babussalam Kecamatan Teluk Dalam Kabupaten Simeulue. Kegiatan usaha ini meliputi 18 (Delapan belas) orang yang tergabung dalam satu kelompok. Kelompok ini melakukan kegiatan usaha yang berupa kue basah dan kue kering yang kemudian dipasrakan pada social media, warung kopi, kios kelontong dan swalayan atau supermarket. Terdapat banyak nya tempat pendistribusian membuat usaha ini menjadi semakin maju, sehingga membuat sistem ekonomi keluarga menjadi semakin baik. Dalam melakukan kegiatan para anggota kelompok biasanya membuat sistem komunikasi atau pertemuan setiap minggunya untuk membahas segala urusan atau kendala yang terdapat pada usaha mereka guna meningkatkan kualitas dan bentuk peningkatan penghasilan sehingga setiap pemasukan yang dapat di perkirakan dapat di perhitungkan dengan baik oleh setiap anggota kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti berupa studi pustaka yang bersumber pada jurnal dan pelaku usaha atau informan untuk mendapatkan sumber data yang lebih akurat. Adapun masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Strategi komunikasi dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui usaha ekonomi produktif (UEP) dalam bentuk KUBE di Desa Babussalam Kecamatan Telauk Dalam Kabupaten Simeulue. Penelitian ini mempunya tujuan untuk melihat system komunikasi serta perkembangan dalam bentuk usaha berkelompok, melihat perubahan ekonomi setelah melakukan system kelompok usaha produktif. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya pendaping yang kompetetif untuk mendorong suskesnya usaha yang bersifat kelompok, dukungan sumber daya alam memantapkan diri setiap anggota untuk bersemangan dalam melaksanakan tugas nya masing-masing, hal itu inilah yang membuat sistem usaha kelompok produktif (UEP) bertahan hingga sekarang.

Strategi komunikasi adalah perencanaan komunikasi (communication planning) dan manajemen komunikasi (communication management) untuk mencapai satu tujuan. Kesejahteraan Sosial adalah kondisi terpenuhinya kebutuhan material, spiritual, dan warga negara untuk dapat hidup layak dan mampu menjalankan fungsi sosialnya. Angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Simeulue sangat besar yaitu mencapai 18,98%, salah satu upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Simeulue adalah dengan menyalurkan bantuan sosial dengan menggunakan strategi komunikasi agar bantuan tepat sasaran sehingga dapat mengurangi kemiskinan. di Kabupaten Simeulue. Karya ilmiah ini merupakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode, survey, pengumpulan data dilakukan selama mahasiswa magang di dinas sosial kabupaten Simeulue selama satu semester (6 bulan) dari tanggal 27 Februari sampai dengan 27 Mei 2022. Fokus penelitian adalah 1) bagaimana strategi komunikasi yang digunakan Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Simeulue dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin? 2) bagaimana pelaksanaan program peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin yang dilakukan oleh dinas sosial kabupaten Simeulue?. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Simeulue menggunakan program yang mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat miskin secara merata dan tepat sasaran kepada masyarakat yang diberikan program pendampingan dan pelatih usaha mandiri secara individu maupun kelompok yaitu Kabupaten Simeulu Dinas Sosial menjalankan Program Keluarga Harapan dengan membentuk fasilitator PKH, menentukan penerima PKH, memberikan informasi kepada peserta tentang pendamping PKH, pelaksanaan program pendampingan PKH terdiri dari dua komponen yaitu komponen pendidikan dan ibu hamil/balita. Dinas Sosial juga memberikan bantuan melalui koordinator wilayah di bidang kesejahteraan keluarga, pendidikan anak dan lanjut usia.

The Study of Modern Political Communication Dynamics Analysis uses a progressive qualitative research methodology using a political democracy theory approach, as an analytical tool in order to create communication conditions as desired for efforts to harmonize modern political democracy, as well as in an effort to build an integrated political system in the development of science and technology better communication. The findings of this study are the modernization of political communication by using the development of science and advanced communication and information technology, in line with the development of political ethics, norms, rules, and being able to build a better democracy. Then also findings related to efforts to create political integration that prioritizes moral ethics in a normative and responsible manner, as a political challenge in the midst of increasingly competitive social life. This is done in an effort to convey political messages and information, public policies, and political decisions to create a good and clean government. Then political communication is the creativity of interaction between humans, political actors, and society, as an appreciation of human rights, equal rights as leaders with character and authority. This is increasingly important, it is also a matter of continuing to build people's trust, as sovereignty and power which is a political mandate to lead in the demands of the development of a digital and virtual political system and political democracy, as a phenomenon of modern political democracy today and in the future as an effort to integrate community life.

This article aims to describe the implementation of online learning during the COVID-19 amid the lack of technological infrastructure available for educational institutions and the public in Kluet Tengah and Kluet Timur. This study uses an approach with a descriptive model. Data were obtained from interviews and relevant literature studies. The informants were selected using a purposive technique with specific considerations or criteria. The Covid-19 pandemic did not stop education and learning activities in Kluet Tengah and Kluet Timur. Students are still learning, and teachers are still teaching. However, the process of education and learning that takes place is very ineffective. There are many obstacles experienced by educational institutions, teachers, and students in carrying out learning activities, especially maximizing the learning process. The lack of facilities and technological infrastructure supporting the learning process makes learning effectiveness low.

This article aims to describe the mental retardation phenomenon among several suffered in Aceh Barat District, Aceh Province, focusing on the causes and how their lives undergo. This study was qualitative research with data collection techniques such as observation and interviews. Informants in this study were selected using the snowball technique, and data were analyzed in a qualitative descriptive approach. This study shows that a social process in families also causes mental retardation. Parenting patterns that do not prioritize good psychological communication and domestic violence are one of the causes of mental retardation among children. Therefore, social processes within families and communities need to get attention, especially from parents and stakeholders, so that mental retardation in children can be prevented, and the social process in the form of parenting with communication psychology as an approach is something important to overcome mental retardation that was occurred. Abstrak Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang penderita retardasi mental yang ada di Kabupaten Aceh Barat Provinsi Aceh. Adapun yang menjadi fokus utama dalam artikel ini adalah bagaimana kehidupan penyandang retardasi mental dan apa penyebabnya mereka menderita hal tersebut. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan teknik snawball dan analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa retardasi mental juga disebabkan oleh suatu proses sosial yang terjadi di dalam keluarga masyarakat. Pola asuh yang tidak mengedepankan komunikasi psikologis yang baik dan tindakan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga telah menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya retardasi mental pada anak. Oleh karena itu, proses sosial yang terjadi dalam keluarga dan masyarakat perlu mendapatkan perhatian oleh orang tua dan pihak-pihak terkait agar retardasi mental pada anak dapat dihindari, dan yang juga tidak kalah penting adalah proses sosial yang berupa pola asuh dengan pendekatan psikologi komunikasi perlu dijadikan sebagai salah satu pendekatan untuk mengatasi retardasi mental yang telah terjadi.

Managing broadcasting management is not easy. Managing the broadcasting business is a difficult and challenging. This research aims to analyze the activity of management and organizational performance ACEH TV television media in an effort to disseminate the Islamic Sharia and Preservation of Local Culture in Aceh. This research is descriptive qualitative. Informants of this research is managing director, program director, executive producer, cameraman / reporter, as well as additional informants Regional Chairman of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) Aceh, Aceh Province Department of Islamic Law, and local media observers. The location of this research is in Banda Aceh, Aceh province.Sampling was done purposively. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by analysis of an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the ACEH TV as the medium of television that is broadcasting management ACEH have done according to a local television broadcasting standard. Agenda setting function of mass media performed in the ACEH TV dissemination of Islamic Shariah in Aceh and local culture to influence the people of Aceh to implement Islamic Sharia and also maintain the culture and local wisdom Aceh. It can be seen from all the programs that are aired ACEH TV is a program of local cultural nuances of Islamic law.There are still some shortcomings in running broadcasting broadcasting technology such as lack of equipment that is increasingly sophisticated. The results of image editing is very simple, and some programs presenter still looks stiff when in front of the camera. Strategi komunikasi dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi keamanan siber yang dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Persandiian Kabupaten Simeulue. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi yang di gunakan oleh Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Persandian Kabupaten Simeulue dalam kegiatan sosiolisasi persandian dan keamanan siber. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif,fokus dari penelitan ini yaitu komunikator, pesan, saluran atau media, penerima, pengaruh (efek) dan hambatan. Key informan antara lain yaitu Kepala Dinas, informannya yaitu kepala bidang persandian dan pegawai staff persandian Kabupaten Simeulue.Teknik pengumpulan data yang di lakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi Diskominsa dalam sosialisasi keamanan siber sebagai sumber di Bidang Persandian memiliki tugas dalam melakukan kegiatan keamanan siber dengan melakukan sosialisasi secara langsung. Diskominsa menyampaikan pesan dengan menggunakan media website,serta memberikan himbauan dan penjelasan langsung kepada perwakilan seluruh instansi agar mengetahui betapa pentingnya menjaga keamanan siber agar tidak terjadinya pembocoran data penting,dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menimbulkan effect (dampak) jika tidak ada pemahaman sama sekali tentang keamanan siber maka dengan mudah terjadinya pembobolan data-data penting disetiap kantor (instansi) tersebut eamanan siber

The importance of guidance on writing scientific articles for students which is carried out based on field research and analysis, in order to improve their competence as campus people. The purpose of this service is to understand and have the ability to write scientific papers for students of UIN Ar-Raniry and University of Teuku Umar (UTU). This guidance is carried out on the basis of students' lack of ability to produce scientific articles that can inspire the public. The advantages that can be obtained from these contributions are considered to arouse talent, interest, and enthusiasm as well as the enthusiasm of academic people to work. After conducting guidance on student productivity as an effort to develop intelligence to produce written works, also at least students are increasingly motivated to work to realize the ethics and personality of insightful undergraduates on campus. In this condition, it was seen that the guidance students (participants) were very enthusiastic about carrying out the assignments given by the resource persons. The assignments and exercises given complete the scientific articles of each participant. Enriching scientific knowledge in the form of articles for journals and books as a standard for a university graduate.
