Abstract

Letters are a formal communication media used in agencies, companies and organizations to internal and external parties. In Margomulyo District, the administration of correspondence still uses the manual method. Especially at the time of incoming and outgoing letters and dispositions. The disposition process requires a relatively long time, which is because the camat is often out on duty, besides that there are some missing letters due to the limited knowledge of employees in archiving letters. With this system, it is hoped that it can accelerate the disposition process and store archives digitally. Our goal in making this system is to be able to overcome some of the problems that arise, including the long disposition process and some missing letters. The method used in the development of this system we use the Rapid Application Development method, which allows faster system development. A web-based administration system for incoming and outgoing mail at the Margomulyo District Office, is made using several programming languages, namely: HTML, PHP, CSS, and Javascript, while the database uses MySQL. In system testing using black box testing which only tests software functionality, the test shows valid results and no errors or bugs occur

Abstract

The use of academic information systems in higher education today has become a necessity that cannot be ignored. Academic information systems in tertiary institutions can be said to be the heart that has an important role in improving performance and also serving its users. XYZ University has developed a Simponi Mobile application which is used by students to find out information related to lectures. To find out the level of user satisfaction of the Simponi Mobile application, the authors want to examine whether the Simponi Mobile application has provided satisfaction to its users, namely students using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Based on the results of the Likert scale assessment, it can be concluded that the five EUCS dimensions used in this study produced an average index value of 88.47% for the Content dimension, 85.22% for the Accuracy dimension, 86.16% for the Dimension Format, 86.74% for the Timeliness dimension, and 87.84% for the Ease of Use dimension. From these results, it can be seen that the results of measuring the Simponi Mobile application carried out by respondents based on the five dimensions of End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) fall into the very satisfied category.

Abstract

SDIT Insan Qur'ani is an elementary school with an increasing number of students every year. The administrative process that runs and the learning process that is carried out at SDIT Insan Qur'ani still uses paper media for administrative processes which will then be re-entered into the Microsoft Excel number processor. To support the administrative process and teaching and learning process with an ever-increasing number of students, an academic information system is needed that can support better work. This study aims to create an Academic Information System using Rapid Application Development (RAD) on Web-Based SDIT Insan Qur'ani. Research using the RAD method is divided into five stages, business modeling, data modeling, process modeling, application development, and testing. The system design process is carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, as well as using the MySQL database and the Hypertext Processor (PHP) programming language. This study uses the CodeIgniter framework and applies black-box testing to the academic information system that is created. The results of this study are 11 features that can be used to support administrative processes and teaching and learning processes.

Abstract

Paskibra or better known as the Flag Raising Troop is a troop tasked with raising the heritage flag at the ceremony commemorating the proclamation of Indonesian independence on 17 August. Paskibra members are selected through a selection process that is held every year. Therefore we need a decision support system that can provide convenience in assisting the school in selecting candidates for paskibra at SMK N1 Kualuh Hilir. This research suggests a decision support system that can assist in the selection of prospective paskibra using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method. The WASPAS method is a component of the supporting system, the WASPAS method for making decisions from each alternative, then each of these alternatives has several criteria that are used as a reference in calculations with the Waspas method. The WASPAS method used for ranking values, using this ranking method is expected in the selection of Paskibra candidates to be more precise because it is based on the value of distinction and weight that has been determined so that maximum results will be obtained

Abstract

The mosque is a place of worship for Muslims, the mosque acts as a center in religious activities of the community and various Muslim communities including formation, education, learning, community empowerment, holiday celebration activities, and others. Nurul Huda Mosque is a large mosque located in Stowe Brang Village, Utan District, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Because the system is still a web page, users are still not satisfied with the way it is presented and users often forget and have difficulty in finding web links. This research aims to develop an Android-based Management Information System for Nurul Huda Mosque, Stowe Brang Village, Utan District, by users (worshippers) which aims to produce a more attractive and easily accessible display via android smartphones.  The results of this study are android-based mosque management information systems on the user side (worshippers) using Extreme Programming (XP) software development methods, Unified Modelling Language (UML) modeling, and flutter darts language and using user experience

Abstract

Information System for Submitting Population Administration Services from Villages and Sub-districts to the Department of Population and Civil Registration based on Web Technology" conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Sumbawa. The purpose of this research is to design and develop an Information System for Submitting Administrative Services that can facilitate village officers in the production of population documents. The background of this research is the implementation of service innovation presented by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sumbawa Regency, which still uses email for administrative services, causing confusion among the public due to the lack of service requirements. In this research, the Rapid Application Development method is used. The application is web-based and built using PHP programming language, MySQL database, and a framework. System planning is carried out using structured design by defining context diagrams, DFD, and ERD, and it is tested using blackbox testing. The Information System for Submitting Population Administration Services can facilitate the public, through villages and sub-districts, in managing administrative service requests. It also serves as a data and information storage medium for population records for those who apply for administrative services. This research successfully builds an information system for submitting administrative services, which demonstrates that the system can correctly display notification information regarding requirements and submission data, and it serves as a prototype to provide input to the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sumbawa Regency to develop and assist villages in connecting with the Department to provide information on population administration service requirements to the public, especially village officers, in the process of creating population documents.

Abstract

E-Commerce is an abbreviation of electronic commerce which means services related to the process of buying, selling and marketing products that are carried out digitally through electronic systems. At this time the Sumbawa Diskoperindag does not yet have an online shopping application for Sumbawa UMKM products, but only has a Sumbawa UMKM web portal application which is only an information medium related to typical Sumbawa souvenir products, so buyers cannot make shopping transactions. With this Mobile E-Commerce application, it is hoped that it will help Diskoperindag in promoting UMKM and Sumbawa typical souvenir products to all levels of society. This Mobile E-Commerce application was built using Android Studio, the Flutter framework and the Dart programming language using the extreme programming application development method. The Mobile E-Commerce application is built based on Android with a minimum Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) operating system. Application planning using object-based methods, namely User Modeling Language (UML) and application testing using the Black-box testing method. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it was found that the applications built went according to planning and development. The Mobile E-Commerce application can be uploaded and used on the Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) operating system. The result of this research is the creation of a prototype Android-based Sumbawa UMKM E-Commerce Mobile Application.

Abstract

Pada SD Negeri Bintoyo masih menerapkan teknik pembelajaran ceramah, sesi tanya jawab, diskusi, serta tugas sehingga siswa kurang memahami materi yang disediakan khususnya materi sistem pencernaan manusia, maka dibuatlah aplikasi ini supaya siswa tidak jenuh pada proses belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi pembelajaran sistem pencernaan manusia berbasis multimedia interaktif untuk kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bintoyo. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan metode HIPO (Hierarchical Input Process Output) dan dikembangkan menggunakan Adobe Flash dan Animate tools. Hasil perancangan aplikasi ini digunakan untuk membantu guru dan siswa dalam belajar mengenai sistem pencernaan manusia secara visual dan menyenangkan. Sebelumnya kegiatan belajar mengajar dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan menggunakan buku paket yang membuat siswa bosan dan sulit menerima materi karena tidak memiliki bayangan secara nyata mengenai sistem pencernaan manusia. Sehingga metode ini dapat membantu siswa dalam belajar sistem pencernaan manusia yang lebih menyenangkan, dan secara visual lebih menarik.

Abstract

Acceptance of analysts at the Palm Oil Research Center is an important process that requires the right decision. In this context, Decision Support Systems (DSS) can be used to assist decision making using the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method. The COPRAS method is an effective method for making multi-criteria decisions. In this research, we apply the COPRAS method in SPK for analyst recruitment at the Palm Oil Research Center. The steps taken include identifying criteria, determining criteria weights, evaluating alternatives, normalization and aggregation, as well as ranking and selecting candidate analysts. The criteria considered in this research include educational qualifications, work experience, skills and competencies, communication skills, as well as motivation and personality. Each criterion is given a weight to reflect its relative importance. Prospective analysts are evaluated based on predetermined criteria, giving a score or grade that reflects their level of suitability to those criteria. Criterion scores are normalized and aggregated to obtain a total score for each candidate analyst. Based on the total score, analyst candidates are ranked, and the Palm Oil Research Center can select the analyst candidate with the highest ranking for acceptance. The application of the COPRAS method in the SPK for accepting analysts at the Palm Oil Research Center is expected to increase the efficiency and accuracy of decision making. This method allows combining subjective preferences and objective information, resulting in more structured and accountable decisions.

Abstract

The campus environment, with its high daily activity, has the potential to cause air pollution if not managed properly. Therefore, it is crucial to monitor and maintain air quality at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis to ensure a safe and healthy environment for the entire academic community. This research aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based air quality monitoring system that provides real-time information about air quality to users. The system utilizes MQ-2 and MQ-135 sensors to detect levels of carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2), with programming following specific protocols. The primary focus of this research is to develop a monitoring device that measures CO and CO2 levels and promotes efforts to improve air quality. Testing of the system was conducted at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis, and the results indicated that the average CO levels fall within the normal or good category, and CO2 levels are also considered good. This research is expected to contribute to efforts to maintain air quality on campus, supporting the health and safety of the entire academic community.
