Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Toko Pertanian Ganesha. Toko Ganesha terletak di Desa Gumelar, Kecamatan Balung, Kabupaten Jember, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Toko Ganesha telah berdiri sejak tahun 2012, serta saat ini menjadi Toko Pertanian terbesar di Kecamatan Balung, Kabupaten Jember. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik insidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, aspek Product menjadi pertimbangan tertinggi bagi konsumen untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian, aspek Price menjadi pertimbangan tertinggi kedua, Promotion menjadi pertimbangan tertinggi ketiga, sedangkan Place tidak dianggap penting bagi konsumen dalam melakukan keputusan pembelian. ; Bauran Pemasaran secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bauran pemasaran secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Toko Pertanian Ganesha.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe and analyze several models and theories about media newsroom. Through theoretical review, this article could be the strategy in understanding how news produced by the media. Further description cover up study of newsroom models (gatekeeping and process model), theory of influences on mass media content, theory of media and consensus, theory of moral panic and theory of public interest. The significancy of this article imply the significant of advance research on framing effects by media and more objective on beyond of the news. In the context of public interest, do media work for public interest or deal with ideological state apparatus or ideological business apparatus. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview on the implementation of the village fund allocation Sumberkolak Village District Panarukan Situbondo. The informants are the implementation team to the allocation of village funds, namely: sumbekolak village head, village fund allocation implementation team and BPD. Based on data analysis, the results showed that the village fund allocation policy implementation in the Village District Panarukan Sumberkolak Situbondo less successful because the head of the village as the administrator does not perform properly function. In addition, based on the process of formation of the implementation team, work plan development process, the allocation of funds, time, human resources, territory, and reporting are not implemented properly. Several factors, such as: communication, resource capabilities, attitudes and implementing bureaucratic structures are not performing well. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) The Effect of Self-efficacy on Performance; (2) Effect of Organizational Commitment on Performance; (3) Simultaneous Effect of Self-efficacy and Organizational Commitment on Performance. This type of research is an associative research with a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, where this research was conducted at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Main Branch of Jember. The independent variables in this study are Self-efficacy (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2), while the dependent variable is Performance (Y). All existing research variables are measured using a Likert scale that has been modified into 4 options. The sample used in the study amounted to 50 respondents namely employees of the courier division at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Main Branch of Jember. The type of data in this study are primary and secondary data. Testing instruments using the validity and reliability test. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that self-efficacy and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on the performance of the courier division employees at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Main Branch of Jember, both partially and simultaneously. Keywords: Self-efficacy, Organizational Commitment, Performance

Abstract

Saluran distribusi merupakan salah satu kegiatan pemasaran yang langsung terhubung dengan konsumen dan mempunyai peranan yang cukup besar dalam menciptakan manfaat suatu produk. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan implementasi saluran distribusi pada pabrik Sohun Jaya Agung Abadi. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu study kasus(case study) dengan triangulasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi saluran distribusi pada Pabrik Sohun Jaya Agung Abadi menggunakan saluran distribusi secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Saluran distribusi tidak langsung bertujuan untuk menghemat biaya promosi dan efektifitas waktu. Keberadaan Pabrik Sohun Jaya Agung Abadi memberikan manfaat bagi lembaga yang terlibat dalam saluran distribusi dan bagi masyarakat sekitar pabrik yakni menyerap lapangan pekerjaan.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2) sebagai variabel yang berhubungan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi marketing CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji. CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan sepeda motor merek Honda. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan paradigma kuantitatif dengan korelasi kausal asosiatif untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan sampel sejumlah 41 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan 1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi marketing CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji; 2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi marketing CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji; 3) Motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi marketing CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji. Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Abstract This research was conducted with the aim of knowing, describing, and analyzing the correlation of work motivation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) as variables that are partially and simultaneously related to the performance of marketing employees at CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji. CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji is a company engaged in the sale of Honda motorcycles. The design of this study uses a quantitative paradigm approach with associative causal correlation to determine the causal relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample of 41 respondents. The analysis showed 1) Work motivation had a positive and partially significant effect on the performance of marketing division employees at CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji; 2) Job satisfaction has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance of marketing division employees at CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji; 3) Work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the performance of marketing division employees at CV Surya Gemilang Motor Rambipuji.
