Abstract

Perawat merupakan profesi yang memiliki kemampuan dan kewenangan dalam melakukantindakkan dan perawat harus memperhatikan aspek legal etik. Salah satu unsur untuk dapatmempertanggung jawabkan tindakannya adalah dengan mendokumentasikan asuhan keperawatan.Tingginya beban kerja yang dirasakan oleh perawat menyebabkan pendokumentasian asuhankeperawatan jiwa tidak maksimal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti merasa perlu untukmengembangkan suatu perangkat lunak sebagai upaya untuk memudahkan perawat jiwa dalammendokumentasikan asuhan keperawatannya kepada klien. Metode penelitian ini menggunakanmodel pengembangan yang berorientasi pada produk. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari ahlimateri, ahli media, dan pengguna. analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahdeskriptif kualitatif. Abstract

Heart failure was one of the number one causes of death in Indonesia in 2018 at 1.5%. Heart failure can result in the patient's inability to carry out self-care. Self-care can be influenced by self-efficacy where self-efficacy can encourage the process of self-control in carrying out self-care. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with a correlative descriptive research design with a cross sectional approach. The total sample was 74 respondents with heart failure, sampling used purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is the SCHFI questionnaire for self-care and CSE Scale questionnaire for self-efficacy. Univariate data analysis used frequency distribution and bivariate analysis used the Chi Square statistical test. There were 45 heart failure respondents with high self-efficacy (60.8%), 29 people with low self-efficacy (39.2%). 38 people (51.4%) had high self-care and 36 people (48.6%) had low self-care. From the results of the Chi Square analysis, the p-value was 0.000 (<0.05). There is a relationship between self-efficacy and self-care in heart failure patients at Dr. Hospital. Bratanata Jambi. It is hoped that nurses can provide health promotion in the form of motivation to increase self-efficacy in heart failure patients in carrying out self-care.

Abstract

Abstract Internet addiction is a compulsive behavior in which individuals fail to control internet use and dependence on the internet. Individuals withinternet addiction are more prone to experience poor sleep quality. Poor sleep quality will cause physical problems, memory and learning disorders, suboptimal performance, mental health problems and are prone to accidents. The purpose of this study was to determine therelationship between internet addiction and sleep quality. This research method uses a literature study approach by searching for articles on the Google scholar database, Garuda Portal, Pubmed and researchgate. The keywords used are internet addiction, sleep quality and internetaddiction and sleep quality. The results obtained 11 articles in accordance with the research topic, 10 of which stated that there was a relationship between internet addiction and sleep quality. The conclusions and suggestions of this study are internet addiction can cause poor sleep quality, so the role of nurses as educators is needed as an effort to prevent internet addiction and its bad impact on sleep quality

Abstract

Postpartum depression is a mental disorder that occurs in the first few days or weeks after giving birth. Psychiatric disorders in the form of unstable mood disorders, sadness, dysphoria and confusion with himself. Postpartum mental disorders can be mild called Baby Blues. If not treated properly, it can progress to Postpartum Depression. This study aims to determine the relationship of husband's support with the incidence of depression in postpartum mothers. This research method uses a literature study approach in the form of a literature review. Search articles using electronic based, such as Google Scholar, Researchgate and Garuda portal using Indonesian and English keywords. This is done to find articles that match the inclusion and exclusion criteria and then review the articles. There were 10 articles obtained from the screening results. the results of the analysis of the 10 articles analyzed, it was found that there was an influence of the relationship between husband's support and the incidence of depression in postpartum mothers. The justification from the results of this study is that mothers who get support from their husbands will feel comfortable, safe, respected, valued, needed, strong so that they can reduce the impact of depression on postpartum mothers. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between the relationship of husband's support with the incidence of postpartum depression.   Keywords: Postpartum Depression, Husband's Support

Abstract

Background: The quality of sleep in pregnant women is very important for the health of the mother and fetus. The National Sleep Foundation (2007) states that 97.3% of pregnant women in the third trimester always wake up at night. On average, pregnant women wake up 3-11 times at night. The cause of mothers often wake up at night due to frequent urination, cramps in the legs, and the mother's anxiety aboutchildbirth. According to Reichner (2015) sleep pattern disturbances in the first trimester were 13%, in the second trimester 19% and increasedin the final trimester by 66%. The incidence of sleep disorders in pregnant women in Indonesia is quite high, around 64% of pregnant women in Indonesia experience sleep disorders. To overcome this, pregnant women need to do pregnancy exercises regularly and optimally to increase the comfort of pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of pregnancy exercise on the quality of sleep of pregnant women. Methods: This research is a literature study by searching for articles using Google Scholar, search engine Pubmed, Semantic Scholar, andGaruda Portal to find articles according to inclusion and exclusion and then reviewing the articles. There were 11 articles obtained from the screening results. Results: Based on the results of a study of 11 articles, it was found that doing pregnancy exercise with a frequency of frequently or more than once and with a duration according to the ability of pregnant women is more effective in improving the quality of sleep of pregnant women. Conclusion: Pregnancy exercise activities can be one of the efforts that can be done to improve the quality of sleep of pregnant women

Abstract

Hypertension is also referred to as a non-communicable disease, because hypertension is a chronic disease that cannot be transmitted to other people. This study aims to understand and learn about nursing care in families with hypertensive clients at Garuda Bagan Pete Housing. The results of the assessment on the client found the main complaint was lack of knowledge in families with hypertension. Planning and implementation are supported by supporting facilities and means and evaluation is carried out properly. The results of the final evaluation on Mrs. H with hypertension are the family's inability to recognize family health problems. At the beginning of the study Mrs. H said she did not know about hypertension and how to treat hypertension sufferers. After being implemented for 5 meetings, namely the family was given health education about hypertension and how to treat hypertension sufferers, now Mrs. H's family is able to understand hypertension and is able to care for hypertension sufferers. And after implementing the cucumber juice intervention Mrs. H's blood pressure decreased from 160/90 mmHg to 120/90 mmHg.

Abstract

  Background: The prevalence of hypertension sufferers continues to increase every year. Hypertension on elderly occupy order First as disease No infectious. There is Several factors are thought to cause hypertension in the elderly including genetics, obesity, age,type sex, stress, And smoke. By Because That researcher want to see factors Which related to the degree of hypertension in the elderly at Simpang IV Sipin Health Center. This research is quantitative with a Cross Sectional approach . The population in this study is all hypertensive elderly who received treatment at theSimpang IV Sipin Community Health Center with a sample size of 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique. This analysis was carried out univariately And bivariate with use test Kendall's You know And Chi-Square . Results study This It was found that factors related to the degree of hypertension in the elderly included age, gender, and stress. The research results showed a relationship between age and the degree of hypertension with ρ-value =0.002 (p<0.05), connection between type sex with degrees hypertension ρ- value =0.021 (p<0.05), connection between stress with degrees hypertension ρ-value =0.00 (p<0.05), the relationship between smoking and the degree of hypertension ρ-value = 0.542 (p <0.05). It is concluded that there is The relationship between age, gender, stress and the degree of hypertension in the elderly. So it's expected Nurses can provide information about hypertension so that they can increase knowledge client

Abstract

Bed rest is a risk factor for infection, contractures, pressure ulcers, and blood clots. Stating that after 2 weeks of bed rest, there can be a loss of muscle mass of 5%-9%and a decrease in muscle strength of up to 20%-27% To describe the knowledge of nurses about progressive mobilization in the intensive care unit (ICU), surgery, internal medicine, Prof. Dr. H. M. Chatib Quzwain Sarolangun. This study uses a quantitative descriptive study plan, namely a research design in which measurements or observations are carried out simultaneously at one time to find out the Description of Nurses' Knowledge About Progressive Mobilization in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Surgery, Internal Medicine, Prof. . Dr. H.M Chatib Quzwain Sarolangun. The distribution of the age frequency of the 51 respondents with the highest knowledge was 32 respondents (62.7%). So it can be concluded that the respondents in this study had more high knowledge than those with low knowledge It is known that from51respondents the most are high knowledge as many as 32 respondents (62.7%). So it can be concluded that the respondents in this study had more high knowledge than those with low knowledge. The results of this study are expected to be used as input, theory and reference material, especially for nurses about progressive mobilization in critically ill patients in the ICU, Surgery and Internal Medicine.

Abstract

A nurse is someone who works in a hospital and plays an important role in the delivery of health services. The performance of nurses issomething that can be felt by patients, if poor performance it can have animpact on decreasing the quality of service. Job stress has a negative impact on performance, because stress becomes an adaptive response that is channeled by individual differences or psychological processes, which are a consequence of any actions from outside the situation, or events that impose excessive psychological or physical exertion on a person.This study uses survey method research with an explanatory research approach or explanatory research to explain the relationship between two or more variables, namely "explaining the relationship between work stress and the performance of nurses at Abdul Manap Hospital Jambi in 2021". The population in this study were nurses who served in the operating room and emergency room at Abdul Manap Hospital Jambi 2022. In this study, the sample was taken using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling method which aims to ensure that the samples from each group member can be divided professionally so that it can be adequate. The results of this study indicate a significant p-value of 0.015 (<0.05) So the conclusion is that there is a relationship between work stress and the performance of nurses at Abdul Manap Hospital Jambi in 2022. It is recommended as input material in order to increase the benefits of adding reading material about work stress for health education institutions so that they can improve the quality of nursing for nurses and can apply nursing care properly and correctly.

Abstract

The Emergency Department is a unit that plays a major role in the implementation of emergency management in a crisis or emergency situation for patients with a threatened health status. ED room. This research method uses descriptive observational qualitative design. The sample in thisstudy were 70 respondents. sampling technique using the Lameshow formula with a confidence level of 90% and a large deviation of 20% or 0.3. The results of the Overview of Patient Service Research in the Emergency Room of RSUD H Abdul Manap Jambi City the characteristics of respondents based on service procedures were carried out the most, namely giving oxygen with a total of 52 respondents (74.28%), the mostcommon action was providing infusion assistance by 49 respondents (70%), patients with OPA assistance were 3 respondents ( 4.28%), patients with BVM assistance were 5 respondents (7.14%), patients with Neck collar assistance were 2 respondents (2.85%), GCS examination were 68 respondents (97.14) and blood tests were 65 respondents (92.85%). The conclusion from the results of this study can be concluded that the nursesin the emergency room of RSUD H. Abdul Manap Jambi City are quite good in patient care when receiving incoming patients and are supported bythe category of patients who get complete and good service, namely 65 respondents (92.85%).
