Abstract

One of the secrets to the success of an organization or organization lies in the performance of its employees. Thus, company organizations or agencies must be able to handle human resources, namely employees, so that all employees in the agency can maintain balance. The approach in this study uses quantitative methods related to the effect of job satisfaction on performance of the employees of the Village Office, Sei Rampah District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province. Very real effect on employee performance with a value of Fcount> Ftable (25.276> 2.81) and a significant value of 0.000 dan. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Village Office of Sei Rampah District with tcount> ttable (2.846> 2.014) and a significant value of 0.007.

Abstract

Globalization has had a strong influence on Human Resource Management (HRM) and has created a complexity of problems. These challenges must be faced by making a paradigm shift and improving management in each organization, by placing Human Resources (HR) as a priority. The lack of regulations that bind employees is also an obstacle so that disciplinary issues cannot be applied clearly. All of these things are increasingly having an impact on less than optimal performance to the company. The approach used in this research is the quantitative method. Test data quality using validity and reliability tests. The research location was conducted at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Medan Regional Office. The object of this research is leadership style as variable X and employee performance as variable Y. Variables of leadership style, work motivation and individual competence show a very real influence on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Medan with a value of Fcount> Ftable (18,681> 2.73) and a significant value of 0.000. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Medan with tcount> ttable (3.547> 1.993) and a significant value of 0.001.

Abstract

It is important to know the effect both jointly and partially between discipline and motivation on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods with explanatory research using primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were employees at the Regional Company Offices of Pasar Kota Medan and as many as 82 employees were used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple and partial linear regression using SPSS 24.0. The discipline variable is significant at 0.029, so it can be concluded that employee performance is influenced by discipline (hypothesis 1 is accepted). The motivation variable has a significant value at 0.013. So it can be concluded that motivation affects employee performance (hypothesis 2 is accepted). The work facility variable has a significant value at 0.016. So it can be concluded that work facilities have an effect on employee performance (hypothesis 3 is accepted). The results showed that the discipline variables and work motivation together had a positive effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the statistical results of the regression test which obtained a probability value of 0.000 smaller than α (α = 0.05), it can be explained that discipline and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. Then the fourth hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important factor in the success of a company. HR performance must be considered. If someone provides work results that are in accordance with the standards or criteria that have been standardized by the organization, then the person's performance is classified as good, if not, it means that they are performing poorly. Therefore, the researcher sees that there is a possibility of a democratic leadership style at PT. Harapan Bersama Lestari Medan is that there are still deficiencies that must be investigated further in the hope that this research will be useful to broaden the insight of the leaders of PT. Harapan Bersama Lestari so that they can have a better democratic leadership style. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach. The results of this study are). Abstract

This study is to determine the effect both jointly and partially between employee satisfaction, employee welfare and organizational commitment to employee performance at the Belawan Container Terminal Branch Office PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan. This research uses quantitative methods (explanatory research) through primary data and secondary data. The results of the regression analysis show that the three independent variables are included in the regression model (employee satisfaction, employee welfare and organizational commitment). The employee satisfaction variable is significant at 0.041, so it can be concluded that employee satisfaction has an effect on employee performance (hypothesis 1 is accepted). Employee welfare variable which has a significant value at 0.000. So it can be concluded that employee welfare has an effect on employee performance (hypothesis 2 is accepted). Organizational commitment variable which has a significant value at 0.011. So it can be concluded that organizational commitment has an effect on employee performance (hypothesis 3 is accepted). Partial employee satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Belawan Petikemas Terminal Branch Office PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan. This is evidenced by the statistical results of the regression test, the value with a probability of 0.000 is smaller than α (α = 0.05), so it can be explained that employee satisfaction, employee welfare and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance. Then the fourth hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the effect of perceptions on the attitudes of the IAIS Sambas Faculty of Economics and Business lecturers towards Islamic banking, 2) to determine the effect of preferences on the attitudes of the IAIS Sambas Faculty of Economics and Business lecturers in using Islamic banking services, 3) to knowing the effect of attitudes on the behavior of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, IAIS Sambas, towards Islamic banking This research is quantitative in nature and the data collection method in this study uses a questionnaire distribution technique. The subject uses a population of 28 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using regression analysis, which consisted of three dependent variables and one independent variable. The analysis tool used is regression analysis with the moderating variable, namely attitude, using the classical assumption method, the coefficient of determination and partial t test. Based on the analysis used, it shows that there is an effect of perception on attitudes, it is known that the significance level value of 0.049 is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis is accepted. The results also showed that there was an influence between preference for attitudes and the results of the calculations performed obtained a significance level of 0.000. This significance level is less than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis is accepted and the results of the study indicate that there is an influence between attitudes towards behavior and the calculation results obtained by a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that religion is very important in human life so it needs to be taught as early as possible to children. In learning spirituality, an appropriate method that is not boring for children is needed. One of the methods used is the Montessori method. This study aims to depenelitikan the application of the Montessori method to early childhood. This research is intended to answer any religious behavior that arises when the Montessori method of early childhood is applied at PAUD Permata Hati Ketapang. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The religious behavior that appears in students when the Montessori Method is applied to Early Childhood at PAUD Permata Hati Ketapang is that children know how to perform ablution, the children are accustomed to praying dhuha / dawn. -children memorize short surahs, iftitah prayers, final tahiyat etc., are accustomed to reading solawat, reading istigfar, prayers for both parents, prayers for the goodness of the afterlife, memorizing hijaiyah letters by singing, and being accustomed to reading the closing prayer of the assembly. (2). The Montessori Method teaching steps to familiarize Early Childhood religious behavior is to explain the goal; prepare a list and research the materials needed in presentations and exercises, there are preliminary activities or presentations, the introduction provides a guide for giving step-by-step presentations, in the introduction the children say greetings, sing Islamic songs, read short hadiths and usually tell stories 25 Prophet; Provide exercises or tasks that are done by children themselves. To familiarize children with religious activities such as ablution, prayer, prayer, prayer, prayer for both parents, reading Surah Al-Asr, closing prayers of assemblies, and telling stories about the 25 prophets are carried out every day using the method. Montessori, namely by combining those aged 3-5 years in one room.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of librarians at the Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas Islamic Institute and the efforts made in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained through interviews with sources. Meanwhile, the data analysis is qualitative inductive. For the research results, it can be seen that based on the librarian ability theory at the Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas Islamic Institute, it can be concluded that first, librarians have the ability to understand and use information technology tools in the services available in the library. Second, librarians know the form and format of information sources as well as how to search for information. Third, librarians have the ability to analyze information obtained from the public and publish this information upon request. Fourth, the librarian knows the use of information technology tools in conducting or as a tool in conducting research. Fifth, Librarians are still not active in publishing scientific papers or scientific ideas using information technology tools. Sixth, librarians always make improvements and adjustments to developments in information technology, such as learning some soft skills consisting of website creation and graphic design applications. Seventh, librarians always innovate and design activities to improve services in the library. As for the efforts that have been made in facing the current era of the industrial revolution 4.0, namely first, all units in the library are open and accepting and trying to adapt to technological developments, one of which is using information technology in existing services in the library, one of which is the use of the Slims Senayan Bulian application. Second, the library has collaborated with various parties such as the National Library, the Indonesian Higher Education Library Forum - West Kalimantan, the Sambas Regional Library and PT. KUBUKU.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification. The results showed that; 1) Visual media used to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects in class VI Year 2019-2020 lessons use image media. 2) The steps for implementing visual media to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects in class VI Academic Year 2019-2020 consist of several steps, namely: a) preparation by preparing media related to the material learning; b) implementation by paying attention to the media's relation to the material and students' conditions so that its use is correct; c) evaluate visual media by observing the media during the learning process and assessments after learning is complete. 3) The supporting factors for the use of visual media are internal factors that are present from the teacher's intention to foster student learning desire and to improve student learning outcomes, while the inhibiting factors for the use of visual media are less proficient in applying visual media and the lack of facilities and infrastructure makes teachers rarely use the media. visual. The use of visual media during learning can improve student learning outcomes which is depicted from student scores after a test at the end of learning.
