The purpose of this study was to identify, describe and analyze the quality control of the production process for heels in an effort to achieve production targets at CV Ghealsyshoes Malang. The company engaged in manufacturing CV Ghealsyshoes is a local company in Indonesia that produces various kinds of shoes, especially women's shoes. Based on data and facts in the field, it was found that in one year of production, heels still experience product defects caused by problems that occur in the production process, which is an average of 2.75%. Problems in the production process are caused by several factors at the input or input stage such as raw materials, performance of tools and machines, and labor. The results showed that quality control at CV Ghealsyshoes was divided into three stages. The first stage is the process of arrival of raw materials which aims to select and filter the raw materials ordered from suppliers, the second stage is the stage of the production process which aims to avoid product damage due to raw materials that do not comply with predetermined criteria and maintain the production process so that running smoothly, the third is the stage of the product release process which aims to maintain and supervise the process that has passed the production process in order to avoid product defects that will later be used by consumers. Underpricing merupakan sebuah fenomena Initial Public Offering (IPO) yang sering terjadi di pasar modal dan telah dibuktikan oleh para peneliti di berbagai Negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat underpricing. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), ukuran perusahaan, dan persentase saham ditawarkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi non partisipan dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 87 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian dari populasi sebanyak 104 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan variabel ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap tingkat underpricing, sedangkan variabel DER dan persentase saham ditawarkan tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat underpricing. Service marketing is a marketing that cannot be seen but can be felt. Services must prioritize the convenience of service to consumers. Services cannot be returned like finished goods. The marketing mix is a set of products, prices, places, promotions, processes, people and physical evidence. The marketing mix is used to measure the level of marketing success and all of it is aimed at getting the response that consumers want. The marketing mix is a tool used by sellers to shape the characteristics of the services offered to customers. Production house is a service business that is engaged in fields such as photo and video content creator, design, content writer, audio visual that has an organizational structure. Production houses provide displays of their productions to the general public either directly or broadcasting. Production House in managing motion or static information where information can be sourced from humans or existing events. ZH Picture is a Production House in Jember which is engaged in photo and video making services such as weddings, company profiles, and product advertisements. The level of success is measured by the company ZH Picture by using the marketing mix of goods and services and creating innovation.

Abstract This study aims to describe the process of controlling the quality of tempe products carried out by the Tempe Industri rumah tangga Super Sumber Mas which is engaged in the production of Tempe. Product Quality control is important so that product quality results can be maintained and company goals can be achieved. This research uses descriptive qualitative research type. The analysis used is taxonomic analysis. Information gathering is done by observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the control was carried out at the input, process and output stages. At each stage it has been carried out according to the standards desired by the company, but there are deviations at the process stage, namely when the removal of the foam and skin in the boiling stage is inaccurate, causing damage to the Tempe. This study aims to determine, analyze and describe the marketing mix strategy at the Maulana Genteng Bakery. The marketing mix strategy implemented by the Maulana Genteng Bakery includes product, price, place and promotion. Maulana Bakery focuses its marketing activities on products, pricing, distribution and promotion methods. This study aims to determine the marketing mix strategy run by Maulana Bakery using a qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely by collecting data directly from the company by conducting observations and interviews according to the object of research. The results of this study indicate that the marketing mix strategy has an important role in marketing its products. Where the four marketing mixes support and complement each other, and have their respective roles. The owner of the Maulana Bakery must correctly implement the marketing mix strategy that is applied.

This study aims to determine the effect of Country of Origin, Brand Image, and Worldmindedness on the Purchase Decision of KFC Products in Jember Regency. This type of research is quantitative. Primary data from this study was obtained directly through the distribution of questionnaires distributed to respondents who had made purchases at KFC Jember. The population in this study are consumers of KFC Jember products whose numbers are not known for certain because the number is not limited. The number of samples in this study were 104 respondents who were selected using accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that the coefficient value of the Country of Origin variable is a positive value of 0.210. Additionally, the brand image variable's coefficient value is positive 0.222. Whereasthe coefficient value of the Worldmindness variable is positive 0.543. These three variables proved to have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at KFC Jember. Keywords: Country of Origin; Brand Image; Worldmindedness; Purcashe Decision

This research describes dynamic of inter actors relation during process of privatization of Indonesia’s state owned enterprises in the post New Order era. Privatization means govenment policy aimed at enabling private sector to take over state owned enterprises. Privatizations can also be defined as a set of stage taken to minimize the role of government in order to step up the role of private sector in economics and assets ownership. Privatization as an economical policy doesn’t exist in “empty room”. Privatization policy must be viewed a product of political process. So, the success or failure of this policy is highly influenced by political context. In case of Indonesia, privatization policy did’nt succeed to achieve the goals because of many political constrain happened during the implementation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of human resource development applied at PT. Wijayaperkasa Indah Mojokerto. PT. Wijayaperkasa Indah is a manufacturing company engaged in the processing of logs into semi-finished and finished wood materials and is included in the wood building goods industry. Human resource development applied at PT. Wijayaperkasa Indah is through training and promotion. There are obstacles in the implementation of the training in the form of employee indiscipline in participating in the training and the lack of employee awareness of the importance of the training provided so that employees are not enthusiastic in participating in the training so that many employees do not attend even though employees who attend training properly will be rewarded in the form of promotions. Employees are not disciplined in attending training because the training is not in accordance with the need to work more efficiently and effectively according to company standards so that the results of wood products produced by the production division of PT. Wijayaperkasa Indah still has high product damage. This product damage indicates that the work skills in the production division have stagnated so that the company's management develops human resources to improve employee skills through training.

The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the process of controlling the quality of cracker rambak products carried out by UD. Special in dealing with products that are not up to standard. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The result of this research is that business owners are directly involved in quality control. Quality control is carried out together with production employees. Control is carried out in the input, transformation and output stages. Product defects occur in the input stage where employees sometimes make mistakes in producing the product, causing the product to not meet the standards.
