Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyze the influence of social media marketing on repurchase behavior of Elskin Beauty Care products. With the increasing use of social media in product marketing, this research seeks to understand the extent to which social media interactions and content influence consumer decisions in repurchasing Elskin Beauty Care products. Thus, this research is expected to provide better insight into how social media marketing works. can influence consumer repurchase behavior towards Elskin Beauty Care products, as well as contribute to the development of more effective marketing strategies in this digital era.

Abstract

The role of transformational leaders in creating innovation is very important for organizations. Transformational leaders are able to provide clear direction and goals for their team, as well as provide the support and guidance needed so that the team can continue to learn and develop. In this way, transformational leaders are able to encourage their teams to continue looking for solutions and new ideas that can improve organizational performance. The characteristics of transformational leaders who are able to create innovation include the ability to provide clear direction and clear goals for their team, as well as being able to provide the necessary support so that the team can continue to learn and develop. Transformational leaders are also able to create a healthy and positive work climate, as well as facilitating effective communication within the team.The transformational leader's strategy in encouraging the team to create innovation includes providing the necessary support so that the team can explore new ideas and develop innovations that can improve organizational performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at Puskesmas Randulawang , to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Puskesmas Randulawang and to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture. on employee performance at Puskesmas Randulawang The population of this study were all 60 permanent employees of Puskesmas Randulawang . The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that partially transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Puskesmas Randulawang  and that transformational leadership and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Puskesmas Randulawang.

Abstract

 Murabahah is a term in Islamic Jurisprudence which means a particular form of buyingand selling when the seller states the cost of purchasing goods, including the price of the goods and other costs incurred to obtain the goods, and the desired level of profit (margin).This research aims to determine the marketing analysis of murabahah products on theinterest of BMT NU Kasiman Bojonegoro customers.This research variable consists of independent variables (independent variables), namelymurabahah products (X1) and promotions (X2) while the dependent dependent variable iscustomer interest (Y). This research method is descriptive quantitative.The results of this research are the marketing of murabahah products and promotion ofmurabahah financing customer interest at BMT NU Kasiman Bojonegoro.
