Kesadaran penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah dalam seluruh aktivitas ekonomi semakin meningkat seiring dengan adanya bukti empiris bahwa sistem ekonomi konvensional belum sepenuhnya mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Penerapan sistem ekonomi konvensi hanya menyisakan masalah warisan seperti meningkatnya ketimpangan pendapatan, semakin lebarnya jurang kemiskinan dan persoalan-persoalan lainnya yang berdampak pada adanya marjinalisasi satu golongan terhadap golongan lain. Kehadiran ekonomi syariah diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan dalam ekonomi sehingga terciptanya pembangunan ekonomi yang berkeadilan dan dapat dinikmati oleh seluruh masyarakat.Namun dalam prakteknya, penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah perlu didukung oleh penelitian baik empiris maupun teoritis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengetahuan dan persepsi pada Bank Aceh Cabang Aceh Barat Daya. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel yaitu pengetahuan, persepsi, dan keputusan menjadi nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan dan persepsi terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah pada Bank Aceh Cabang Aceh Barat Daya. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima dengan demikian pengetahuan (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah. (2) Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak dengan demikian perssepi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap keputuan menjadi nasabah. (3) Pengetahuan dan Persepsi bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah.

Abstract

This study to analyze the hadith abput working thematics methods. This type of research is library research with a qualitative approach. The source of data in this study is five books through the hadissoft application. Analysis techniques using thematics methods through 11 (eleven) stages. The result of this research show that work is a command and test for all mankind and is of good value before Allah Almighty. Mankind gets and eats what his own hands strive, so everyone must have good work motivation and a high work ethic so that it will improve their abilities

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Insani (MSDI) merupakan bidang dari manajemen secara umum. Sumber daya insani mempunyai peranan yang semakin penting dalam pencapaian tujuan suatu organisasi perusahaan profit, non profit maupun organisasi pemerintahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi sumber daya insani di Indonesia dan strategi pengembangannya. Metode yang dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur yang mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran utama dan strategis manajemen sumber daya insani dalam suatu lembaga atau organisasi adalah sebagai pelaksana fungsi-fungsi organisasi atau lembaga tersebut yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penstafan, kepemimpinan, pengendalian dan pengawasan, serta sebagai pelaksana operasional lembaga seperti pemasaran, produksi, perdagangan, industri, keuangan dan administrasi. Strategi peningkatan kualitas sumber daya insan harus fokus pada tiga dimensi, yaitu dimensi kesehatan, pendidikan baik agama maupun umum,dan dimensi ekonomi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTConsumption behavior itself can be influenced by several factors both in terms of the environment, religiosity and so on. This is also the basis for consumption activities carried out by female students in fashion. This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity, environment, and consumption patterns on purchasing decisions for Muslimah female students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Palu. This type of research is field research with quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The number of samples taken in this study were 81 respondents. The results of this study indicate that religiosity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Muslim women's clothing with a "t" _"count" value of 3.198 > "t" _"table" 1.666 a positive beta value of 0.196 and a significance value (Sig.) 0.002 <0 ,05. The environment has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Muslimah clothing with a "t" _"count" value of 8.401 > "t" _"table" 1.664, a positive beta value of 0.630 and a significance value (Sig.) 0.000 <0.05. Consumption patterns have a positive and significant effect on Muslimah Clothing Purchasing Decisions with a value of "t" _"count" 2.844 > "t" _"table" 1.644 positive beta value of 0.200 and gain of significance value (Sig.) 0.006 <0.05. Results This study also shows that simultaneously, Religiosity, Environment and Consumption Patterns simultaneously influence the Purchase Decision of Muslimah Clothing for Students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Palu. This was obtained through the F test by obtaining data with a value of "F" _"count" 85.317 > "F" _"table" 2.723 and a significance value (Sig.) 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a very good impact, especially for Islamic banks. The purpose of this study is to see how customers perceive BSI Mobile usage services at BSI KCP Lampriet and find out their views on the marketing strategy undertaken to provide BSI Mobile Services at BSI KCP Lampriet. This study uses qualitative methods through interviews and documentation techniques from 8 customers of Bank BSI KCP Lampriet. The results of the research conducted show that customer perceptions regarding the services provided at Mobile Banking are quite good and the BSI Mobile application is also very useful for customers. In this case, BSI Mobile places more emphasis on the strategy used to promote the BSI Mobile application, namely product pricing in BSI Mobile Banking has a customer perception that the prices/rates provided by BSI Mobile are still standard.Perkembangan informasi teknologi ini sangat berdampak baik dan terutama bagi bank-bank syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat bagaimana persepsi nasabah terhadap layanan Penggunaan BSI Mobile pada BSI KCP Lampriet dan mengetahui bagaimana pandangan mereka terhadap strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan untuk memberikan  Layanan BSI Mobile pada BSI KCP Lampriet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi dari 8 nasabah Bank BSI KCP Lampriet. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwasanya persepsi nasabah terkait pelayanan yang diberikan pada Mobile Banking sudah tergolong baik dan aplikasi BSI Mobile juga sangat bermanfaat bagi nasabah. Dalam hal ini BSI Mobile lebih menekankan strategi yang digunakan untuk mempromosikan aplikasi BSI Mobile adalah penetapan harga produk di BSI Mobile Banking memiliki persepsi nasabah yaitu harga/tarif yang diberikan oleh BSI Mobile masih standar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty at PT Asuransi Jasindo Syariah. Service quality and brand image have a very important role in building positive relationships with customers, which can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.This research method involves surveying customers of PT Asuransi Jasindo Syariah to collect primary data. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling method, and the data were analyzed using path analysis to measure the relationship between these variables. The results of data analysis show that service quality and brand image significantly affect customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction is also proven to have a significant impact on customer loyalty.The implication of these findings is that PT Asuransi Jasindo Syariah needs to continue to improve the quality of service to its customers and strengthen its brand image in order to maintain and increase customer satisfaction, which in turn will contribute to increased customer loyalty. Company management needs to understand the importance of maintaining positive relationships with customers and focus on developing strategies to improve service quality and strengthen brand image in order to achieve the company's long-term goals.

Abstract

Until now, poverty is still a problem experienced all over the world. In Islam itself, there has been a balanced socio-economic environment that gives special attention to poverty alleviation, in addition to focusing on the distribution of income and wealth or reducing inequality. This research aims to determine the influence of the variables economic growth, poverty and the Islamic human development index on poverty. This type of research is quantitative using secondary data sources. This research uses documentary data collection techniques, namely the research takes data that has been printed in the form of books or magazines taken from the Aceih Central Statistics Agency for the population of the city of Banda Aceih. The results of the research show that economic growth, unemployment, economic growth, and human development index jointly influence poverty. Economic growth has an impact on poverty. unemployment has an influence on poverty and Islamic human deiveilopmeint indeix also has an influence on poverty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak variabel kualitas pelayanan, kualitas informasi, dan Islamic branding terhadap tingkat kepuasan konsumen, khususnya dalam kerangka konsumen Shopee. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan asosiatif. Sumber data primer adalah melalui pembagian kuisoner. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder berasal dari jurnal, artikel dan buku yang berkaitan dengan topik pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas informasi dan islamic branding terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu secara parsial kualitas pelayanan, kualitas informasi dan islamic branding memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Selanjutnya secara simultan kualitas pelayanan, kualitas informasi dan islamic branding memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine mechanisms and systematics from an Islamic economic perspective. This study uses a descriptive research design with four features: direct reading, library data, and secondary sources, and is not limited by space or time. The results of the analysis explained that Malikiyah scholars limit profit-taking to a maximum of one-third of capital, while Wahbah al-Zuhaili and al-Ghazali agree that proper profits should not exceed one-third of capital. Islamic economics emphasizes the importance of spiritualism and prohibits hoarding money and consuming other people's riches for vanity. Indonesia's government intervenes in price control to protect consumers, communities, and producers. Keynesian theory suggests that government intervention is necessary to lift a country out of recession and manage social and environmental impacts. Policies for government engagement are evolving and reacting to market realities.

Abstract

This research is motivated by Muzakki's perception of Zakat as a tax deduction in Banda Aceh City. This goal can be achieved with various strategies, including increasing knowledge of Zakat, Taxes, and Religiosity in the people of Banda Aceh City. This study measures Muzakki's perceptions of Zakat as a tax deduction in Banda Aceh City. The population in this study was 175 civil servant respondents at the Banda Aceh City Hall office. The data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to determine the effect of the variables. The study results show that Knowledge of Zakat positively and significantly affects Zakat as a tax deduction. The influence of tax knowledge has no significant effect on Zakat as a tax deduction. Religiosity has a positive and significant effect.
