Abstract

This study aims to describe the indirectness of expression and to describe the meaning of heuristic and hermeneutic reading in Hamzaf Fanzuri's Nyanyian poem, by Abdul Hadi W.M. This type of research is descriptive research. The data in this study are the poetry of Hamzah Fanzuri's Nyanyian, by Abdul Hadi W.M, while the source of data in this study is a collection of poems by Abdul Hadi W.M. Matahari's Carrier, published in 2002 by PT Bentang Budaya. Data collection techniques used in this study were library techniques, reading techniques, and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique in this study went through three stages, namely identifying all the building elements, classifying and then analyzing the data based on the indirectness of expression and giving meaning by reading heuristics and hermeneutics. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that heuristically, the poetry of Hamzah Fanzuri's Song, by Abdul Hadi W.M for meaning replacement, found one of seven figurative languages, namely the variety of figurative language, namely metaphor. For the deviation of meaning, two meaning substitutions were found, namely ambiguity and contradiction. In creating meaning, the elements that build on the poem are rhyme, homologues, and typography. Hermeneutically the poem Hamzah Fazuri's Song by Abdul Hadi W.M., means a poem that describes the poet's longing for God and the human relationship with God.

Abstract

Health is an element of well-being. Public health plays an important role in the formation of human resources, increasing the nation's resilience and competitiveness, as well as national development. In Indonesia, HIV infection is one of the main health problems and one of the infectious diseases that can affect maternal and child mortality. Everyone has the right to have a healthy life so that they can live productively both socially and economically, one of which is reproductive health. In principle, the state prohibits abortion, but on indications of a medical emergency and worsening mental condition due to pregnancy, cases of rape are exceptions to the provisions. The increase in cases of HIV and AIDS in the community is a potential threat to public health that can have a broad and negative impact on the resilience of the nation. In addition, the act of abortion also raises pros and cons because reproductive health is one of the scopes of public health. The purpose of making the theme of this paper is to find out the perspective of public health law on HIV and AIDS, reproductive health, and abortion. The results of this paper are the need for information disclosure, strengthening socialization, awareness and supervision of related parties in HIV and AIDS prevention, reproductive health management, and supervision of abortion.

Abstract

At this time the progress of the times is growing in addition to development, there are also high human resources, this is because several cities, regions and districts already have universities, especially in this writing in the Sambas district. With the presence of universities, both private and public, in Sambas Regency, it is very interesting for the community to gain knowledge easily without spending a lot of money (for the people of the Sambas Regency area). In this regard, many students are also outside the Sambas district to gain knowledge, therefore it is not surprising that some students rent houses and among these students make unwritten agreements or in other words only speak orally. The contract agreement is a legal umbrella with its function as protection and legal certainty for the interests of both parties. In the case of house occupancy by way of renting a house, it has also been regulated in the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation No. 44 of 1994 concerning Occupancy of a House by Non-Owners. An unwritten agreement is an agreement that is often used in house rental transactions among students, the existence of an unwritten agreement is weaker when compared to a written agreement, especially in proving when a dispute/problem occurs. Based on this, the purpose of writing is to analyze the formation and implementation of unwritten agreements reviewed in civil law. In the discussion of the unwritten agreement, it is a valid agreement in the perspective of civil law as long as it does not conflict with government regulations contained in the civil law law. Unwritten agreements have the advantage of being efficient in the time used to reach mutual agreements and the use of trust in the formation and implementation, while the weakness is that if problems or problems occur in the future, there is no evidence on the basis of what both parties want to defend.

Abstract

This study aims to get a complete picture of the Sambas Regency government policy in dealing with the impact of closing the Aruk State Border Post (PLBN) as a preventive policy for the spread of Covid-19. Employment is everything related to labor at the time before, during and after the completion of the employment relationship, both in work that produces goods or work in the form of: From the aspect of employment law, it is a private law field that has a public aspect, because even though the employment relationship is made based on the freedom of the parties, there are a number of provisions that MUST be subject to government provisions in the sense of public law. The research approach used is a normative juridical approach. The results of this study indicate that the common thread of this policy is the socioeconomic family of Indonesian migrant workers. The impact of the social and economic sectors as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for the construction of the Aruk Cross-Border Post (PLBN) in Sajingan Besar, Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The renewal of the operation of the Aruk PLBN in Sajingan Besar, which is currently a cross-country gateway, in addition to guarding the border area, of course, the Aruk PLBN can have an impact on the community in various sectors such as the social and economic sectors. Due to COVID-19 starting to become global, the critical front points prioritized are border pockets between countries. When large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) were imposed in several regions, areas and entrances such as airports, ports, and cross-border posts (PLBN) played an important role in breaking the chain of this pandemic. The PSBB is under the auspices of Law No. 6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine (Article 15, 2b). This law states that the central government and local governments are responsible for implementing PSBB. That is why, the security and resilience of the PLBN is in their hands.
