Smoking is a problem that cannot be resolved until now. Smoking can occur in various circles, especially among teenagers still in education. Data shows that the number of teenage smokers in Indonesia and Central Java under 15 years old has increased to 35.5% in 2019. This study uses a qualitative method that reveals the meaning behind the smoking phenomenon carried out by junior high school students, data collection techniques through interviews unstructured with an open-ended question type, the type of sample used is snowball sampling using Colaizzi's Method. The results of the study found that five themes were found that influenced the occurrence of smoking behavior in adolescents, namely: adolescent knowledge regarding the harmful substances contained in cigarettes, smoking behavior in adolescents which began at the age of children, factors influencing smoking decisions, ease of obtaining cigarettes, and the reasons it is hard to quit smoking. It can be concluded that various factors and efforts that can cause smoking behavior in adolescents are needed to prevent it from an early age.

Abstract

It is hoped that the husband's support will make the mother feel calm so that the mother can face the delivery process smoothly. Lack of social support from the husband is a significant determinant of depression in childbirth. The purpose of conducting a conceptual analysis of a husband's help, in the beginning, is to find out how much the benefits or effects of a husband's support during childbirth are. The method used in this concept analysis refers to the technique developed by Walker & Avant using the PubMed and Scopus databases both domestically and abroad. The process of conceptual analysis goes through the stages of choosing a concept, determining goals, identifying the use of the idea, determining attributes, creating a case model, making borderline and contrary cases, identifying antecedents and consequences and determining empirical references. Husband's physical and psychological support, as well as support in undergoing childbirth, has a positive impact in reducing anxiety and labour pain to complications of labour and postpart

Efforts to prevent preeclampsia can be made with medical prevention, namely, meeting the calcium needs of pregnant women. This research aims to determine the effect of givingcalcium to prevent preeclampsia. The method used in the literature review is a systematic mapping study obtained from 3 databases, namely Pubmed, Garuda, and Google Scholar, using inclusion and exclusion criteria. Key term used in searching literature: "Calcium for prevention of preeclampsia." from 10 journals, it was found that the correct dose of calcium and timing of giving calcium to pregnant women was found and that calcium had an effect on preventing preeclampsia. Data analysis techniques use Synthesize or compare. Conclusion: Mothers are advised to consume calcium because it can lower blood pressure. By reducing blood pressure in pregnant women, calcium can prevent the occurrence of preeclampsia, especially in pregnant women who have hypertension or a history of preeclampsia.

Abstract

Hypertension is a serious medical condition and is a leading cause of premature death worldwide which significantly increases the risk of heart, brain, kidney and other diseases. However, not all hypertension sufferers are aware of the disease they suffer from and it is only discovered after complications occur. Therefore, hypertension must be prevented and controlled. Prevention and control of hypertension aims to prevent and reduce the probability of morbidity, complications and death. Hypertension can be prevented by controlling risk factors. This study aims to analyze the relationship between family history and the incidence of hypertension in the coastal communities of Tarakan City. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional study design. The sample in the research was the community in the working area of the Pantai Amal Health Center and met the sample criteria obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The data obtained was processed bivariately with the chi-square test. The results of the study showed a p value = 0.013, which means there is a relationship between family history and the incidence of hypertension. The conclusion of this study is that family history can be a risk factor for hypertension in the coastal area of Tarakan City. Therefore, it is hoped that health promotion efforts will take the form of scheduled education on hypertension risk factors and preventive efforts in the form of early detection so that people can prevent or control hypertension so that complications are avoided.
