Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran time token terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SD Negeri 16 Indralaya Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest control group design, sedangkan untuk subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 16 Indralaya Utara. Kelas VA sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa 22 dan kelas VB Sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa 20. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, tes yang dimaksud adalah tes lisan (kemampuan berbicara) yaitu dengan cara menanyakan satu persatu materi pelajaran kepada seluruh siswa. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t (t-test sampel related).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan rata-rata nilai posttest pada kelas eksperimen adalah 78,18 dan untuk kelas kontrol adalah 60. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh thitung > ttabel (5,469 > 2,024), dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 maka dapat dinyatakan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran time token terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SD Negeri 16 Indralaya Utara. Kata Kunci : Model pembelajaran time token, Keterampilan berbicara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the communication system in groups, the research method is a research library, the results of this study are: 1. Group Communication is communication that takes place between a communicator and a group of people who number more than two people who have the same goal and interact with each other to achieve these goals. Communication that takes place in a group or group about issues that concern the interests of many people in the group. So group communication appears to be more open when compared to individual communication. 2. Community development is an approach in improving people's lives through giving power to community groups to be able to create, use and control the resources that exist in their environment. As a social work method, community development refers to the active interaction between social workers and the community with which they are involved in the process of planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating a social welfare development program. 3. The Qur'an does not specifically describe group communication, but there are many verses that provide an overview of the group communication process. Some words in the Qur'an are assumed to be an explanation of the form of group communication. In the Islamic perspective, group communication occurs because humans cannot be separated from interactions with others. Therefore, it can be said that Islam is a communication-based religion. God created humans with the basic function of communicating. Furthermore, the communication system of Islamic groups is built based on the Qur'an, because the Qur'an contains the magic of the group communication process, both from the language used and the method of communication.

Abstract

Abstract:Analysis of Increasing Student Active Participation through the Application of the Science Technology Society (STS) Approach in Social Studies Learning in High School Elementary Schools. The purpose of the study was to analyze the application of the Science Technology Society (STS) approach to determine the increase in students active participation in social studies learning in high school elementary schools. The research subjects are high school elementary school students, the sample taken is grade 4. The research method used is descriptive analysis of the type of study literature where the data collection process comes from secondary data literature. This study uses content analysis techniques (content analysis). The results of the study illustrate that there is an increase in student active participation through the application of the Science Technology Society (STS) approach in social studies learning in high school elementary schools. The Science Technology Society (STS) approach requires students to construct, identify, design, create, and implement their knowledge into new knowledge, which can be obtained by students from active participation during the learning process. Abstrak:Analisis Peningkatan Partisipasi Aktif Siswa melalui Penerapan Pendekatan Ilmu Teknologi Masyarakat (ITM) dalam Pembelajaran IPS di SD Kelas Tinggi. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis penerapan pendekatan Ilmu Teknologi Masyarakat untuk mengetahui peningkatan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS di SD kelas tinggi. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) kelas tinggi, sample yang diambil adalah kelas 4. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriprif tipe study literature dimana proses pengambilan data berasal dari literatur data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran bahwa adanya peningkatan partisipasi aktif siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan Ilmu Teknologi Masyarakat (ITM) dalam pembelajaran IPS di SD kelas tinggi. Pendekatan ITM tersebut menuntut siswa untuk mengkontruksi, mengidentifikasi, merancang, mencipta, dan mengimplementasikan pengetahuan yang dimiliki ke dalam pengetahuan baru, yang dapat diperoleh siswa dari partipasi akif selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung.

Abstract

Preparation of the 2013 Curriculum Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) through Assistance to Improve the Competence of Upt SMP Negeri 42 Medan Deli District Teachers for the 2018/2019 Academic Year. The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to increase the level of understanding of teachers, especially at UPT SMP Negeri 42 Medan in preparing and developing the 2013 Curriculum Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) through mentoring. The method used in this research is descriptive method. This research is in the form of School Action Research (PTS). The subjects of this research were 12 UPT SMP Negeri 42 Medan teachers from various subjects. The data collection technique used is in the form of observation sheets, interviews, discussions, documentation studies. Based on the results of observations of the first cycle of improvement actions using the 2013 curriculum Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) assessment format, the value reached 39.6 which means it is in the sufficient category, and the results of observations using the teacher activity assessment format in the Learning Implementation Plan Preparation Process (RPP) during the Assistance in Compiling the 2013 Curriculum RPP the score reached 36, which means it is in the good category. 2) Through the 2013 Curriculum Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) assessment format in cycle II which achieved a score of 86.7 was in the very good category.

Abstract

Abstrak: Manajemen Kurikulum Pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 2 Binjai. Penilaian dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemajuan dan hasil belajar siswa, mendiagnosis kesulitan belajar, memberikan umpan balik/perbaikan proses belajar mengajar, dan menentukan kenaikan kelas. Melalui penilaian dapat diperoleh informasi yang akurat tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan keberhasilan belajar siswa, guru, dan proses pembelajaran itu sendiri. Berdasarkan informasi ini, keputusan dapat dibuat tentang belajar, kesulitan siswa dan upaya bimbingan yang diperlukan dan keberadaan kurikulum itu sendiri. Hasil belajar siswa dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga ranah, yaitu ranah kognitif, ranah afektif, dan ranah psikomotor. Penilaian memiliki tujuan yang sangat penting dalam pembelajaran, antara lain untuk menilai, menyeleksi, mengetahui tingkat penguasaan kompetensi, bimbingan, diagnosis, dan prediksi. Berbagai macam teknik penilaian dapat dilakukan secara komplementer (pelengkap) sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dinilai. Teknik penilaian yang dimaksud meliputi tes, observasi, penugasan, inventarisasi, jurnal, penilaian diri, dan penilaian peer-to-peer yang sesuai dengan karakteristik kompetensi dan tingkat perkembangan siswa. Prinsip penilaian meliputi valid, objektif, adil, terpadu, terbuka, menyeluruh dan berkesinambungan, sistematis, menggunakan kriteria acuan, dan akuntabel. Dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi, pendekatan penilaian yang digunakan adalah penilaian yang mengacu pada kriteria atau tolak ukur. Dalam hal ini, prestasi belajar siswa ditentukan oleh kriteria penguasaan suatu kompetensi yang telah ditentukan. Kurikulum 2013 memadukan tiga konsep yang menyeimbangkan sikap, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan. Melalui konsep ini, keseimbangan antara hard skill dan soft skill mulai dari standar kompetensi lulusan, standar isi, standar proses, dan standar penilaian dapat terwujud. Kurikulum 2013 menekankan pada dimensi pedagogik modern dalam pembelajaran, yaitu menggunakan pendekatan saintifik. Penilaian dalam kurikulum 2013 lebih ditekankan pada penilaian otentik. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Kurikulum Pembelajaran, Penilaian Hasil Belajar Abstract: Management of Learning Curriculum At State Vocational School 2 Binjai. The assessment is carried out to determine the progress and learning outcomes of students, diagnose learning difficulties, provide feedback/improvement of the teaching and learning process, and determine grade promotion. Through the assessment, accurate information can be obtained about the implementation of learning and the learning success of students, teachers, and the learning process itself. Based on this information, decisions can be made about learning, student difficulties and the necessary guidance efforts and the existence of the curriculum itself. Student learning outcomes can be classified into three domains, namely the cognitive domain, affective domain, and psychomotor domain. Assessment has a very important purpose in learning, including for grading, selection, knowing the level of mastery of competence, guidance, diagnosis, and prediction. Various kinds of assessment techniques can be carried out complementary (complementary) according to the competencies being assessed. The assessment techniques referred to include tests, observations, assignments, inventories, journals, self-assessments, and peer-to-peer assessments that are in accordance with the competency characteristics and developmental levels of students. The principles of assessment include valid, objective, fair, integrated, open, comprehensive and continuous, systematic, using reference criteria, and being accountable. In implementing the competency-based curriculum, the assessment approach used is an assessment that refers to criteria or benchmarks. In this case, student achievement is determined by predetermined criteria for mastering a competency. The 2013 curriculum combines three concepts that balance attitudes, skills, and knowledge. Through this concept, a balance between hard skills and soft skills starting from graduate competency standards, content standards, process standards, and assessment standards can be realized. The 2013 curriculum emphasizes the modern pedagogic dimension in learning, namely using a scientific approach. Abstract

Abstrak: Media pembelajaran adalah benda yang ada dilingkungan sekitar yaitu yang dapat dilihat, didengar dan diraba oleh panca indera yang membantu dalam menyampaikan pesan dapat digunakan dalam suatu pembelajaran di luar dan dalam kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengembangkan media komik mitigasi bencana alam untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran. Pada Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang  terdiri dari Analisis (Analysis), Perancangan (Design), Pengembangan (Development), Implementasi (Implementation), Evaluasi (Evaluation). Namun dalam penelitian ini, peneliti hanya mengambil tahap pertama-tahap ketiga.. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket yang diberikan kepada validator materi, validator desain dan validator bahasa untuk menilai kemenarikan dan isi dari e-monopoli edukatif. Jenis data yang didapatkan yaitu data kualitatif berupa saran dan kritik dari 6 validator dan data kuantitatif berupa jumlah (angka) dari 6 validator. Penelitian ini menghasilkan media komik mitigasi bencana alam yang dapat dipakai untuk SD sebagai media yang sudah memenuhi krikteria sangat valid, skor rata-rata validasi 1: materi 86,46%, bahasa 75% dan desain 91,07%. skor rata-rata validasi 2: materi 92,71 %, bahasa 88,85% dan desain 94,65%. Validasi dilakukan 2 kali karena sudah mendapatkan nilai yang sangat valid dengan persentase kelayakan 91,97% setelah dilakukannya validasi kedua. Media mitigasi bencana alam sudah layak digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran.Kata kunci :  Media, Mitigasi, Bencana alam

Abstract

Abstrak: Analisis Dampak Game Online Terhadap Aspek Kehidupan Sosial Pada  Siswa Kelas V SDN 07 Kendaldoyong Kecamatan Petarukan Kabupaten Pemalang. Latar belakang yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah kegiatan pembelajaran daring dengan menggunakan handphone sering dimanfaatkan siswa untuk bermain game online  yang dapat berpengaruh, baik dalam motivasi belajar siswa maupun dalam aspek kehidupan sosial anak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif  yang difokuskan pada fenomena yang terjadi pada 10 siswa kelas V SDN 07 Kendaldoyong  yang bermain game online dan dampaknya terhadap aspek kehidupan sosial anak. Hasil analisis angket siswa menunjukkan bahwa game online sebagaian besar (70%) dimainkan oleh siswa laki-laki. Sementara jenis game online yang dimainkan siswa sebagian besar (70%) adalah game strategi utamanya Mobile Legend. Sedangkan lama waktu bermain game online rata-rata 1 jam, sehingga masih dianggap belum kecanduan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini yang dapat disampaikan bagi sekolah adalah agar melarang siswa bermain game online pada saat pembelajaran. Sedangkan saran untuk orang tua siswa adalah agar mereka dapat mengendalikan ataupun mengatur jadwal penggunaan handphone.Kata Kunci : Game Online, Aspek Kehidupan Sosial

Abstract

This study aims to examine the theory of diffusion of innovation, the method of this research is library research, the results of this study are: The process of adopting innovation through several stages so that there is a public decision to accept and reject innovation. 1. The knowledge stage where the community obtains a number of information or knowledge, functions, benefits and various things regarding innovation from various information channels, including: friends, family, neighbors, and the mass media. 2. Then the community began to give both positive and negative attitudes, here there was a search for additional information from various communication channels. Communication channels make a big enough contribution to the spread of innovation to the community, interpersonal communication channels are more commonly found when there is a spread of innovation. 3. Next is the decision stage, namely the decision to adopt or reject the innovation, so that in the decision process there are people who adopt, that is, fully use the innovation and some reject the innovation. In making decisions, people tend to consider the relative advantages of innovation, which can be seen from the speed of healing, low and affordable costs, the suitability of the innovation to the needs of the community, as evidenced by observations by other people regarding the advantages of innovation, location affordability and perceptions of information. 4. The implementation stage is that people who choose to adopt will carry out their decisions by coming to the treatment of sangkal putung, on the other hand, people who refuse will also carry out the decisions they have chosen. 5. The last stage is the confirmation process in which the community assesses that the chosen decision is correct or not.

Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of the Character Education Strengthening Program at the Binjai City Education Office (Implementation in Character Education Pilot Elementary Schools). This study aims to find out how the strengthening of character education carried out by the Binjai City Education Office at the State Elementary School pioneering character education, and to find out whether the implementation of strengthening character education in the State Elementary School is an Effective Pilot. This research is a mixed qualitative and quantitative research with embedded methods. This research was conducted at the Binjai Education Office Jl. Mount Merapi No.1, Binjai Estate, South Binjai, Binjai City, North Sumatra. The data sources for this study were 2 (two) UPTDs, 1 (one) school supervisor, 3 (three) principals, and 30 (thirty) teachers. Interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation were used as data collection instruments. The findings of this study are the implementation of character education programs at the basic education unit level in the city of Binjai has been carried out in coordination, coordination is carried out through (1) meetings and (2) meetings. The Education Office's support in implementing character education includes; (1) make a written circular to the UPTD regarding the character education policy; (2) provide socialization to schools, both with the budget of the Binjai city government itself and as implementers of the central government program; (3) attending the school curriculum public test to see to what extent character education has been included in the school curriculum; and (4) assistance to schools, although not specifically for character education but improving the quality of schools in general, (5) providing training even though it is still considered not optimal. Support for facilities and infrastructure provided by the Department of Education for the implementation of character education in schools, among others, is to provide support for learning facilities and curriculum guidelines. Meanwhile, support for facilities and infrastructure available at schools such as worship facilities, places for finding lost items, honesty canteens, school rules, attendance records, display of pearls of wisdom, communication and information media, libraries, and cleaning facilities. The Education Office has provided assistance to the implementation of character education programs, such as technical assistance in the implementation and implementation of an integrated character education curriculum. The evaluation and assessment of the implementation of character education is carried out in an integrated manner, namely the education office through school supervisors, school principals, teachers and parents of students. The results of the implementation of the policy performance evaluation are reported to both the education office through the school supervisor and the students' parents. The implementation of the character education strengthening program has been effective. The research findings show that 92.5% of respondents strongly agree. This means that the implementation of the character education strengthening program by the Education Office is considered effective, 5.5% of respondents said it was effective, while 1% of respondents said it was not yet effective. Keywords: Strengthening Character Education Abstrak: Analisis Program Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter Pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Binjai (Implementasi Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Rintisan Pendidikan Karakter)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penguatan pendidikan karakter yang dilakukan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Binjai pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri rintisan pendidikan karakter, dan untuk mengetahui apakah implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Rintisan Efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif bersifat campuran dengan metode embedded. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pendidikan Binjai  Jl. Gunung Merapi No.1, Binjai Estate, Binjai Selatan, Kota Binjai, Sumatera Utara. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah 2 (dua) orang UPTD, 1 (satu) orang pengawas sekolah, 3 (tiga) orang kepala sekolah, dan 30 (tiga puluh) guru. Wawancara, angket, observasi, dan dokumentsi digunakan sebagai instrument pengumpulan data. Temuan penelitian ini adalah implementasi program pendidikan karakter di tingkat satuan pendidikan dasar di kota Binjai telah dilaksanakan kordinasi, kordinasi yang dilakukan melalui (1) pertemuan dan (2) rapat-rapat. Dukungan Dinas Pendidikan dalam pelaksanaan implementasi pendidikan karakter meliputi; (1) membuat edaran tertulis kepada UPTD mengenai kebijakan pendidikan karakter; (2) memberikan sosialisasi pada sekolah-sekolah, baik dengan anggaran pemerintah kota Binjai sendiri maupun sebagai pelaksana program pemerintah pusat; (3) hadir dalam uji publik kurikulum sekolah untuk melihat sampai sejauh mana itu pendidikan karakter sudah termuat dalam kurikulum sekolah; dan (4) pendampingan ke sekolah, meskipun tidak secara khusus untuk pendidikan karakter tetapi peningkatan mutu sekolah secara umum, (5) memberikan pelatihan meskipun masih dinilai belum maksimal. Dukungan sarana dan prasarana yang diberikan Dinas Pendidikan bagi pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di sekolah antara lain yakni memberikan dukungan sarana belajar dan pedoman kurikulum. Sedangkan dukungan sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia disekolah seperti fasilitas ibadah, tempat temuan barang hilang, kantin kejujuran, tata tertib sekolah, catatan kehadiran, pajangan kata mutiara, media komunikasi dan informasi, perpustakaan, dan sarana kebersihan. Dinas Pendidikan telah memberikan pendampingan terhadap penyelenggaraan program pendidikan karakter, seperti pendampingan teknis pelaksanaan dan implementasi kurikulum yang terintegrasi pendidikan karakter. Pelaksanaan evaluasi dan penilaian terhadap implementasi pendidikan karakter dilakukan secara terpadu, yakni dinas pendidikan melalui pengawas sekolah, Kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tua siswa. Hasil pelaksanaan evaluasi kinerja kebijakan dilaporan baik kepada dinas pendidikan melalui pengawas sekolah maupun para orang tua siswa. Pelaksanaakn program penguatan pendidikan karakter telah efektif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan 92,5% responden menyatakan sangat setuju. Ini berarti pelaksanaan program penguatan pendidikan karakter oleh Dinas Pendidikan di nilai sudah efektif, 5,5% responden menyatakan efektif, sedangkan sebanyak 1% responden menyatakan belum efektif. Kata kunci : Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter

Abstract

Application of Management Functions in Library Management at Medan 5 Public Middle School for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. The purpose of this research is to find out what the school currently needs to carry out management functions at SMP Negeri 5 Medan and how the school's future efforts will limit librarian human resources. The method used in this study is qualitative, the source of research data is primary data secondary data, data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The data collected through this technique is examined and data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion are carried out. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the first process of implementing management functions in the school library at SMP Negeri 5 Medan could very well be improved in the future. Because all groups in school institutions, stakeholders and layers of the surrounding community have tried to be active and synergize in increasing interest in children's learning services, especially at SMP Negeri 5 Medan, Medan Labuhan District, Martubung Village, Medan City. Second, the role of the government among schools, all processes supporting learning activities in schools such as the facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 5 Medan and other school levels, as well as the central government's active role and motto which wants to educate the life of the nation, this role is also synergized by local government, especially at SMP N 5 Medan, Medan Labuhan District. Third, SMP Negeri 5 Medan, in the future this school will enlarge the library space in the school and increase the number of librarians in the school, by providing special training beforehand so that the function and role of service management in managing the school library can run according to the function of management itself in accordance with the reality of the facts on the ground.
