Abstract

Internships aim to enrich students' knowledge and experience through direct fieldwork. Psychological well-being relates to fulfilling and realizing fundamental human qualities by actualizing one's potential. Therefore, students with high psychological well-being are expected to have better achievement motivation. This study aims to determine if there is a relationship between psychological well-being and achievement motivation among Bakrie Center Foundation interns in Banten Province. The scales used are the Psychological Well-Being Scale (PSWB) and the Achievement Motivation Scale adapted from Julianti (2022), based on McClelland's aspects. This quantitative research uses a correlational design, with a sample of 47 interns. Pearson correlation analysis yielded a Pearson correlation (r) value of 0.234 with a significance level (p) of 0.109 (p< 0.05), indicating no relationship between psychological well-being and achievement motivation among Bakrie Center Foundation interns in Banten. Overall categorization data showed that the interns had high psychological well-being but low achievement motivation.

Abstract

Research on the legal strength of land tenure statements (SPPT) as a basis for land rights in East Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan, aims to find out the position of the SPPT as proof of land rights in the land law system and the legal strength of a land tenure statement as proof of ownership rights. Above ground. This research was carried out because many landowners in East Kutai still rely on the legality of their land using SPPT as proof of land ownership. They assume that having the SPPT is strong enough as proof of ownership of land rights. This can be seen in the number of land cases that enter the judicial process where the SPPT is still recognized. Meanwhile, based on the negative land law system with a positive tendency adopted by Indonesia, the strongest evidence for land ownership rights is only a certificate issued by the National Land Agency, and even then it still has the potential to be sued as long as the truth can be proven. In this research, normative and descriptive juridical research methods are used to answer legal issues by describing, analyzing, assessing, and explaining appropriately and analyzing applicable laws and regulations as well as various opinions of legal experts, with the aim of answering the problems raised.

Abstract

In the realm of transitioning economies and the advent of Industry 4.0, digital transformation has emerged as a paramount subject. Nonetheless, there remains a scarcity of studies offering a comprehensive elucidation of the interplay between Digital Transformation (DT) and Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) in the context of Organizational Change (OC). Digital transformation entails the integration of digital technology across all facets of business operations, fundamentally altering how enterprises function and deliver value to clientele. This paper explores these dynamics by addressing three fundamental inquiries: Firstly, how do digital transformation and entrepreneurial orientation correlate with the Organizational Change (OC) process? Secondly, why are digital transformation and entrepreneurial orientation deemed pivotal? Lastly, how do digital transformation and entrepreneurial orientation impact Organizational Change, and do they influence innovation behaviour and competitive advantage? This paper aims to enrich the discourse and foster an understanding of the critical roles played by digital transformation and entrepreneurial orientation in attaining competitive advantage through the Organizational Change (OC) process and fostering innovation behaviour at PT Pegadaian. To bridge the existing gap in the literature, this study posits digital transformation and entrepreneurial orientation as antecedents of the Organizational Change (OC) process, thereby fostering innovation behaviour and competitive advantage. The research adopts a case study approach rooted in qualitative analysis.

In the business sector, quality audits are crucial for ensuring accountability and transparency in an organization's financial statements. In the Indonesian setting, businesses that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) must prepare financial statements that undergo auditing by a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) to guarantee that fraud and serious errors are not included in the reports.
