Abstract

Meskipun manfaat karet bagi kehidupan masyarakat dunia saat ini sangat banyak baik untuk bahan dasar maupun untuk bahan pelengkap suatu barang, namun belum mampu membuat harga karet meningkat apalagi membuat para petani karet hidup sejahtera ditambah lagi pekerjaan mereka untuk mendapatkan hasil karet tersebut harus bekerja dengan keras. Dengan menggunakan metode deskritif dan pendekatan kualitatif penelitian ini dilakukan, informan yang digunakan sebanyak 21 orang dengan wawancara terstruktur serta analisis trianggulasi, maka didapatkan hasilnya adalah Faktor-faktor penyebab bekunya adalah faktor Manusiayang mana lemahnya sumber daya manusia para petani pada tahun 1980-1991 tersebut.. Faktor Modal dikarenakan keterbatasan modal di pabrik dan sering terjadi keterlambatan pencairan gaji petani, susahnya proses peminjaman uang, kurangnya komunikasi antara petani dan pegawai. Sehingga terjadi menurunnya rasa kepercayaan antara kedua belah pihak dan timbul rasa tidak saling membutuhkan.

Abstract

This research is aimed at understanding whether the implementation of VAT calculations at PT. ZEI is in accordance with HPP Law No.7 of 2021 & has been implemented since April 2022. PT. ZEI chose to be confirmed as PKP because it is part of the private sector which has an obligation to transfer wealth, namely taxes. Data collection methods are through observation studies, interview studies & documentation studies. The data analysis method used is qualitative & quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that the implementation, calculation & reporting of VAT is effective and efficient in collecting VAT on Taxable Goods and Services. PT. ZEI can be said to be effective and efficient in collecting VAT on Taxable Goods and Services. The company has printed electronic Tax Invoices, carried out calculations of the Tax Imposition Basis, deposited & reported the Company's Periodic VAT SPT. Implementation of VAT calculation, deposit & reporting carried out by PT. ZEI has complied with applicable tax regulations and has been implemented by the company. As a realization of its tax obligations, PT.ZEI in 2022 (January-March 2022) has recorded output VAT of IDR 275,443,381 and input VAT of IDR 99,398,717 and in April to December 2022) after the harmonization law applied to input VAT amounting to IDR 408,859,093 and output VAT amounting to IDR 647,138,252.

Abstract

The problems faced by Teluk Pandak Kecamatan Tanah Sepengkal Kabupaten BungoKecamatan Tanah Sepengkal Kabupaten BungoUMKM are related to entrepreneurial abilities that need to be developed in entrepreneurs. Therefore, it is important to carry out Community Service (PKM) to solve this problem. The target (specifically) of this service is to provide solutions through socialization and creation of village websites and village UMKM. The aim of this program is to provide an understanding of entrepreneurial skills to UMKM entrepreneurs, to educate them on taking advantage of existing opportunities with the use of digital technology which is developing rapidly at this time in order to be able to improve welfare, not only in terms of material things, but the welfare of a creative, innovative mindset, and independent. The results of this program include, among others, that these UMKM can form an even larger network by utilizing technology and other digital technology Village Websites which are increasingly developing in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, era of society 5.0. In the future, training via this website should be able to provide rapid progress for UMKM, especially in Teluk Pandak Kecamatan Tanah Sepengkal Kabupaten BungoKecamatan Tanah Sepengkal Kabupaten BungoHamlet, Tanah Sepengkal District, and the products produced will be more diverse and sought after by various groups.

Abstract

A nurse is someone who works in a hospital and plays an important role in the delivery of health services. The performance of nurses issomething that can be felt by patients, if poor performance it can have animpact on decreasing the quality of service. Job stress has a negative impact on performance, because stress becomes an adaptive response that is channeled by individual differences or psychological processes, which are a consequence of any actions from outside the situation, or events that impose excessive psychological or physical exertion on a person.This study uses survey method research with an explanatory research approach or explanatory research to explain the relationship between two or more variables, namely "explaining the relationship between work stress and the performance of nurses at Abdul Manap Hospital Jambi in 2021". The population in this study were nurses who served in the operating room and emergency room at Abdul Manap Hospital Jambi 2022. In this study, the sample was taken using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling method which aims to ensure that the samples from each group member can be divided professionally so that it can be adequate. The results of this study indicate a significant p-value of 0.015 (<0.05) So the conclusion is that there is a relationship between work stress and the performance of nurses at Abdul Manap Hospital Jambi in 2022. It is recommended as input material in order to increase the benefits of adding reading material about work stress for health education institutions so that they can improve the quality of nursing for nurses and can apply nursing care properly and correctly.

Abstract

Hidroponik merupakan salah satu system pertanian modern yang dapat dibudidayakan di berbagai tempat, baik di desa, kota di lahan terbuka maupun di lahan terbatas seperti pekarangan ataupun apartemen. Sistem wick merupakan salah satu model budidaya hidroponik paling sederhana, karena larutan nutrisi ditarik ke media tanam dengan bantuan sumbu. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh optimasi larutan hara tanaman pakcoy pada hidroponik sistem wick. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Perlakuan yang digunakan terdiri dari berbagai dosis hidroponik dengan konsentrasi N1 = ABmix 500 ppm, N2 = ABmix 1.000 ppm, N3 = ABmix 1.500 ppm, dan N0 = 0 ppm (sebagai kontrol). Perlakuan ini dilakukan dengan empat instalasi hidroponik dan diulang tiga kali, sehingga totalnya adalah dua belas unit penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perlakuan Abmix 1.500 ppm (N3) berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan berat basah tanaman pakcoy. Rata-rata tinggi tanaman yaitu 16,73 cm, rata-rata jumlah daun yaitu 9,38 helai dan rarta-rata berat tanaman pakcoy yaitu 55,03 g. This research aims to determine the effect of optimizing the nutrient solution for pakcoy plants on the hydroponic wick system. This research was conducted using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) method. The treatments used consisted of various hydroponic doses with concentrations of N1 = ABmix 500 ppm, N2 = ABmix 1,000 ppm, N3 = ABmix 1,500 ppm, and N0 = 0 ppm (as control). This treatment was carried out with four hydroponic installations and repeated three times for twelve research units. The research showed that Abmix 1,500 ppm (N3) treatment significantly affected plant height, number of leaves, and wet weight of pakcoy plants. The average plant height was 16.73 cm, the average number of leaves was 9.38 and the average weight of the pakcoy plant was 55.03 g.

Abstract

Posyandu merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya kesehatan bersumber daya masyarakat yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan dari, oleh, untuk dan bersama masyarakat. Posyandu dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar. Serai Serumpun merupakan salah satu dusun yang berada di Desa Sumber Agung yang tingkat kesadaran masyarakatnya masih rendah untuk mengunjungi posyandu. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat Dusun Serai Serumpun untuk melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan ke posyandu. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari senin, 23 Mei 2022, bertempat di rumah Kader Posyandu Dusun Serai Serumpun. Peserta pada kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu yang memiliki bayi atau balita, ibu hamil, dan wanita yang baru menikah dalam kurun waktu kurang dari 3 bulan. Beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah penyuluhan mengenai peran penting posyandu, pengukuran antropometri sebagai deteksi dini, dan pemberian makanan tambahan. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang peran penting posyandu dan juga meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan masyarakat ke posyandu, yaitu dari 14% menjadi 62% jumlah kunjungan.

Abstract

Tujuan: untuk menganalisa penerapan UU TKDN dan Akuntansi atas Barang Kena Pajak Penjualan Box Panel Stenlis pada CV Graphic Electric Metodologi/pendekatan: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yaitu melakukan pengamatan terhadap obyek secara langsung. Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi UU TKDN belum sepenuhnya diterapkan pada Perusahaan swasta, namun perusahaan telah mencatat penjualan. Pencatatan transaksi penjualan, juga sesuai dengan syarat-syarat penjualan dan harga jual disepakati dengan pelanggan. Sedangkan untuk perpajakan, perusahaan telah memilih menjadi dan dikukuhkan menjadi Pengusaha Kena Pajak(PKP) yang membuat faktur penjualan melalui e-faktur. Faktur pajak terkait Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN)keluaran maupun masukan sudah sesuai dengan UU-HPP No 7 Tahun 2021. Dibulan Juli 2022 dilakukan untuk semua invoice yang telah dibuat akan di-review lagi. Jika ada invoice yang salah maka akan dibuatkan invoice revisi. Pada bulan Juli 2022, CV. Graphic Electric membayar PPN Keluaran sebesar Rp.42.570.000 dengan SPT kurang bayar. Implikasi praktis: Manajemen perusahaan bisa menerapkan kebijakan untuk menerapkan UU TKDN dan pencatatan Pajak atas Barang Kena Pajak Orisinalitas/nilai: Orisinalitas penelitian ini adalah implikasi UU TKDN dalam semua industri dan dampak yang mungkin timbul terhadap aspek perpajakannya Purpose : The aim of this study is to examine how CV Graphic Electric applies the TKDN Law and Accounting for Taxable Goods when selling Stenlis Panel Boxes. Methodology: This study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology that involves direct object observation. Findings: The study's findings indicate that while private businesses have reported sales, the TKDN Law has not yet been fully applied in those businesses. keeping track of sales transactions while adhering to the conditions of the agreement and the price that was agreed upon with the client. In the meantime, the business generates sales invoices via e-invoice and has decided to become a Taxable Entrepreneur (PKP) for tax purposes. Value Added Tax (VAT) invoices pertaining to input and output are compliant with UU-HPP No. 7 of 2021. Every invoice that has been generated will be examined once more in July 2022. An updated invoice will be generated if the original is found to be inaccurate. CV. Graphic Electric paid IDR 42,570,000 in output VAT in July 2022 along with an unpaid SPT.

Abstract

Micro-entrepreneurs in rural Indonesia often face challenges in accessing financial services and developing sustainable business practices. This community service initiative aimed to empower micro-entrepreneurs in Lubuk Beringin, Bungo Regency, Jambi, Indonesia, by promoting financial inclusion and rural development. A mixed-methods approach was employed, incorporating surveys, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews to assess the needs and challenges of micro-entrepreneurs. Based on the findings, a comprehensive program was designed and implemented, encompassing financial literacy training, business development workshops, and access to microcredit facilities. The program resulted in increased financial literacy, improved business skills, and enhanced access to financial resources among the participants. Data indicates a 20% increase in average monthly income and a 15% rise in business savings among participating micro-entrepreneurs six months after program completion. Additionally, the program fostered a sense of community and collaboration among the participants. This initiative demonstrates the vital role of public administration in empowering micro-entrepreneurs through financial inclusion and rural development strategies. By providing access to financial knowledge, skills, and resources, public administration can contribute to sustainable economic growth and improved livelihoods in rural communities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style has on employee performance at KUD Karya Mukti. The data obtained in this study were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 43 respondents and the sampling technique used was total sampling technique. The power analysis used is multiple linear regression and the results of the questionnaire are processed using the SPSS Version 16 program. Based on the results of the assessment that has been carried out, it can be seen that the directive leadership style (XI), supportive leadership style (X2), participatory leadership style (X3), and achievement-oriented leadership style (X4) have an influence on employee performance (Y). This can be proven from the value of R Square which is 0.691% while the remaining 31.9% is influenced by other variables.
