Abstract

The Role of Local Wisdom Values in Education 5.0 Elementary Education Level. Welcoming Society 5.0, Indonesia needs to prepare itself to be able to participate and be part of the world in the future. As an effort to deal with it, all elements of society need to improve themselves so that they can become superior Human Resources (HR). Educators as intermediaries for the formation of student character in schools have an important role to prepare students who are ready to compete in the next era. The research method used is a literature review. This study aims to review the role of local wisdom values in education 5.0 basic education level. The results of the study state that the affective abilities, psychomotor abilities, and cognitive abilities of students, especially at the education level if educators offer learning with local wisdom content, mobilize all creativity, innovate in the use of technology will help elementary school students to be ready to face 5.0 challenges and still have ancestral values. which builds the character of the nation's children who cannot be consumed by the negative effects of globalization.

Abstract

Abstract: Implementation of the School Literacy Movement Program at the Habituation Stage at Sdn 193 Pekanbaru. The background of this research is a government regulation that regulates the implementation schedule for the school literacy movement (GLS) in schools. The school literacy movement can help students understand information both verbally and in writing. The implementation of the habituation of the School Literacy Movement is one of the literacy activities and a form of government awareness of the importance of building a literacy culture in the world of education. This study aims to describe the implementation of the habituation of the School Literacy Movement at SDN 193 Pekanbaru. This type of research is a naturalistic inquiry. The subjects of this study were 1 principal and 2 homeroom teachers and 6 students. Research instruments in the form of interviews and observations. The data analysis technique in this study is the presentation of data and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the School Literacy Movement at the habituation stage has not been carried out properly due to the covid pandemic. This can be seen from the results of interviews, namely one of the teachers only carried out memca activities for 10 minutes, the activities of filling in the school and classroom magazines were not running, the reading interest of students who were still lacking, and lack of reading material.

Abstract

This study will explore the Google Jamboard learning method during covid-19 during online learning, showing that the perception of students and lecturers regarding the most effective application when online learning is using Google Jamboard?. The purpose of this study is to see learning media that can support student success based on the teaching and learning process as an effective form of activity in order to achieve the desired goals, it is hoped that learning media will become a mediator which is one of the tools in the teaching and learning process. The expected result after the implementation of this research is to increase the knowledge and understanding of students and lecturers in Indonesian language courses. This study will look at the effect of using Google Jamboard on the effectiveness of the learning process in Indonesian language courses in the elementary school teacher education study program at Battuta University. After the results of this study, in the future, students and lecturers during online learning, lecturers will certainly find it easier to provide Indonesian language course material to students by using Google Jamboard.

Abstract

Raising Awareness in the Management and Development Strategy of the Creative Industries in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Sector. Management and economic development strategies in the creative industry sector and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are often stated as a safety valve for the national economy, but until now the development of SMEs is still faced with various problems, especially those originating from an unconducive business climate as a result of the tendency to develop free competition. Efforts to solve these problems cannot be entirely left to the Government because there are things that must be resolved by SMEs themselves. Government policies implemented in various forms of programs only act as stimulants. The creative industry and SMEs themselves actually have various potential advantages, including the number and characteristics of SMEs. From the potential of the creative industry, SMEs should be able to develop management and strategies to deal with an unconducive business climate, or adapt themselves to these conditions. Various solutions can be made in the creative industries by SMEs, including by developing cooperation in cooperatives, building business centers and clusters to building business partnerships. In supporting these efforts, the government can play a role both as a regulator that is able to reduce the impact of free competition and/or as a facilitator that can strengthen internal conditions in the creative industries and SMEs. in free competition.

Abstract

Upaya Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Dengan Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik Kepala Madrasah Di Man Tanjung Balai Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Supervisi akademik merupakan kegiatan membantu, monitoring, evaluasi terhadap kinerja guru untuk mengakomodasi guru dalam Meningkatkan kompetensi dalam menyelenggarakan proses pembelajaran seperti merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran serta mengevaluasi pembelajaran supaya tercapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi supervisi Akademik dan dalam peningkatan kinerja guru madrasah di MAN Tanjung Balai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan, atau (field research), yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dalam kondisi yang sebenarnya, menggunakan model supervisi campuran dan model klinis, dengan teknik dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara dimana data dianalisis dengan statistic deskriptif. Hasil peningkatan kinerja guru sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan supervisi  merencanakan pembelajaran meningkat dengan predikat baik, melaksanakan pembelajaran meningkat dengan predikat baik serta mengevaluasi pembelajaran supaya tercapai tujuan pembelajaran juga meningkat dengan predikat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada MAN Tanjung Balai telah terlaksana dengan baik dalam peningkatan kinerja guru
