Abstract

This article explains about the imbalance in the religious understanding of Muslims today. This is due to the too narrow mind set of Muslims in interpreting the sources of Islamic teachings. Often Muslims are trapped textually in interpreting the al-Qur’an. So that religious doctrine becomes stagnant. Most humans do not understand that they are given the potential for reason by God. The concept of Islamic Liberalism by Leonard Binder and Charles Kurzman present a perspective on interpreting Islam, where Islam should be interpreted contextually according to the era. The following article will explain briefly about liberal Islamic by focusing on the views or thoughts of Islamic Liberalism according to Leonard Binder and Charles Kurzman. Abstract

Abstract: Tazkiyat al nafs is a form and method in order to cleanse the soul into a clean soul, with a clean soul it will give birth and reveal in his life a good morals because the process of tazkiyat al nafs is a step in shaping the character which is done by starting from oneself. First, the forms of tazkiyat al nafs which are done by students at MBI Amantul Ummah, there are two categories, the first is tazkiyat al nafs which is required or becomes an MBI policy which includes, prayer, fasting, zakat and infaq, reading the Koran and remembrance while that is not required but also carried out by each MBI student is tafakur, remembering death, tawadhu 'amar ma'ruf nahi munkar. Secondly, in the implementation of the tazkiyat al nafs the MBI students Amanatul Ummah have carried out in accordance with the correct procedures namely to be serious and carry out in accordance with the procedures of each form and process of implementation, so that in carrying out all of them are able to provide results that are maximal in the process of tazkiyat al nafs, Third, the role of tazkiyat al nafs in the formation of morals is as motivation in life, role as a way of life, role as doctrine and role as a reference in life so that human beings are truly spiritually and have good noble character, both towards God himself and humans around. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine a review of Islamic law regarding the practice of wali mah al-'ursh according to community customs in Sidokumpul Village and the background of the traditional practice of wali mah al-'ursh in Sidokumpul Village Sambeng District, Lamongan Regency. This research was examined as a case study in Sidokumpul Village, Sambeng District, Lamongan Regency, the data collection of this study used the Qualitative Interviews technique to the leaders and community of Sidokumpul village, Qualitative Observation in the village environment and walimah events, Qualitative Documents and analyzed with phenomenological analysis. The results of this study indicate that the things that underlie the practice of walimah in Sidokumpul Village are due to lack of economic factors, so that if it is carried out other than the harvest season there will be social inequalities which will result in disruption of harmony between residents. Because the local community prioritizes Social Principles in everyday life. as well as in the view of the customary Islamic law of Walimatul 'ursy in Sidokumpul Village does not contradict Islamic law because there is absolutely nothing contradicting Nash either the Al-Qur'an or Al-hadith.Keywords: Walimatul 'ursy, Islamic law, local community

Abstract

Abstract: Perceraian yang sah adalah perceraian yang proses beracaranya dilakukan di Pengadilan, khususnya PA dan mengikuti prosedur yang berlaku, salah satunya adalah kewajiban untuk mengikuti mediasi. Mediasi merupakan cara dalam proses penyelesaian konflik dengan menghadirkan pihak ketiga yang bertugas sebagai penengah dalam mendamaikan para pihak. Mediasi juga merupakan suatu amanah yang diberikan oleh MA untuk dilaksanakan sehingga proses beracara di PA bisa sesuai dengan asasnya yakni, cepat, sederhana dan biaya murah. Diwajibkannya mediasi ini untuk mengurangi tingginya angka perceraian yang semakin bertambah setiap tahunnya. Kewajiban mediasi ini sesuai dengan manifestasi Maqa>shid Syari>ah, yakni Hifdz an-Nasl dan Hifdz ad-Din. Diaturnya kewajiban ini karena memiliki kemaslahatan yang besar, bukan hanya berdampak pada para pihak yang bersangkutan, namun masa depan anak-anak merekalah yang sangat tertolong jika kesepakatan damai dicapai.Key word: Mediasi, Perceraian, Maqa>shid Syari>ah

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to discuss the learning process of writing words in Arabic with the existence of imla' learning techniques and knowing the improvement in learning outcomes menulis Arabic words for students of class IIB MINU Kedungrejo. By using quantitative descriptive research types, especially quantitative experiments. While the research design is in the form of One-Group Pretest-p osttestdesigns. The data collec-tion techniquesused are tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. The results obtained by comparing between the magnitude of t obtained in the calculations listed on the value of t count m can be seen that t count is smaller than - t table, where t count = -5.71 while t table = 2.093. Based on such calculations, t count is smaller than - t table, where t count = -5.71 < - 2.093 = - t table. Thus reject Ho. Reject Ho means Imla' learning is effective in improving the skills of writing Arabic letters. Keywords: Imla' Learning, Ability to Write Arabic Letters.
