Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of giving rewards and punishments on improving the performance of Enrekang Police personnel. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 81 personnel from the Enrekang Police. The method of determining the sample using a saturated sample technique. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that awarding had a positive and significant effect on the Influence of Giving Rewards and Punishments on the Performance of Enrekang Police Personnel on the performance of Enrekang Police personnel. Polres Enrekang while giving awards and punishments simultaneously affect the performance of Enrekang Police personnel the performance of Enrekang Police personnel.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu Apakah gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kinerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi personil di Direktorat Lalulintas Polda Sulawesi Selatan? Apakah Fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kinerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi personil di Direktorat Lalulintas Polda Sulawesi Selatan? Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Accidental Sampling kepada 84 responden personil Ditlantas Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Alasan penentuan objek penelitian ini karena letaknya yang mudah dijangkau oleh peneliti sehingga dapat memudahkan pelaksanaan penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan Faktor Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja personil di Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Faktor Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja personil di Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Faktor Kepemimpinan berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Personil di Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Faktor Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Kerja personil di Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Faktor Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Kerja personil di Polda Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of AKHLAK on the performance of employees mediated by PT Pegadaian Kanwil VI Makassar. This study used a quantitative descriptive method using the SPSS 26 application as a result of distributing questionnaires during the study period. The population in this study were inorganic employees of PT Pegadaian Kanwil VI Makassar and the sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The analytical method in this study uses Data Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing, Coefficient of Determination and Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the AKHLAK variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Kanwil VI Makassar, AKHLAK has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT Pegadaian Kanwil VI Makassar, AKHLAK indirectly has a significant effect on employee performance mediated employee engagement at PT Pegadaian Kanwil VI Makassar, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Kanwil VI Makassar, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT Pegadaian Kanwil VI Makassar, compensation indirectly has a significant effect on employee performance mediation of employee engagement at PT Pegadaian Kanwil VI Makassar and employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is Does Masukan personilaffect the Pelayanan publik at the Traffic Directorate of the South Sulawesi Regional Police? Does Leadership affect the Pelayanan publik at the Traffic Directorate of the South Sulawesi Regional Police? Does Leadership affect Keterlibatan personil at the South Sulawesi Regional Police Traffic Directorate? Does Masukan personilaffect Pelayanan publik through Keterlibatan personil at the Traffic Directorate of the South Sulawesi Police? This research was conducted at the South Sulawesi Regional Police. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling to 76 respondents from the South Sulawesi Regional Police Traffic Directorate. The reason for determining the object of this research is because it is easily accessible by researchers so that it can facilitate the implementation of research. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the Employee Voicefactor has a positive and significant effect on personil Keterlibatan personil at Traffic Police of South Sulawesi Regional Police. The Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Personil Keterlibatan personil at the Traffic Police of South Sulawesi Regional Police. The Masukan personilhas a negative and insignificant effect on the Pelayanan publik for trafficked personnel at the South Sulawesi Regional Police. The leadership factor has a positive and significant effect on the personil Pelayanan publik in the Traffic Police of South Sulawesi Regional Police. The Keterlibatan personil has a positive and significant effect on personil Pelayanan publik at the South Sulawesi Regional Police Traffic Unit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of investment knowledge, risk, and minimum capital on investment interest of Nitro Makassar Business and Finance Institute Students. The sample in this study were active students of the Nitro Institute of Business and Finance Makassar who were in the program or had passed the money and capital market course or portfolio theory and investment analysis with a total of 75 respondents. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that investment knowledge, risk and minimum capital have a positive and significant effect on investment interest.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap return saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode Non Probability sampling, metode pengolahan atau analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F, untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data maka penulis menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa secara parsial (uji t) Current Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham, Debt to Equity Ratio  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham, Return On Assets berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham, dan Total Assets Turn Over berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is Does Simplification of Customer Procedures affect Customer Satisfaction of Driver's License (SIM) at Traffic Police of Makassar City? Does the Efficiency of Customer Simplification Affect Customer Satisfaction of a Driver's License (SIM) at the Makassar City Police Traffic Unit? Does the Simplification Effectiveness Procedure affect Driver's License (SIM) Customer Satisfaction at the Makassar City Police Traffic Unit? Does the Cost Element Affect Customer Satisfaction of Driver's License (SIM) at Traffic Traffic Makassar City Police? Does Time Acceleration Affect Driver's License (SIM) Customer Satisfaction at Traffic Traffic Makassar City Police? Does Service Innovation affect Driver's License (SIM) Customer Satisfaction at Traffic Traffic Makassar City Police? This research was conducted at Polrestabes Makassar City. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling to 90 responden consumer SIM administrators at Polrestabes Makassar City. The reason for determining the object of this research is because it is easily accessible by researchers so that it can facilitate the implementation of research. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the Procedure Factor has a positive and significant influence on the Satisfaction of STNK Management at the Wajo District Police. The procedural factor has a positive and insignificant effect on SIM applicant satisfaction at the Makassar City Police. The efficiency factor has a negative and insignificant effect on SIM applicant satisfaction Makassar City Police. The effectiveness factor has a positive and insignificant effect on SIM applicant satisfaction Makassar City Police. Cost Element Factors have a positive and not significant impact on SIM Applicant Satisfaction Makassar City Police. The time acceleration factor has a positive and insignificant effect on SIM applicant satisfaction at the Makassar City Police. 6. The innovation factor has a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction of SIM applicants at the Makassar City Polrestabes.

Abstract

Apakah Kinerja Personil berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) di Satlantas Polrestabes Kota Makassar? Apakah Kinerja Pelayanan Publik dan Kinerja Personil berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) di Satlantas Polrestabes Kota Makassar?  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Polrestabes Kota Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling kepada 71 responden pengurus SIM di Polrestabes Kota Makassar. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Pelayanan Publik mempunyai pengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengurus SIM pada Polrestabes Makassar, (2) Kinerja Personil mempunyai pengaruh Positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pemohon SIM Pada Polrestabes Kota Makassar, (3) Pelayanan Publik dan Kinerja Personil secara Bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pemohon SIM Pada Polrestabes Kota Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla Pinrang Branch, (2) analyzing the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla Pinrang Branch, (3) analyzed the effect of trust on consumer satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla Pinrang Branch, (4) jointly analyze the effect of service quality, product quality and trust on Toyota customer satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla Pinrang Branch. The population of this research is 685 consumers who have bought a car at PT. Hadji Kalla Pinrang Branch. The sample in this study uses the slovin formula, thus the number of samples is 100 consumers. The analytical method used is primary data collected from questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that: service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. For the three variables together have an influence on consumer satisfaction, meaning that in building customer satisfaction from the three variables it is very important for companies to do.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of suitability for job placement and transactional leadership style on organizational commitment and employee performance, to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, to determine and analyze the effect of suitability for job placement and transactional leadership style on employee performance through organizational commitment to PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that work placement had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, leadership style had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of work placement and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar
