<![CDATA[This study aims to interpret or interpret financial performance based on the ratio of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, and Capital (Case Study of Bank Muammalat Indonesia Tbk). Analysis of the data used in this study using descriptive data methods. The results showed that the performance appraisal using the RGEC method in outline could be stated that PT. Bank Muammalat Indonesia Tbk is a fairly healthy bank. The assessment of bank performance at PT. Bank Muammalat Indonesia Tbk in 2014-2019 is viewed from the aspect of assessment by the RGEC method for Capital, namely the CAR ratio is classified as very adequate, which means that the level of capital is significantly higher than the applicable regulations.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity, Total Asset Turnover, and Return On Asset on profit growth in coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method of 10 companies. The data analysis technique was carried out with multiple linear regression models. Based on the test results simultaneously and partially, all variables proved to have a significant effect on profit growth. The closeness of the relationship between variables is strong with the correlation coefficient (R) obtained at 71%. Meanwhile, the independent variable contribution to the dependent variable is 43%. Meanwhile, 57% is explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find the practice of good governance through implementation of the accountability system performance government agencies ( sakip ) on the state sleman district .This research is qualitative research was conducted by the use of secondary data with the approach the study documentation .As for the study documents that are undertaken in this research is a document relating to train them the government accountability system performance such as a document guidelines for preparing sakip and lakip , and documents sakip lakip 2017-2018 year .The method of analysis descriptive used to know the extent of the level impelementasi sakip on kabupaten sleman and follow-up on the recommendations given over evaluation sakip lakip by following permenpan-rb 12 years 2015 . The outcome of research on impelementasi sakip on sleman district have been successfully, the recommendation followed by satisfactory, and could support the establishment of good governance.]]>

<![CDATA[Koperasi bertujuan untuk memajukan kesejahteraan anggota. Salah satu alat ukurnya dilihat dari perolehan SHU yang besar. Semakin besar SHU yang dihasil koperasi maka kesejahteraan anggota akan terwujud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial modal sendiri, modal kerja, pinjaman anggota dan pendapatan terhadap SHU Koperasi Koperasi Unit Usaha Otonom Rimba Beringin Kecamatan Tapung Hulu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu data laporan keuangan koperasi berupa laporan triwulan dari 2010-2019. Data diolah dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal sendiri, modal kerja, pinjaman anggota dan pendapatan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perolehan SHU. Secara parsial variabel modal sendiri, modal kerja dan pendapatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perolehan SHU. Sedangkan variabel pinjaman anggota tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perolehan SHU.Keeratan hubungan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yaitu sangat kuat, dengan besar kontribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat 74,8%.]]>

<![CDATA[Research to determine the effect of product quality and price on the marketing performance with simulthan and partial at the UMKM Naisha Madu Nusantara in Bangkinang City. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this study were all consumers at the UMKM Naisha Madu Nusantara in 2019, amounting to 1.465consumers and based onn the Slovin formula it is know that the number of samples in this study is 100 consumers at the UMKM Naisha Madu Nusantara consisting of 50 consumers from the island of Sumatera, 30 consumers from the islan of Jawa and 20 consumers from Malaysia. The sample collection technique is using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan and partial test results, the variable of product quality and price have a significant effect on the marketing performance at the UMKM Naisha Madu Nusantara in Bangkinang City. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of product quality and price on the marketing performance is strong with a correlation coefficient R of 78,0%. While contribution of independent variables to the dependent variables is equual to 67,8% while the remaining 32,2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Research to determine the effect of skill and knowledge on the performance employee with simulthan and partial at the PT. Virajaya Putra Tambang. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this study were all employee at the PT. Virajaya Putra Tambang in 2019, amounting to 94 employee and al employees were sampled so that the sampling technique in this research used a saturated census technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models.Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of skill and knowledge have a significant effect with together on the performance employee at the PT. Virajaya Putra Tambang, while based on the partial test results, the variable of skill and knowledge have a significant effect with individual on the performance employee at the PT. Virajaya Putra Tambang. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of skill and knowledge on the performance employee at the PT. Virajaya Putra Tambang is strong with a correlation coefficient R of 79,6%. Contribution of skill and knowledge on the performance employee variables is equual to 63.3% while the remaining 36,7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to examine the effect of the variable Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operational Costs and Operating Income Cash Ratio on Company Profits. The sampling technique used was purposive using the criteria: conventional rural banks which are categorized as healthy, and which have complete financial reports at OJK. The analysis technique used is multiple regression with the least squares equation and hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the partial regression coefficient. and also statistics to test the correctness of the effect simultaneously at the 0.05 significance level. Others also perform classic assumption tests which include normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. During the study period it is displayed as normally distributed research data. Based on the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test variables that deviate from the classical assumptions have not been found to indicate that the available data has met the requirements to use a multi-linear regression model. The analysis shows that the NPL, OEOI and Cash Ratio data are simultaneously significant to company profits.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation and skills on employee performance at PKS PT. Mitra Bumi Bukit Sembilan Bangkinang District. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Mitra Bumi Bukit Sembilan Bangkinang District. The sample of this study used the Slovin formula technique so that the sample in this study was 56 employees of PKS PT. Mitra Bumi Bukit Sembilan, Bangkinang District. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study concluded that skills have a significant partial effect on performance, with a significant value greater than 0.05. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that financial compensation and skills simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mitra Bumi Bukit Sembilan, Bangkinang District. There is a very strong relationship between financial compensation and skill variables on employee performance at PKS PT. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether the effect of brand equity price and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Gatsby pomade products in Bangkinang City which was carried out for 2 months from August to September 2020. The analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis with 99 respondents. Sampling using the census method, namely the entire population is sampled and the hypothesis testing in this study uses the F test and T test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially Brand Equity Price and Lifestyle affect the purchasing decision of Gatsby pomade products in Bangkinang city. There is a strong positive relationship between the variables Brand Equity Price and Lifestyle on the purchase decision of Gatsby Pom with the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 61.10% while the remaining 38.90% is determined by other variables outside of this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of Debt to Assets Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on profitability in plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The population of this research were 12 plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2016-2018 period. The technique used in sampling is the file research method, all companies are samples in this research. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had an effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Partially, Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) has an effect on Return on Assets (ROA), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on Return on Assets (ROA).]]>
