Abstract

This article discusses the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and how it impacts the world economy and society. Explains how new technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, and the Internet of Things (IoT) have changed manufacturing systems, business operations, and human-machine interactions. Apart from that, it also discusses the social impacts arising from the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and how technological advances have influenced workplace relationships, social relationships and society in general. In addition, this paper discusses the future of education and labor in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The aim is to provide readers with a broad understanding of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and understand its deep implications, as well as consider the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

Abstract

Finding out what makes Gudeg Yu Djum Wijilan Yogyakarta customers happy is the main goal of this study. Customer satisfaction (Y) is the dependent variable, whereas taste and service quality are the independent factors. One hundred Gudeg Yu Djum Wijilan Yogyakarta consumers who have bought and eaten this product make up the sample for this study. It is SPSS 25 that is utilized for the analysis. Research and analysis employing regression analysis led to the conclusion that High-Quality Taste and Service Significantly Impact Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract. Digital transformation has brought about changes in shopping patterns with the advent of online shopping and food ordering. Reviews and ratings have a big impact on consumer preferences, so it is important to pay attention to reviews and ratings in online marketing strategies. This study aims to measure the impact of online consumer reviews and ratings on consumer loyalty to Bangor Burger on ShopeeFood. Through a quantitative approach, the sample was taken using the Non - probability sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. The population studied was consumers who had bought Bangor Burger at ShopeeFood. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis with IBM SPSS software. The results showed that reviews and ratings have a significant influence on Burger Bangor consumer loyalty at ShopeeFood. Keywords: Online Shopping, ShoppeeFood, Burger Bangor, Consumers, Review, Rating, Consumer Loyalty. Abstrak. Transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan dalam pola belanja dengan hadirnya belanja online maupun pemesanan makanan. Review dan rating memiliki dampak yang besar pada preferensi konsumen, sehingga penting untuk memperhatikan review dan rating dalam strategi pemasaran online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dampak review dan rating konsumen secara online terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Burger Bangor di ShopeeFood. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel diambil menggunakan metode Non – probability sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden. Populasi yang diteliti adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli Burger Bangor di ShopeeFood. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan path analysis dengan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa review dan rating memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Burger Bangor di ShopeeFood. Kata kunci: Belanja Online, ShoppeeFood, Burger Bangor, Konsumen, Review, Rating, Loyalitas Konsumen.

Abstract

. In this discussion, various elements of leadership are discussed, such as education, project management, knowledge management, and physical activity. This study examines how leadership influences student achievement. This emphasizes how important transformative leadership and instructional leadership are to improving student achievement. The results show that project success depends on leadership abilities, confirming the importance of the role of leadership in the project management process. Also discussed is the role of leadership in the effective use of knowledge management. Good leadership is critical to improving organizational performance and helping people share knowledge and manage knowledge. One important factor in the successful implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is transformative leadership. Transformative leadership builds an organizational culture that supports and enables people to share knowledge throughout the ERP implementation process. It also studied how people with disabilities view physical activity and how sports professionals can work with them

Abstract

The digital era has created new challenges for leaders in terms of complexity and caused very rapid changes. Adaptive leadership is crucial so that organizations can adapt to digital transformation. This article aims to understand the effective implementation of digital adaptive leadership, specific challenges and opportunities, its contribution to business desires, core competencies, as well as achieving strategic alignment. Digital leaders must be agile and continuously learn to overcome challenges such as the complexity of the business environment and the speed of technology and innovation adoption. They also need to encourage a culture of agility and risk-taking. Core competencies include the ability to build multicultural teams, ethical leadership in data use, and maintaining digital alignment strategies. Continuous training is needed so that leaders have the skills to meet the demands of the digital era.

Abstract

This paper explores the emerging leadership dynamics in the ever-evolving digital era, with a particular focus on the role of the millennial generation. Digital transformation has fundamentally changed the business and organizational landscape, giving rise to challenges and opportunities that tomorrow's leaders must face. The millennial generation, coming of age amidst the technological revolution, occupies a unique position in this context. They have high technology savvy, different values, and unique expectations for leadership. This paper will explore how millennials can face challenges such as adapting to rapid technological change, navigating evolving work cultures, and fulfilling their expectations for meaning in work. On the other hand, this paper will also discuss the opportunities available to the millennial generation in utilizing technology and their values ​​to lead teams and organizations effectively. Through an in-depth understanding of these changes, this paper aims to provide guidance for the millennial generation who want to succeed in leadership roles in the digital era that continues to transform.

Abstract

Abstract. Research shows that leadership plays an important role in improving and reforming schools and education systems in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Mustiningsih, Maisyaroh, and Ulfatin 2019). In the context of the digital industrial revolution, leaders are not only responsible for academic performance and the proper functioning of schools but are also responsible for all activities carried out by schools (Kurniawan et al. 2023). This revolution includes automation and digitalization of all aspects of the industry to create products that meet consumer needs (Lanang Putra et al. 2021). This revolution also presents challenges for tax reform, including integrating various changes caused by digitalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Mayasari and Narsa 2020). In the field of education, leadership abilities in understanding and using digital knowledge are very important to support learning activities in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Sugiarto and Dewantara 2021). The leadership qualities demonstrated by Christ are very important for pastors in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution to be able to lead effectively and overcome challenges (Eppang 2022). The fourth industrial revolution offers opportunities to increase savings and reduce consumption through the development of e-commerce and the digital economy (Suwardana 2018). In addition, this Revolution has also changed job design, job structure, and required skills, thereby increasing the demand for people with different skills (David 2021). Finally, business orientation, digital capabilities, leadership skills, and the environment influence business decisions (Justin and Handoyo 2023).

Abstract

This research focuses on the influence of influencers and customer reviews on Avoskin skincare purchases on social media, especially in digital marketing. The goal is to understand their role in consumer behavior, and explore effective marketing strategies to increase sales and loyalty. It aims to provide insight into the importance of influencers and customer reviews in Avoskin's digital marketing success. The research focused on Avoskin Skincare users, by collecting field data through questionnaires to 107 respondents who met the criteria. A quantitative descriptive approach was used to analyze the influence of beauty influencers on purchasing decisions. An online survey was used to explore respondents' opinions about influencers, interest in products, reviews, and purchase factors. Data analysis was conducted descriptively with a table of survey results.This study tested three hypotheses about the influence of influencers and user reviews on purchasing decisions. The first and second hypotheses are supported by previous research, showing the significant influence of influencers and user reviews. The results of the third hypothesis show that both jointly influence purchasing decisions with strong statistical significance. This confirms the important role of influencers and user reviews in shaping consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the study using IBM SPSS 29 confirmed that influencers and customer reviews have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, encouraging consumers to purchase Avoskin skincare products in accordance with the hypothesis. However, this study has limitations in population and references, and only considers three variables. It is recommended that similar studies expand the population and consider additional variables for a more comprehensive analysis.

This study aims to investigate how Bakpia Pathok 15 purchasing decisions are impacted by promotion approach and product quality. The quantitative approach is utilized. Questionnaires were used to gather data. We utilize the spss tool, version 25, to test our hypotheses and models. This study's findings indicate: Purchase Decisions are Influenced by Promotion. Buying Choices are Influenced by Product Quality. Marketing and Product Satisfaction Affect Consumer Spending.

Abstract

Every agency generally expects employees to be able to carry out their duties effectively, efficiently, productively and professionally with the competencies they possess. This research aims to determine the influence of competence and professionalism on employee performance at the Bima City Youth and Sports Education Department. This research is associative research with a research sample of 45 respondents. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale questionnaire and the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS for Windows. The research results show that partially and simultaneously competence and professionalism have a significant influence on employee performance at the Bima City Education, Youth and Sports Department.
